Excellent facilities all round. Staff are so welcoming & kind, everything was swiftly taken care of. Even a last minute decision to ask them to add breakfast for two, since we'd fallen asleep early throughout the night until the next morning! A lovely room, bathroom with a sauna was an unexpected bonus! Thank you so much!

房间比较大，卡拉欧克，非常好，设施齐全

入住和离店前台所用时间太久了。不适合家庭和情侣，会非常尴尬。大家伙互相看着难为情。

1.髪の毛が、風呂、洗面所、テーブルなど複数落ちていた。 2.ベッドの布団上にほこりがあった。 3.ベッド足元の黒色のクロスに白シミがあった。 4.お風呂場の浴槽ふちに、水垢が黒くなってザラザラしていて気持ち悪かった。目で見て確認できました。 部屋によると思いますが、かなり清潔感に欠ける点があり値段的にもお安い時期だったので仕方ないのかと思いますが、それにしても掃除が行き届いていない部分に少し残念な気持ちになりました。

パチスロとカプセルシステムがこわいい。

・料理の種類が豊富でおいしい ・駐車場が部屋数以上にあるので、車利用でも困らない（無料） ・外出も可能 ・連泊利用することができる ・連泊時のルームクリーニングは1,000円かかるが、バスタオルなどは無料で追加してもらえる ・お部屋が広い ・いろんなコンセプトルームがあるので、他のお部屋も泊まってみたい ・年始の繁忙期でもお得に泊まることができる ・チェックアウトが12時までなので、ゆっくりすることができる

・他の方も投稿しているが、チェックインの手続きが混雑していて、時間がかかる ・ベッドルーム、お風呂場含め、全体的に照明が暗い（801号室） ・空気清浄機が埃っぽかった ・照明が暗かったため、メイクをするのにライト付きミラーをレンタルしたかったが、借りることができなかった（女子会専用？なら、レンタル画面から選択できないよう外して欲しかった） ・テレビのリモコンが、使うたびに後ろの部分が外れたので、テープを貼るなどして補修が必要かも

The room was more spacious than we expected. There was a nice bubble bath, fridge with reasonably priced drinks, lots of beauty amenities and a karaoke machine, which we enjoyed a lot. The staff was also really helpful and polite.

Although the room was generally clean, there were some old stains on the curtains and the carpet. Our room technically had a sauna but it didn't get past being lukewarm, so we couldn't really use it.

Great facilities, everything you may need for a good stay. Everything is automated or systematic, minimal interactions needed. Luggage can be dropped off at hotel prior to check in time, just ask! 7eleven and Lawson near by.

Unable to adjust air-conditioning settings, it was a bit hot.

Room is very spacious

It was very dirty. Cigarettes on the balcony, spots everywhere on the floor, carpet... It's located quite far from trains

Cool hotel. Sauna in the room which was amazing. Beds big and comfy. Staff really nice let us store our bags with them on the day we arrived.

Comfortable bed! Really had a good sleep, too many toiletries as well as hair equipment. Really wanted to try love hotel in Japan, happy to find this hotel.

No body lotion, but not a problem. Also, the entrance was a bit confusing heheh

The room was really spacious considering hotels in japan are generally small. The TV had better selection of mobies than most. The atmosphere was great and definitely a must for couples to experience. The bathroom was spacious also. We booked this hotel for the experience and we definitely got that!

It may have been my mistake for asking for a smoking room, but everywhere smelt like old cigarettes, especially the toilet and the pillows. I didn't ask for a new room because I had made the decision to take the room, however we did ask for new pillows to replace the ones we had and were given two pillows flatter than any I've ever seen. We tried our best to be considerate of the language barrier but when we asked for 2 extra pillows later that night and the next, we were declined, not sure why. We were happy to pay for them as well, they just never showed. The toilet was leaking from the base a lot.

The room was huge and very comfortable - incredible value for money.

Check in for overnight stays isn’t until 8pm but they’ll look after your bags before then.

Plenty of amenities, easy to access location, reasonable price.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathtub was dusty. The room smells bad because the airflow was not good.

Breakfast in the room was cheap Large room and King size bed Our room theme was voyage and travel, but with dark parquet on the floor it looked like a horror house room. It gave a weird vibes but we defenetly felt like we were in an amusement Park hotel

We didn't have the courage to take a bath or a shower here so we went in the public sento (onsen) for the two days we spent here

Not the area you want to stay at. Train takes 5-10 mins to come by. The room was super dusty, it was very dark so there wasn’t any natural lighting.. We turned on the air conditioner and turns out it was the heater. Always have to give ur room key to the front if ur wanting to go out, even if it’s for a few mins which was kind of a hassle. They called us 3 separate times to come check out within half hour before the end of check out time.
