I would rate this home 5 stars if the kitchen would have been better stocked with the proper pots and pans and mixing bowls. It's difficult to cook a meal for 9 people when you don't even have a metal baking sheet in the kitchen. The house itself is great and spacious. There is a wonderful deck off the kitchen that looks out to the bay. It's a good set up for a large group. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms which the kids can hang out and be loud without disturbing the adult rooms upstairs. The hot tub was a hit since the weather was chilly during spring break. The master bedroom has a huge closet that was amazing for storing away coolers, suite cases, etc.

We stayed over NYE weekend. The home is nice and spacious. The heated pool was a big hit for the kids and the hot tub was an adult fav. The property management was excellent and super responsive. The master bath has a bidet which is very accessory. Definitely would stay again!

Loved everything, especially the private pool. This home has lots of room for personal space yet cozy enough for family bonding. Vacasa responded immediately to our concerns (pool was cleaned within a couple hours), the trash bins were full when we arrived but we were informed that the dump trucks weren’t working for pick up. Our only small concern is that the ice maker didn’t work and the refrigerator cooled minimally. Overall, this home and vacation was worthy of 5 stars. We’re looking forward to our next trip back ar Gardenia house 🌸

very clean and very immaculate

Everything was great we travel with our family of 9. The place was spacious and the hot tub & pool were great. They had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook. There were bath & beach towels. Would stay again!

We loved this home! Lots of space and a great pool and backyard. Plenty of room for family and entertainment. The garage space was great for water gear, etc. We would come back!

Nice relaxing property with a beautiful bay view. Calm neighbors. The rooms were clean and there were a lot of pool toys available for use. The pool is heated and hot tub was the perfect hot temperature. Big kitchen with a lot of utensils and kitchenware to use. The master bedroom has a beautiful deck with pool view. The secondary bedrooms didnt cool as much as the master bedroom. But all in all, great place to spend with family. Will be staying again!

Property was well-maintained. Everything was clean. We didn't necessarily need a heated pool in June but that wasn't bad.

The home was clean and spacious for our family. There were things that were different for this rental that we thought were standard. The toilet paper rolls were limited, so were the paper towels and trash bags. No coffee filters, coffee or sugar. Those are things I’ve seen as standard at other homes, so this was different. I never communicated with owner which is different with Vacasa. I did find the rental in the VRBO site, so this was unexpected. The check in time was at 4 and the checkout was at 10 am, so we paid 60 to extend out check out to 2pm. Other times we’ve checked in at noon and out at 11. There were no instructions in the home of how to control lights outdoors or the pool, hot tub. The net for cleaning the pool was torn and needs to be replaced. The grill had the barrel rusted out, so use the gas one only. These things did not impact our stay and we enjoyed every bit of it, just things to note so you plan your stay. Clean beautiful home!

We really enjoyed this spacious home and its terrific location. Overall the home was in very good condition. The only issues (relatively minor) included a cabinet door for the trash needed repair, a hall closet or was missing, replacement of burned out fluorescent lights in the kitchen, and the floors needed to be wet mopped. Despite this we had an enjoyable stay.

Overall had a great relaxing stay with the family. House was much better than what the pictures on the listing showed. Modern furniture inside the house and it had no carpet which made it a pet friendly environment. I recommend updating pictures for the online listing it cost me a drive back to get my pet. The restroom upstairs had a funky smell and wouldn’t go away but I believe it’s due to the spi drainage. I would also recommend updated outside patio furniture. Pool was awesome the only downside is when we checked in the pool was being maintenance therefore we had to wait about 3 hours to use the pool mind you check in is at 4:00pm. I would also recommend the pool temperature to be changed so the water wouldn’t feel hot.

I have to say that this house gave my twin and I the best family birthday celebration. The house is beautifully renovated and has a great pool and hot tub. Ezekiel was great to work with and we truly enjoyed our time at the house. We will definitely stay again!

We loved the house so much! It was perfect with the kids down stairs and adults upstairs. The pictures are not updated but the house is so much more than we expected!! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Not one complaint from our family besides the hot tub not blowing out bubbles and water

The reason I gave 3 stars is due to the fact that the grills mentioned in the description had no propane, the bikes didn’t work (no chain on one and no tube in a tire on the other) The kitchen was semi stocked but missing a lot of things you may want There is only one roll of TP per bathroom Also pool filter is attached to jet tub timer, and took us a while to figure out why it wouldn’t work (when the pool people clean the pool you have to put the valves back on the right setting) MAKE SURE: you bring water, tap water there (on most of the island) is not drinkable IMO and a few people I talked with

We had a great time at this place! The location was great, it was super clean and very large space just as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone of all ages to enjoy! We loved the pool but the only disappointment was the hot tub was not hot....oh well. We would definitely stay again!!

We spent 4 days at this lovely place! We had a blast in the pool. The only big downfall was the hot tub was not hot at all. We loved the two patios and enjoyed the breakfast area to eat and play games. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful, relaxing, ocean front view from front deck. Wonderfull home for a family getaway. Private pool & garage extra bonuses most places don’t have. We will definitely book this place again.
