The staff and the Villa is amazing!!! We were well feed by an amazing Chef and served plenty of drinks by the pool. The other staff members were also amazing. We all can not wait to go back.

Casa Caleta is a beautiful property that suited our group of 11 adults perfectly. The house amenities are as described in the listing and the location is spectacular with direct access to the beach, amazing sunsets and multiple whale sightings during our stay. We were well taken care of by FOUR staff - Ana -the housekeeper, Alex - the chef, Job - the bartender and Sergio - the houseman. Our holiday was wonderful but there are a few items where the communication with our concierge could have been a bit better. Prior to arrival, we completed a guest registration form including a pre-stocking list and selected a menu for the Chef to prepare during our stay but we had no idea of the cost until the final invoice was provided on the evening before departure. Given that we chose our food from a menu and requested the types of drinks to purchase on our pre-stock list, I thought the concierge would be able to give us a rough estimate of the cost of what we had ordered or provide us with receipts for what had been purchased upon arrival (note that the concierge adds a 15% coordination fee to all goods and services). This is not meant to be a huge complaint, just something that could be improved upon. BOTTOM LINE - we had an amazing stay at this property!

Had such a wonderful stay. The property is incredible; pictures don’t do it justice. The staff was happy to handle every request. The service was impeccable. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience.

From the moment we were picked up from the airport to the moment we arrive to the house, the staff was amazing! Alex our chef and Job (Hob) our bartender waited on us and took phenomenal care of all of us! The food and drinks were 5 star! The house itself was one of the most beautiful places we ever stayed at! The ocean views, sunsets, and sounds were amazing! We would definitely come back!

Casa Caleta experience was unlike any of us had. The crew were so flexible, helpful and talented at their respective jobs. Communication (Whats App) prior to the trip and during was timely and clear. The house - What can I say! Clean, organized and one of the best locations in PV. amazing snorkeling right off the beach, pool and not too far from downtown. Cocktails were top notch, food was delicious. I cannot wait to see about renting this out again in the future!

This villa and location are spectacular. We were a large party for a birthday celebration. From the booking to our departure, Sare, the concierge was very professional, responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. She arranged a surprise fireworks display that was amazing. Alex, the chef, prepared wonderful meals. Job, the bartender, made sure we were well taken care of with wonderful cocktails. We wanted for nothing during our stay. The entire staff was very friendly and kept everything running smoothly. We had a beautiful stay. You will not be disappointed with your time here, highly recommend a visit to this paradise!

Location was amazing and not the STAFF couldn’t be more awesome! The best part of our stay was having the best staff! Jose (chef) made the most delicious meals! Definitely get the whole fish, it is divine. The only improvement I would suggest is having a run through of the property before guests arrive. We were locked out on the beach at night bc the lock the lock code to the gate didn’t work. We also had a swarm of bees in the top level bedroom and around the property when it started to rain. Overall, our stay was great.

My husband and I decided to get married at the Villa and that was the best decision I’ve ever made when it comes to renting a vacation destination. The Villa was amazing, the staff was also truly amazing and we experienced a magical vacation and wedding. Thank you to all the staff for a stay to remember!! There wasn’t a single complaint that I had, it was like a dream come true. Alex the chef whipped up some amazing meals daily, the bartender did an exceptional job of serving drinks and the house staff both Anna and the house man Sergio, were incredible. You will not be disappointed!

We came down to Casa Caleta with a group of friends for a 40th birthday celebration. The villa was spectacular and the staff working there were top notch. We had a similar trip last year that set our standards very high and this exceeded them completely.

