Family of 7 flew into Harlingen. Spent 5 days in rental. Weather was nice but windy. Condo was terrific ! Location was perfect.

We loved seeing the beach from our unit. Plenty of room for three couples, each having their own private bathroom. All the amenities we could ask for and many restaurants within walking distance to the condo. Only downside is it is across from the elevator and the noise from the lift is noticeable from two bedrooms. Luckily no one is riding it overnight, so it was quiet to sleep. Could use a few more comfy chairs and remove the bench in the living room. Parking was easy in the almost empty covered garage and there were still spots outside there as well. Always felt safe at night. Spring breakers were not an issue, maybe we were too early, but I think the condo is far enough away from the main area for them. Overall, a great choice to stay in South Padre.

We loved the location and the accomodations. Our Hosts have done a wonderful job in maintaining their property and decorating beautifully. we will definitely keep this property in mind for future family plans

We are five senior ladies who take a trip to a warm place every February. This was our first time in South Padre. We could not have asked for a better accommodation! The views from the balcony were wonderful. We watched the sunrise every morning and caught the full moon rise over the water too! With three bedrooms and three baths, we were all very satisfied. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living area allowed for comfortable seating for everyone. The location was perfect. We walked to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. We could walk on the beach for hours (and did!). The hot tub was nice (but we wished the pool had been heated). Others mentioned the sound of the elevator. It's true, but you get used to it. Everyone remarked again and again during the week that we were just so happy to have landed at this condo! Thank you to our hosts!!!

We’ve stayed here before and will again! Very pretty! Clean, roomy and perfect location to the beach.

What I expected

This place is so awesome! 3 bedrooms, 3 separate baths! Kitchen is huge, the place is decorated so nice. The views were awesome. Everything was furnished. The kitchen supplies were fantastic, pots, pans etc. including utensils. The beach is right there and the complex is maintained perfectly. It was really quiet and close to so much! You could walk to the grocery store, cafe and coffee shop! Parking was easy and great. We felt very secure! If I had to search for any improvement it would be to have a full size ironing board. The owners are so nice! We will be a return renter again! Thanks so much for the great place! Anyone looking for perfection, right on the beach, look no further!

Nice property. Master bedroom could use some blackout shades and a better mattress.Beach Chairs were available but not low beach chairs.

So happy with our experience. Stayed for 6 nights with 4 adults and 6 children. Easy access to beach, restaurants, and groceries. Incredible views! Only changes would be on my part- should have asked where the extra sheets for the pullout couch were located and if they had pack and play available for toddler (they do!) rather than us lugging ours.

Great view. Great place for all 9 of us. Downsides: constant elevator noise 24 hours a day, crappy water pressure in the shower, new fire alarm system set off constantly from cooking and cranky HOA lady that was really quite rude to us.

We had a group of 8 family members ranging in ages from 20s to 70s. There was plenty of space for us to hang out together, but also space when we needed to be alone. Easy access for parents who are elderly. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the great views of the beach and ocean. Easy private access to the beach and the property provided lots of beach chairs and towels. The property management were very quick to respond with any questions or issues. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting South Padre Island again.

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days and go to South Padre for a quick beach fix. He always likes hotels best, but, I wanted to rent a condo this time. And, we are both glad we did! The pictures don't do this property justice. It is immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to spend time there whether you are a couple, group of friends or family. The view is what hits you when you walk into the door. Wall to wall glass looking out on the ocean. HUGE lanai that is always shaded, all the appointments you'd want to relax outside. It was just us and our two wee dogs (8 lbs and 11 lbs) and the owners were fine with us bringing them, just make sure you follow directions and get approval first. We are nappers. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which were cool and could be darkened for afternoon naps. I'm not sure I have napped so much in years, but, it was great to do so. While we did not use them, they have tons of beach chairs and other items one might want to use on the beach. The pool was lovely and refreshing and NOT crowded, which was great. The condo association obviously takes great care of the grounds. There is tennis, there is a dog park, it is literally just 3 blocks from our favorite breakfast place, The Grapevine. I know I am gushing, but, these property owners have the process streamlined and great communication. We have already started looking at when we may return.

