The house was just amazing. Well equipped with all you need. Beautiful and spacious. Close to beach. Would definitely stay there again.

House was nice but ceiling fans and a/c vents were filthy. We all suffered allergy symptoms and i even h Git asthma triggers. Yet, air quality not good. Pool needed vaccum because pool floor was real gritty. Some of our food spoiled because Fridge wasn't cooling enough amd the freezers ice maker never worked! Staff was courteous, but House needs work.

This house is perfectly designed for multiple families. Absolutely love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The large kitchen and dining area makes a comfortable setting for eveyone to gather. Plus, the private pool is convenient for beating the heat along with the walking distance to the beach access. Highly recommend!!!

This place is great and the build is fantastic. The family next door seemed just as big as ours with kids and all but we couldn't hear anything from next door even when they were up late in the backyard. Back doors are pretty much soundproof and the pool and hot tub are great. Couldn't get the hot tub to function correctly but it was still warm enough for us. Will definitely be coming back to this spot again.

This towery had everything our 3 families needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is great for the beach, shops and restaurants. Checkin and out was easy. We'll be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of 14. It was clean and well stocked with towels and extra pillows. Proximity to the beach was not an issue. Can't say enough positive things about this place.

The home was beautiful,with a ton of amenities.The grass was cut,everything was clean,all rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable,even the water pressure was great with 3 people taking showers all at one time. time!.Will most definitely use SPI again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve rented in this area and love it’s proximity to the beach! House is well laid out, and overall a great place to stay.

Our extended family has stayed at a lot of beach units over the years. The 8 of us were unanimous that this is the best unit we have ever stayed in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms; a great kitchen and living area and a terrific pool and hot tub! Had no issues, but needed help with running the hot tub and someone showed up in a half hour. On New Years Eve!

The check in policy needs to be reviewed. Would not even let us in 20 minutes early. Would not let us gather in the driveway to decide where we would go to wait. Everyone was nice 1 rude guy. House was very nice and clean. Would go again.

Great location. Really is an easy walk to the beach. There are some beach items available in the garage, don't count on the wagon as it's pretty beat up with not much function left in it. The house is really fantastic for a large group. We had 15 of us and everyone was very comfortable, having so many bathrooms was really an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, knives need to be sharpened. Check in and out was a breeze. The staff at SPI was very great for everything. We had an issue with the pool, which seams to be very common. The weather was colder so we tried to be understanding, just note that in the winter months it doesn't seam to be able to get up to 85 degrees in the pool, we never saw it exceed 77, the hot tub would work though just need to plan ahead and make sure it's on a few hours before wanting to use it. Any issues were resolved very quickly with a simple text/phone call. Wish the weather would have cooperated better for us but the accommodations were fantastic!

The property was perfect for our group. Very spacious, we loved having our own bathrooms in every bedroom. The pool and patio were fabulous. Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and gather. The SPI rentals staff was awesome! So helpful. The couple of things that needed attention in the house were taken care of almost immediately. We were extremely impressed with the customer service. We would highly recommend staying at one of the SPI rentals properties. We all enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Room for our family of 13, close to the beach and activities. Pool at the house was a big hit for the family. There were a few maintenance issues that didn’t get resolved, ice maker didn’t work, the heater for the spa and pool worked but the display didn’t work do you didn’t know what setting you were on. The electric door lock wouldn’t work all the time but they did bring us keys . I was a little upset when we arrived on the island and the house was still being cleaned so we had lunch , did shopping and sightseeing. We decided to go by the property 30 minutes before check in and wait. The backyard was open and the cleaning crew said it was okay to sit out back till they were done. No one was in the pool we were just resting and I got a phone call from the rental company telling me we could not be on the property till check in even though it was 30 minutes.,we left and was given a check in at the check in time. Thought ASPI was a little rude in there actions

The place was exactly as described. The heated pool was so nice. The beach supplies in the garage were a nice added touch. Nice close walk to the beach and water faucet to wash your feet when you arrive back at the place. Would definitely stay at this place again on our next family trip!

We were very pleased with this property and would definitely consider renting it again! The home had plenty of large bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. The shared living space was huge and easily accommodated our extended family. There weren't enough cups or silverware but the issue was resolved quickly. The outdoor grill needs replacement along with the patio cushions. The patio tile is slippery when wet and guests need to be careful.

Beautiful home perfect for our family. The fact that every bedroom has a full size bathroom was great. Patio and pool area were beautiful and comfortable.

The layout of the home was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool when we weren't at the beach. Loved the home and the location so close to the beach.

After reading details for all the properties available to rent, the house was just as described. My family didn’t know what to expect when I said I’d rented a house for us, but everyone was impressed and grateful for the added amenities. Even my sand hating husband has requested to go back!

We had a great time. The house was spacious and the pool was great! The only room for improvement would be better mattresses while staying in a place for this price point.
