Was a great mini vacation, just wish it was longer! Easy access to beach, nice pool. The only problem was we needed to rent chairs and umbrella on the beach as there were not enough in the condo for the 4 of us

We LOVED our stay at this condo. The property was very clean and there were ammenities in the place you don't find in most rentals (like a fully, and I mean fully, stocked kitchen). Even though we had noisy neighbors, you couldn't hear them from inside the unit. We were within walking distance of the beach and had access to convenient clean-up stations. My husband and I agreed that we would love to rent this property again. P.S. my daughter loved all of the beach-themed lamps :)

The condo was in excellent condition; everything worked just fine. The internet was fast, tvs were aplenty and channel selection excellent! Will be back as soon as we can!

The unit is immaculately clean and beautifully updated. It is adequately stocked with soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and paper goods. The hosts are friendly, easy to reach, and quick to respond with any questions you might have. The beach location on the south end of the island is perfect, much less crowded than other beaches. This was our first trip to South Padre, and we look forward to staying here again.

This condo is a great location. You get a view of Isla Blanca park instead of hotels. The unit was SPOTLESS. It was very well stocked and Becky is a great host. The beach access is so easy and the staff is great. The other guests were families and it was quiet and relaxing at night. I would definitely stay here again

The owner Becky is extremely responsive and helpful with last minute booking. The home was very well stocked and immaculate. Location was very relaxing with unobstructed view of the dunes on southern end of island. Very easy access to the beach for our little ones, way less crowded in comparison to what we saw up the beach, and the pool is located directly outside the unit for a swim after the beach. We look forward to a return trip!

The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was steps away from the pool and the balcony had a great view of the ocean. The view from the balcony was very private since there are no condos facing this unit. I would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this property and had another wonderful time. The condo was very close to the beach, had plenty of room for everyone and very clean. Will book again in the future. Thank you

This has been the best stay for us in SPI so far. The unit is located in the last condo before the jetties. Facing south, the view on the balcony is uninterrupted to Isla Blanca and the jetties. Unit is well appointed, clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. We spent most of out time on the balcony. This unit is in a side wing south of the pool, not in building 1. All in all it was one of the most relaxing getaways we've had in some time. We're already planning a return.

We traveled from South Carolina to see Space X star base. We could see it from our balcony. To bad they didn’t have a launch. We loved the condo very clean and kids loved the pools. The Beach was great.

Great location at south end of the island. Well maintained and stocked with all kitchen items needed. Even had things for the beach, but didn't use most because we brought our own. Washer and dryer, and small south facing balcony to sit outside. Very short walk to the beach and the property comes with a pool in case you don't like the sand. Couldn't figure out how to watch TV, however that disn't matter since we got to enjoy the outdoors and family time. Will definately check to see if this property is available for our next trip.

Loved the property. Condo was clean. Incredibly well stocked for cooking for a family of 4-8 ppl which I always find difficult with other properties. Stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Only thing you might need is laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys like sand castle, boogie board, etc to utilize. Location is fantastic as it’s a less populated than the beach going north. The pools are super small but well kept. All in all I highly recommend.

Awesome experience. Owners are fantastic and responsive. My family always stay at Sea Vista and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Location is A+ and the grounds are beautiful.

We really enjoyed this condo. Great location away from the crowds. Very clean and nicely decorated. The host has thought of all the “extras.” So you don’t have to worry. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks to Becky and Mark!

Location of this unit gives you a nice view of the beach and also feels very private as this side of the building faces the dunes and not another building. Unit was clean and well maintained with easy access to the beach. The living room with attached bathroom has sliding doors that guests who have someone sleeping on the pull out sofa can use to give privacy to that area. While we didn’t need this feature, I thought it was a great idea for those staying with more guests.

Our family was very happy with our stay in this condo owned by Mark and Becky. It was very clean and well- furnished! It was a nice quiet location that felt safe abs secure. The weather was perfect and loved spending time at the beach and pool with my family!

We had a wonderful time. The location is just great and condo comes with everything you need. My family and I had a great vacation. We wish that we could stay few more days....

So comfortable!!! Becky had everything we could need. We were so impressed that right after we got home my husband started planning another trip and stay there. Thank you Becky for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to go back there.

The condo is well located on the island with easy access but not in the crowds. It was very clean, nicely decorated and good view of the gulf.

The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed plus extras so we did not have to buy anything. Shampoo, body soap, hand soap, laundry soap and dishwasher soap were all provided! The location is fabulous also!

The condo was very clean & well-equipped with all that you should need. The property itself was very nice & the location was awesome. The maintenance man/property manager (can't remember his name) was always present around the property & was very nice answering any questions we had. My VRBO contact for the cobdo, Becky, was also very nice & helpful. The 2-2 cibdo has a great beach view & all the amenities you may want from your own home. They even provide all the beach toys you may need. The AC worked great & the beds are very comfy. The blackout curtains were an added bonus when we wanted to sleep in. We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back. For a family wanting a bunch of easy beach/pool time while visiting South Padre, I would highly recommend this condo!

The property is cozy and everything you need is on hand. Our needs are carefully thought of, just like in our own home. Great location and is also very safe. Will definitely recommend.

This condo was amazing and the best part about our stay was our wonderful and prompt communication with Becky. Our first impression was how clean and spacious the condo is and how the pictures really don't do the views justice, we don't think. The view is outstanding and unobstructed! It's extremely nice to have the privacy of the dunes and to not have to see others on their balconies because of the angles of the building. The condo was fully stocked (even with k-cups and seasonings, sugar, etc.) and we found the little extras like shampoo and conditioner to be a huge plus! We did have one hiccup where the AC stopped cooling like it should the first night we were there, but it was promptly addressed and Becky had a repair person out first thing in the morning and we had a nice cool condo the remainder of our trip! This condo is in a great location because it's not in the busiest part of the island as it's further south. Near lots of great restaurants and we were able to enjoy take out too. Covid made us a little leary about the trip, but we had the pool to ourselves several times and the beach wasn't crowded at all. There are plenty of beach towels (and other linens and pillows for that matter) in the unit. Also extra beach chairs, toys and an umbrella. We opted to pay for the beach umbrella/chair service which was convenient. Did I say how spotless this place is - so so clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in this condo was excellent. We stayed in this same condo in 2018 and the owners have done an excellent job of maintain and even upgrading some aspects of the property. The apartment fills all the needs to the point that it feels like home. Thanks again for a wonderful stay right on the beach.

This place is wonderful. Very clean and so comfortable. Equipped with everything you will need. Loved location to the beach and view of the ocean from the balcony. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for the 4 adults. We just had to walk out to the beach , take a left and we had all the space we wanted. We felt safe during covid 2020. My only suggestion is the lighting the lights in the ceiling fans are very dim. We wanted to play cards in the dining room and it was dimly lit at night. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you

The condo was perfect. The location was great, we were able to get some distance on the beach from other beach goers. We will definitely go back!
