浴室のパールホワイトの色調が床を含め高級感がありバスタブが大きい。水のサービスが二人で三本。自販機のビール他　飲料価格がホテル値段ではなく安い。部屋のコーヒーが美味しい。電車の走る様子がジオラマのように楽しめる。入浴剤が日替わりで優しい香り天然系。女性用のアメニティが保湿効果の高い商品。 腕時計を部屋に落し見つけられず外出したが清掃スタッフが見つけてくれ帰ってきたら机の上に置いてあった。

ダブルベッドの部屋利用でしたが二人で寝ると壁側はほぼくっついているので片側にしか余裕がなく起きるときに不便。 ボディソープの容器の押すところに液だれが乾いてくっついたままになっていた。

Excellent location - easy access from Nagoya Train Station (covered or indoor walkway.) Rooms were clean, modern with good amenities, coffee and great hair dryer. Able to drop off luggage/pick up after check out; staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed night view of trains and city lights!

Limited elevators available to hotel lobby before 10am and late hours (but doable.)

Right at the nagoya station (Gate tower). Where you can find anything you need. Full of Shopping and Eating. Many restaurant at the lower floor of the building. Also very comfort to catch a train to Airport.

It was so clean and comfortable!!! My husband and I felt so relaxed. We got the room where we can see all the trains. Our room was in 19 floors so the noise from the trains wasn’t too bad. We got good sleep. I would stay here again when I visit Nagoya. The hotel provided us everything we needed. It is located in the same building as Ghibli, Disney and Miffy store.

朝食が最高だった。 チェックイン、チェックアウトにかかわらず荷物を気持ちよく預かって頂いてありがたかった。

悪いとは思ってないですが、時間、ところ構わず掃除の方がすごいタイミングで現れていつもいる印象で違和感がすごかった。 シャワーの排水が悪かったです。排水の髪の毛も気になりました。

Everything was very good. Definitely book with breakfast, the breakfast is awesome. Great variety and everything tasted really good. Also, I was late around an hour for checkout and they were super supportive.

Right in one of the two station buildings with about 90 restaurants, fantastic shopping and easy to get to transportation anywhere in the city. Rooms are small but generally well-designed. Hotel seems well-managed.

The breakfasts have really gone downhill since the last time we stayed here 4 years ago. It’s still a combination of Japanese and Western food but the Japanese food predominates and aside from yoghurt and fruit salad and some poor pancakes and pastry that have to be heated up in the toaster, not much else. Most importantly ONLY HARD BOILED EGGS—no other kind of eggs!! And in the room the large bed right up against the wall which is difficult for the person on that side to get out of.

location is the best, and tons of restaurants around the building, souvenirs shop just locate at downstairs, if you book KKDAY or KLOOK, you only go down stairs and you can arrive meet point.

New hotel, best Best in my japan trip,great staff. Check in was easy and staff was great. Location above train station is just perfect and there is convenient stores and coffee shops at the lobby.
