Had a great time in June at Becky and Mark's condo! I am planning for our family trip next year and realized I had not sent a note about how much we enjoyed our time this past Summer. The condo was very nice, with lots of room and everything we needed. Thanks for having us!

My entire family took a trip to SPI from Bryan/College Station Tx,,,18 of us! My brother and Sister-in-Law and I stayed in your condo! It was perfect in every way! Funny that my daughter(Kim Hill), her husband Jeff and their two kids stayed in your condo the same date in 2012. They were also on this trip in a different condo at Sea Vista. A very pleasant trip for us all! Thank you!!

Comfortable place to stay in a nice community. Grounds were well maintained. Pool was warm and hot tub hot. Kitchen was well stocked with crockpot, pots, pans, plates, etc. Highly recommend.

Perfect for us! Enjoyed our month in January relaxing and taking in the wonderful views. Well equipped unit, spacious and comfortable. Very good attention to details. Provided many beach accessories too!

Was a great mini vacation, just wish it was longer! Easy access to beach, nice pool.
The only problem was we needed to rent chairs and umbrella on the beach as there were not enough in the condo for the 4 of us

We LOVED our stay at this condo. The property was very clean and there were ammenities in the place you don't find in most rentals (like a fully, and I mean fully, stocked kitchen). Even though we had noisy neighbors, you couldn't hear them from inside the unit. We were within walking distance of the beach and had access to convenient clean-up stations. My husband and I agreed that we would love to rent this property again. P.S. my daughter loved all of the beach-themed lamps :)

Wonderful time!
The condo was in excellent condition; everything worked just fine. The internet was fast, tvs were aplenty and channel selection excellent! Will be back as soon as we can!

Perfect Location, Excellent Hosts
The unit is immaculately clean and beautifully updated. It is adequately stocked with soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and paper goods. The hosts are friendly, easy to reach, and quick to respond with any questions you might have. The beach location on the south end of the island is perfect, much less crowded than other beaches. This was our first trip to South Padre, and we look forward to staying here again.

Great location
This condo is a great location. You get a view of Isla Blanca park instead of hotels. The unit was SPOTLESS. It was very well stocked and Becky is a great host. The beach access is so easy and the staff is great. The other guests were families and it was quiet and relaxing at night. I would definitely stay here again

Family Getaway
The owner Becky is extremely responsive and helpful with last minute booking. The home was very well stocked and immaculate. Location was very relaxing with unobstructed view of the dunes on southern end of island. Very easy access to the beach for our little ones, way less crowded in comparison to what we saw up the beach, and the pool is located directly outside the unit for a swim after the beach. We look forward to a return trip!

The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was steps away from the pool and the balcony had a great view of the ocean. The view from the balcony was very private since there are no condos facing this unit. I would stay again.

The living room with attached bathroom has sliding doors that guests who have someone sleeping on the pull out sofa can use to give privacy to that area. While we didn’t need this feature, I thought it was a great idea for those staying with more guests.

Our family was very happy with our stay in this condo owned by Mark and Becky. It was very clean and well- furnished! It was a nice quiet location that felt safe abs secure. The weather was perfect and loved spending time at the beach and pool with my family!

So peaceful!!!
So comfortable!!! Becky had everything we could need. We were so impressed that right after we got home my husband started planning another trip and stay there. Thank you Becky for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to go back there.
