The condo was beautiful. It is in a great location. The host was helpful and courteous. We are already planning our return !

Overall we enjoyed our stay at South Padre Island. For the most part our condo had everything we needed within the condo. The view from the 9th floor was great. We were within walking distance to places to eat and drink. Thoroughly enjoyed our long walks on the beach. It would have been nice that the condo supplied beach chairs. We bought 2 beach chairs in bags, however, we left them at the condo because we were unable to take them with us. There were days when one or the other elevators were out of order, but always one of them was working. The adult only Jacuzzi was rarely above 87 degrees.

Neat and clean. Kitchen well-equipped. Comfortable furniture. Balcony was what we loved the most. Fantastic view!

We love the view of the ocean from High on the 9th floor. Watching the sunrise from the beach, balcony or even Couch is awesome.

This condo was amazing. Nicely decorated and had all the kitchen items needed for our week long stay. Amazing, and huge balcony with awesome view of the beach and ocean. Communication was easy with the owner. Nice location and within walking distance to restaurants. I will definitely consider this place again. Beautiful island trip!

The property was clean and just as stated. Incredible view, close to shopping and restaurants. Fantastic breeze in the large balcony. We made coffee, but didnt cook. Went to the beach and bike rides around town. Second year staying here. Worth the trip. Year three is definitely possible.

An older property, but the room was updated and had everything one would need. Right on the beach in a not so crowded area. Access to the private garage was awesome. Great host!

This was a surprise trip for my husbands 56th birthday and it was perfect. We enjoyed our short stay so much we booked another trip for next month. The host,Barbara, made sure everything ran smoothly. She was so kind to leave a birthday cake and champagne on the table. It’s the little stuff that makes it so special. Thanks so much

Very clean and great balcony

The condo is located right on the beach & has a huge balcony. We saw fire works almost every night. The bed is a queen & sags in the middle a little bit. The taps in the shower are backwards so be careful. Also, another set of dishes would be helpful then you can use the dishwasher.

If you’re considering staying at this Vrbo, I highly recommend!

I think the beds were full sized rather than queens... but everything else was accurate.

This beautiful condo lives up to its description. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The owner is easy to communicate with, friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items. The only negative for our stay was elevators that that stopped working for awhile. However, the condo itself was just what we were looking for. Sit on the balcony and sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the gulf. It is good for what ails you.

The condo was great with beautiful views! Very clean and upgraded! Definitely will come again! Barbara responded quickly to any questions we had! The building is going through some repairs and is older but you wouldn’t have even think that with this condo! We had a great time!

We had so much fun on our long weekend. Communication was no problem and she even let us check in a little early. The property itself was so clean, working the tvs was no problem, and the VIEW deserves 5 stars on its own. We loved spending some time with our kids and the property was lovely. Thank you so much!

This condo is everything you need to spend a great time in South Padre. It's directly on the beach, close to almost anything you would want to do in South Padre. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this place. Just as promised, high balcony makes for brilliant views of the ocean with sunrise coffee or sunset wine! Great location on the main drive with easy access to everything or bring your own groceries! We did a little of both! Will come again for sure!

Very nice sized balcony. Comfy beds: great view, and easy beach access. Perfect for short stay!

The location, building, and views were amazing!! BUT.. The floors had sand on them upon arrival, the bedding had sand it in, and the “pull out” bed had stains all over it which made us not feel comfortable using it regarding other factors.

We had a little delay in the check in when we didn't get the door code, but that was taken care of quickly. The place was clean, cool, and the balcony was incredible. We didn't use the other amenities at the property, but I highly recommend staying at the property.

Let's start with the Pros: It was on the beach at SPI The balcony was gorgeous overlooking the Gulf The owner did refund us $50.00 for the problems we experienced with the tv and cable Cons: The parking garage was small, dark and difficult to fit into your parking space The elevators were old and dirty and smelled bad We spent several hours trying to get the tv in the living room to work. Ultimately swapping cable boxes from the bedroom to living room after emailing the owner. The final suggestion was to troubleshoot over the phone with her husband. We declined as we really weren't prepared to troubleshoot a tv/cable problem. She did contact 2 people who could check out the problem but would not be able to arrive until the following morning. The cable guy arrived around 10 AM in the morning and confirmed the cable box was bad and would need to be replaced. Spectrum was set to arrive the day we left. On checkout we found the reason we didn't receive any fobs was they didn't work due to the owner not renewing access. Actually wouldn't plan on staying at the property again.