We’ve been renting properties at South Padre for 30 years. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Yes, it is expensive but, very well worth it! The condo is well-appointed and lovely! The property is very well-maintained and both child and dog-friendly. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Dian and Roccy!

Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for our whole family and dogs. Quick beach access and pool area was nearby. The sound of the elevator was a little annoying, but I would consider rebooking again.

What a great stay! This was a family getaway with 10 people in the unit. Six adults from 34-62 years old and 4 kids 6-9 years old. PLENTY of room for everyone. Super clean, great location, and spectacular view of the ocean. So close to the beach and pool. Super responsive host and location manager. Just an overall great time that left our kids asking if we could come back to the same spot again next summer!

The property was excellent. The view was amazing. The beach was right out the door, and when the kids got tired of that the pool was super convenient and had shade for a large portion of the day. Lots of wonderful memories made!

My family rented this top floor condo overlooking S. Padre Island gulf side beach at my 93 year old mother’s request to put her feet in the sea one more time. The accessibility of property was great, the elevator ran well with a nice view of the area, it had safe covered parking, easy access to beach and gorgeous view from top 12th floor of condo building. There were plenty of towels, kitchen appliances and cookware, pleasant living area, comfy beds and nice chairs overlooking water. I was a little intimidated by rules, etc. in contract but I understood when explaining to my family. Hosts were very responsive to questions and I would definitely stay here again.

Best mother's day EVER!!

We traveled with 2 other couples. Got in right away with the property codes and the assigned parking This place was very impressive. The floor plan gets 5 stars. The kitchen was updated and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was there and in good working order. The back bathrooms were in need of a more intense cleaning, but I alerted the preperty management and they were very apoligetic and wanted to fix everything to our liking. It wasn't a big deal. The view and the beach are amazing. We all would stay here again! In fact, we probably will! . At the time of writeing this, I hadn't gotten our damage deposit back, but they said it could take a month, so I'm not worried about it. What a great place S. Padre Island is! We will be back to explore more!

This was the perfect place for 6 family members to get some beach time. The place was awesome. As usual, the only thing that wasn't perfect were a few other people. We had problems with 10 to 15 year old kids still out at 1:30AM banging on doors, and running and screaming around the building. Some parents!

This was a wonderful condo on the beach. Bedrooms were nice size and comfortable. The kitchen and livingroom were large, and it had a nice long patio. This condo was very comfortable and accommodating for our group of 6. It was well maintained, nicely decorated, and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall Great place to vacation. Condo was excellent. We would book again with no concerns.

We loved this condo. It’s very comfortable and the location was great. The only drawbacks were that the water pressure was low in the showers and the hot water doesn’t work very well in the kitchen sink. While the elevators are super convenient, they are very loud morning and night. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The beach was fantastic and clean.

Everything about this property met or exceeded expectations. The grounds are very well kept and this particular unit is in outstanding condition. All communication was clear and timely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the property and our stay here. The property is beautiful and was perfect for the 8 of us. We enjoyed the beach and played games together in the evenings. I have seen others complain about the elevators and yes, we could hear them but they never kept any of us awake or woke us up, so not a problem at all. Thank you for sharing your property. Great place for a family vacation!

Perfect place for our family getaway! The condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed in…well-stocked kitchen, plenty of good quality towels and beach towels, comfortable beds with nice bedding, and a variety of books, games, and beach items to choose from! The view of the beach was fabulous and just a short walk to get there. The pool was nice and not crowded. We had read reviews about the elevator noise and almost did not choose this condo because of it. I am SO glad that we did not let that scare us away. We just put a fan in the lightest sleeper’s room and by the time we left none of us noticed it at all anymore! We definitely hope to be back!
