Great spot for a couple- right on the water! Even though we didn’t get sun, the view was spectacular! Rene was very responsive to any questions we had too. Condo is right next door to Wanna Wanna which we enjoyed too. Thanks for everything!

Friendly neighbors, a heated pool, condo amenities suitable for a family, accommodating host, and centrally located between great bars and restaurants all while on the beach.

The views are stunning and can't be beat. We stayed over Christmas vacation. The heated pool was a plus and having laundry on site was a blessing. The jets in the hot tub did not really appear to work, but that is a property manager issue. The living room furniture was different than pictured, but that was fine. The queen size bed is very high and was hard for me to get in to at 5' 1, but it was super comfortable. Overall was a great experience and communication with the property owner was very quick and accommodating.

We enjoyed staying in this condo as the unit is right on the beach and the balcony is perfect for a morning coffee. The apartment can use some TLC as previously mentioned by another customer. Some stain on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets go a long way in making this a perfect unit for 2 adults and perhaps if you have small kids it works. The ceiling in the living room was patched due to a leak we presume but the entire ceiling should be painted as well as the ceiling in the bathroom as it is peeling in way of the shower. Also a bug service would be helpful as we caught some of the big brown Texas famous beetles. We certainly would come back again to this unit.

Decent place to stay. It could use some routine maintenance and TLC. Having a “real” closet would be nice and clean patio windows would certainly make the ocean front view more enjoyable from the inside when it’s hot and humid outside 😬 It seems that the unit directly above us was very active during the night…. Moving of furniture and rolling carts with lots of heavy footsteps???

This is a charming one bedroom condo, it was just the right size for my husband and myself and I think it would work if we brought our two grown kids too, but any more than that and it could be a little crowded. The location is to die for, right on the beach, early sunrise views and quiet evenings on the balcony are a must. I can't wait to come back and will definately stay in 204 again. Renee is a fabulous host and easy to communicate with.

Great beach views and very clean. Only draw back is , bring your own beach towels but that is nit picking. Overall stay A+ 1 great communication from owner. Will book again if I’m the area.

Everything was great.Very relaxing for a retired couple .Close to the beach. Enjoyed the balcony where we could have a snack or a glass of wine. we would stay again

Enjoyed the view from the room. Owner was very helpful with check in information. Location is good and Wan Wan right next door making for quick access to food, drink and good music. Wife and I really liked the place and look forward to booking the condo again.

It was perfect for our family of 3, other properties I looked at had a queen bed and sofa sleeper. I didn’t want our toddler to sleep away from us, the bunk bed in the bedroom was perfect. She loved sleeping on the top bed and coming down the steps. We also wanted to be close to the beach for a quick walk to a toilet with potty training. The view was perfect, our toddler would wake up every morning and first thing look out the window to see the beach. The amenities was perfect, had everything we needed.

It was great to be right on the beach, just a few steps to be on the sand. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean. We enjoyed that it was open until 11 each night! The condo was clean and the extra towels were really nice, especially because it was so humid - there was no way to dry them by hanging them outside! The only downside I can come up with is that the main bed was VERY FIRM! Too firm for me, so I opted to sleep on the couch. The bunk beds were comfy according to my teens. We would stay here again if we make it back to SPI.

Amazing location to the beach! Walking distance to good and drinks!

Seamless check in with Code and key option. Unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular! Enjoyed many long walks/runs on the beach. Several restaurants in short walking distance. Milos coffee house serves a lovely house blend,. Well equipped condo - suggest an extra tea towel to dry dishes. Met some friendly neighbors. Pool is heated - an added bonus since March can be cool and it was!! Hosts were responsive from check in to check out - Will be back.

Great location bathroom little small many things to see and do

Did not disappoint!! Nice and cozy, right on the beach, with a spectacular view! Clean, peaceful, and the communication was awesome! Enjoyed chatting at the pool with the other guests. Would/will stay here again!! Truly enjoyed out stay!!!

Overall it is very nice place. You cannot get any closer to the surf. we walked 3 to 4 miles in both directions and nothing is closer to the water. the view from the balcony is great, you can see the beach and miles in each direction. The bath is tight but the shower is very nice(just know that the only way 2 people can be in the bathroom at the same time is if one is in the shower). The kitchen has anything you need to cook, the fridge is new the counter and sink are island cute.(we call the size of kitchen a one butt). The bed is very comfortable(memory foam). Lots of drawer space but not much hanging space. The resort is old but very well kept. It is very clean and the staff and neighbors are nice. The laundry room was good, 2 plus 2. We did not swim in the pool but many did and it looked very nice. The location is walk-able to many restaurants and the turtle and bird sanctuary. Parking seemed about right. the only negative about the resort is the hallway lighting. it is right at the bedroom windows, many of the units had the bedroom windows blacked out. this can make sleeping difficult for some. All said, we would certainly rent this unit again.

Property was very clean and well kept. Unit was small but adequate for 2 people. Right on the beach. Nice location. Nice long beach for walking. Lanai was just big enough for 2 people. Was very noisy at times but I wouldn’t say it should keep anyone from renting this unit.

A great experience with easy access to everything local. The unit is right on the beach, quiet and relaxing. The host was great and made sure we were taken care of during our stay.

This property was just perfect for us. It as all it was reported to be by pictures and narrative on the VRBO website. We were on the second floor with a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. The weather was just perfect and we spent some good quality and relaxing time on the balcony, coffee and favorite books in hand. This property is in close proximity to all the area attractions and a quaint beach bar and grill is only a very short walk along the beach. The owner of the property was easily contacted and quickly answered the very few questions we did have. All in all a fantastic experience.

We had a great stay here. The place was cozy and comfy. We appreciated that it was very clean, also. The view from the deck was lovely. We were very impressed with the ease and promptness of communication with our host, not to mention their willingness to work with us when we made an error in our reservation. A great place.

Great place overall. Minor disappointments- not that owner could control- noisy neighbors. Could hear everything from place above which was annoying at times. Great location, great beach access. Loved the pool being in front of the property for when we needed a break from the ocean/wind.

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and the host got back with us right away on any questions I had! We will be staying here again in the future!

Convenient

Our only issue was the bed. It was just horrible to sleep on. It was me and my fiancee there by day 3 we even tryed the bunk beds at that point. Very cute unit for 2 people just may want to consider up dating the bed.

We just love this condo. It has everything we need, stunning view, plenty of activities nearby (horses, 4x4 beach, Jetski, beautiful beach). We enjoyed interacting with other friendly neighbors. Owner is really nice and super responsive. Cable went out and she was on it immediately.

We enjoyed the views of south padre enjoyed our stay everyone was so friendly and inviting. Nice getaway space with beautiful views of the beach.

Our experience renting this property was great! With the awesome view from the balcony, we experienced the beautiful sunrise over the water and a comfortable shade in the evening. The condo is in a good location, attractive and met our needs. We utilized the kitchen and ate in every morning. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was small but well done and right on the beach. Property was next to my favorite beach bar wanna wanna! The only issue we had is that we came in late and the numeric lock code did not work. We were stuck with no place to go in the middle of the night with two teenagers after a long 6 hour drive. Luckily I found an unlocked window and climbed through. I read this same issue in another review. The lock seems pretty old, I think it's time to replace it. The Property manager was apologetic but I think offering some sort of credit would have been nice. Other than the issue at check in our stay was great!
