Perfect property for family vacation! Adequate sheets towels and space. Beautiful property.

This was the perfect place to stay for our wedding. There was plenty of room for evw2 ro gather and celebrate. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future!

We had 3 families staying in the house and utilized every available bed, including the sofa bed. Parking was great, we had 3 vehicles and nobody had to park on the street. We cooked every day in the well stocked kitchen and utilized the charcoal grill for dinner in the evening. I loved that there are 2 washers and dryers, as it made washing/drying wet suits and towels quicker. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, they were used every day. The play area with the trampoline was nice for the kids as well. The house is located less than a block from a gift shop and liquor store, which is convenient if needed. It is a 5 minute or less walk to the beach access point at the end of the street. We all had a blast at the beach and loved the convenience of being able to just load up the wagon and go. Communication with the owner was great, she was very quick to respond. The only minor issue I had was staying in the casita. I would definitely book this house for another trip to South Padre Island.

We had a group of 10+ people and needed our own space and this was the perfect spot! There was so much room for everyone to spread out throughout the yard and pool areas. The house was extremely nice and had everything we needed. Dayna was great at communicating with me the whole time and was super quick to answer when I had questions. I would definitely book here again if I every go back to SPI thanks again Dayna!

We had an amazing stay in South Padre any problems were taken care of right away and were very small they are trying to improve the property and most issues were related to the updates . Loved everything and would stay here again! Thanks for everything Dayna and Jimmy!

Accomodations were great we enjoyed our stay. The tropical plants and trees were beautiful. Owners r super nice

Plenty of room for 8 adults and conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Don’t be surprised (like I was) that you are renting the bottom half of a two story home. The owner was very accommodating, though. We had a great stay.

My 3 year old daughter loved the back yard amenities.

This rental was such a beautiful home to enjoy and make memories in! From the side garden area we had the perfect view of the fireworks! It isnt too far from the beach but definitely take a wagon or something so you dont have to carry all your items if you have alot since there is maybe a 5 min walk.. maybe 3 if you are a super fast walker

It is an older home but most of it has been remodeled The pool and yard were wonderful There are so many separate areas for conversation for 1 or 2 or for everyone to get together. Renting the property itself is easy, but the listing is very misleading in my opinion. It states 4 bedroom main home with adjacent casita. To me that’s misleading it’s actually only a 3 bedroom MAIN HOME if you rent the casita it becomes 4 bedrooms So when you book just know it’s a 3 bedroom main home and if you add the casita then it becomes 4. If you look at all the pics it actually shows 5 different rooms just look at the backgrounds and you will see there’s 5 rooms . Which is not the case you are only getting the ground floor with 3 rooms THE OWNERS LIVE UPSTAIRS, they will lie and say they happen to be in town that week or weekend but THEY LIVE UPSTAIRS, super uncomfortable feeling, like your being watched all day. Just an FYI

Dayna was AMAZING! Excellent communication and local advice. We felt like the house and Casita were our own private oasis just a block from the beach. Perfect for our family vacation and can’t wait to come back!

Our three families enjoyed our stay at this beach house. We occupied the lower level of the main house and the one-room casita; it was perfect for the 8 of us. The living areas and pool were clean and spacious, and although some things could be updated, we were pleased with the amenities. More importantly, the proximity to the beach is hard to argue with. It’s a two-minute walk to the ocean (one minute to the sand), and there’s plenty of parking for the guests—we had four vehicles in our group. The owners were understanding and flexible with our questions and requests, and they responded quickly. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stay here again.

The house is great. Beach towels and pool floats are already there. Super clean. Lots of kitchen utensils. Quiet neighborhood and just a walk to the beach.

As college spring breakers we were looking for a spot where 10+ of us could stay together with a big yard and pool. This place fulfilled all of our needs as it was basically right next to the beach and walking distance from bars. The host was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Respect the property and rules and you will not have a problem.

Great location near beach

My family stayed at this beautiful house for an extended weekend and loved it! Lots of space, great kitchen and outdoor area. We had our family over one night for a cookout and it was wonderful. Hot tub and pool space is incredible and so relaxing!

The pictures need to be updated on website as there are a few things not there. it was pretty much what we had expected. We were unable to use the sandbox in the playground, it was full of weeds and grass but other than that the yard was great. The house was wonderful probably needs a little upkeep as several the door hinges fell off but luckily we have a handyman in the family and he was able to fix them all

Perfect for families with multiple age ranges or multiple couples. Make sure you book the Hacienda and the Casita. The private pool, outdoor areas and hot tub are a big plus. Host was great. Property needs a little maintenance. Location is spot on. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
