I will be back for sure!! If you are with a large group this is your house. There are 5 toliets. 2 jacuzzi bathtubs. 3 showers. The master bath shower is AMAZING. You are only half a block from the beach. I would suggest if you are cooking at the house take some kitchen necessities. I just cant say enough great things about this house. We loved it!!!

We had a wonderful time, very easy to check in, house was beautiful just how you see the pictures. The only downside is that the pool is not heated, but the kiddos still managed to get in it for a little while. Other than that we can't complain my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely go back in the future.

We could not find a broom, the kitchen counters were sticky and the master bed had sand under the sheets.

This beautifully updated and furnished, bright and clean home located just a skip from the beach is your home on SPI. It has everything you need and more: outdoor pool, huge deck, and beach tent/cart/chairs to use all a huge plus. The owners even leave a list of their fave restaurant recommendations on SPI. Can't say enough about this place, will definitely be back. 10/10 stars!

This house was perfect for our mini vacation. The heated pool was great. We all enjoyed it. The location was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is beautiful, has everything one would need for a beach vacation, and is so close to the beach. During our downtime we enjoyed the pool or just sitting next to the pool, enjoying the sound of the water. The 360 lounge chairs are amazing! A game-changer for sure! I'd definitely stay here again.

We love this place and it's the first place we check for availability! Great location, quiet neighborhood. Private Pool is a definite plus. Very clean. Living area/kitchen is very spacious. Everything is well stocked. Comfy bed, cold A/C. Complimentary toiletries and necessities. Couldn't ask for more! Perfect for a group of 8. SPI rentals is a great company. They were quick to answer questions and responded within minutes of anything we needed. Saul, Tabitha and Raul were great too communicate with. Definitely recommend and will book again!

Overall we loved this rental. Plenty of space for all. Pool was so clean, gorgeous really… could’ve been a tad bigger but we still loved it! Definitely close to beach access. Kitchen and upstairs space is beautiful. The master bedroom and bath are amazing and roomy. We were able to park 4 vehicles w no issues. So many positives! Just a few teensy negatives. Doors all need WD-40. Super squeaky, and loud when trying to be quiet. Cut my foot on glass near pool while grilling on day two. Apparently previous renters broke glass and it wasn’t cleaned property. Glad it was me and not the kiddos. Just be aware! Recommendation to agency…downstairs “mud” area needs a small fridge or beverage fridge. Would be nice to just jump inside quickly instead of going All the way upstairs to the kitchen. Again, we were overall pleased w this unit and have already recommended it to friends. And would most definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This is a totally remodeled home with a great location. It's half a block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It has great privacy and it's quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent this unit again.

We loved the warm pool and the layout of the house. There were plenty of fluffy bath towels and our kids appreciated the wagon and beach toys. I recommend a few more dish cloths and towels for the kitchen, a few coffee filters and salt and pepper to help make it a bit more comfortable for guests, but really not a reason to complain.

We've spent the last two Thanksgiving holidays at this property and LOVED every minute! The pool heater is another great touch especially on the cool evenings. This pool area was a major hit for our large family! The island and this house just keep getting better and better!!

It was good because the private pool allowed by boys (ages 9 and 10) to swim downstairs, keeping them out of our hair! There is a beach entrance very close by, an easy walk. The only downsides I noticed: - The home doesn't have a dishwasher. - You do find yourself walking up and down stairs a lot. My dad, who is not strong on his feet, tripped on one of the top steps which were not equal lengths. - Some of the buildout is a little janky. You can tell the home was rehabbed and parts are not very well done. For example, the downstairs path tub water spout rocks back and forth if touched, some lamp shades were broken, and some fans and lights are positioned awkwardly. - The pool was a lot smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Despite those downsides we still had a really great time!

The only grump I would say we have is very trivial and not going to stop us from staying with Spi rentals again. The grill didn’t really work and I wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with cooking utensils. Very first world. But the house was beautiful and was very spacious. The pool was on the small side but was very nice on the days we needed a reprieve from the heat. I would absolutely recommend renting from Spi rentals. We enjoyed our stay at 125 E Verna Jean. It was a close walk to the beach. SPI Rentals is always accommodating and there to answer our questions or come to make repairs. The place had comfortable couches and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend putting in a garbage disposal, and the patio needs the furniture updated.

There were 2 roaches that came out during our stay. There were no blinds on the patio sliding doors upstairs and downstairs. Patio furniture was rusted which made it hard to sit and place things on. Overall it was good.

We had another house booked that got canceled last minute and I am So so glad we found this one ❤ - great price and a great location. My family had an amazing vacation and can't wait to stay again soon! Check in was simple and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with the pool the first night and they sent someone over super quick to get it fixed. Very short walk to the beach and a couple great restaurants.

We finally felt comfortable enough to do it and unfortunately it fell after the burial of my father which in the host's defense, they did take that into account and move our dates which was appreciated but after this emotionally taxing day we checked into the dirtiest airbnb we have ever stayed at. In the pandemic day and age we live in, we expected to see an enhanced cleaning when it came to "touch areas" such as the stairwell handrail. It was black and grimey and there were hand prints all over the doors and door knobs, tvs and refrigerator. The sofas, ottoman, and chairs were all stained. You should never have to cover sofas with blankets at a vacation rental to feel comfortable enough to sit on. Its such a shame that this property is so nicely decorated but has been neglected in basic cleanliness and maintenance. Then there was the issue of the pool area. It was horrendously unkempt. There was broken beach chairs and toys all thrown and piled into a corner. The patio furniture was disshelved and covered in mildew. There were beer bottles and other trash around the pool deck and the weeds were overgrown. Nothing about the pool area was inviting. After dealing with an unapologetic property manager who at first denied there were any issues, they sent maintenance men to come see the property and finally agreed to refund the cleaning fee. We spent the first part of our stay cleaning, sanitizing, weeding, and sweeping just to try and salvage the rest of our vacation. On top the cleaning issue, there were some annoyances such as no salt, oil or coffee. We had to make a run to the grocery store right after our cleaning time. Good thing we had cleaning wipes because there was nothing to clean up messes with. Overall property management is the major issue. Just manage the property: the yard, the pool, the furniture, and the cleanliness. That is your one job as a property management agency. If you decide to stay here after reading this, the pros are the distance to the beach, the new matresses were very comfortable, there is plenty of storage, the washer and dryer are modern and work well and the decor is nice. But stay at your own risk.