Brock and Bonnie, Casa Caleta Villa and the staff exceeded my expectations! The Villa was as pictured online and was the perfect vacation lodging for my friends and me. Sare, the concierge, took excellent care of all the planning before and during the trip. We were greeted by Sergio, House Manager, Alex, Chef, Ana, Housekeeper, Job, Bartender, and Sare. Each made our stay memorable. The meals prepared by Alex were delightful and a true culinary experience! I look forward to a return stay very soon. James

If you’re looking for a dream vacation, this is it! We booked the house from 7/23-7/30. We were a group of 12, all in our early 30’s. This house and the staff were AMAZING. So much so, that we were literally sad to leave them! Sare, the concierge was more than accommodating. She set up all of our excursions (and was there to see us off on the days we had excursions), helped us order Pizza late one night when we were having troubles, made sure all of our transportation was scheduled, and so much more! She was always quick to respond to all emails before and during our trip. Sergio and Anna were so friendly, the two of them always made sure the house was clean and in order. Anna would quickly and quietly tidy up while we were eating or sitting by the pool, it was so refreshing to walk into our rooms each day and they were spotless. Each morning Sergio or Anna greeted us with a cup of coffee. One day one of the AC units was having problems, Sergio made sure to fix it ASAP. Job was our bartender/BFF 😊 Our glasses never went empty, and our cans were always replaced with a fresh lime. He made the most delicious drinks and shots. Our favorites were his blended Mojitos, Margaritas with volcano salt, and his shots with smoke bubbles. He was so attentive he even provided drinks on the beach. He always read our mind and brought out snacks when we got hungry. He made sure to keep the coolers stocked with our favorite drinks, and he did liquor runs when needed! Alexander the Chef (our other bestie!) was THE BEST. Our food was incredible. I don’t think we could pick a favorite meal. We had breakfast at the house every morning, along with almost all our lunches, and multiple dinners. Throughout the day he made sure we had plenty of snacks. Chips, fresh guacamole, ceviche, and quesadillas. Alex also accommodated one of our guests who was gluten intolerant, it was so nice that she was able to eat all the same meals we were. Each room in the house had its own bathroom which was so nice. Four of the rooms in the house had balconies with a view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Having beach access was so awesome, we even walked downtown on the beach a few times. Honestly, we want to start planning our next vacation back to Casa Calita. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had the best time and will never forget this vacation.

Reviews, at least these ones. Don't lie! What a terrific home with each room having their OWN BATHROOMS!!!! That is a huge plus when coming with a group/family. There were 9 of us and it was perfect! Chef Alex made our stay/food extremely good. Housekeeping team consisted of Ana and Sergio who where always available and ready to assist with anything! Job (pronounced "hob") made our drinks and where delicious! Always having he next one available. Can't express the amazing job all of them did. Not to forget Sare who made this reservation possible and helped us plan for my husband's 50th. MUCHAS GRACIAS! We WILL BE BACK!!!!

The owners, Brock and Bonnie Squire were wonderful, the biggest surprise was a Concierge, who reached out to me a couple of months prior to our coming with information about the property, menus, and the ability to schedule activities. Sarè Rodriguez, the Concierge, was patient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond. She worked with us to arrange food, taxis to and from places, cancelling a reservation for dinner, because we were so so comfortable and didn’t want to go out, massages, and transportation to and from the airport. The house has 4 staff, Anna, Sergio, Job, and Chef Alex. They are a fantastic team. Sergio and Anna take beautiful care of the property, it is squeaky clean, laundry, if left for her, is done and placed neatly Folded in your room in short order, Sergio places picks up groceries, maintains the saltwater swimming pool, and grounds and helps clean up whatever needs cleaning up. Job is the mixologist. He is amazing. He is observant and anticipates needs before they are even voiced. He’s friendly and kind. Chef Alex. Wow. Just. Wow. He is a wonderful chef, responsive to needs, one of my daughters has a dairy allergy, he made things for her that were delicious and that she could enjoy. His food is amazing, the Mexican foods as well as the Bolognese. The Crème Brûlée was some of the best I have ever had. The staff work together to make an amazing experience for their guests. The food is to die for, breakfasts and lunches are interesting, and well prepared, the dinners, should you choose, a treat. We had a party of 10, with our Grandson. The house was comfortable, and accommodated us beautifully. It was an amazing birthday trip and I’m so glad my daughter found this property. To Brock and Bonnie, my sincerest thanks for providing such an amazing retreat and opportunity for a whole family experience. We hope to be back soon.

We had a group of 10 friends from across the country - coming together for the first time in 2+ years to celebrate a 50th birthday. EVERYTHING about this house was PERFECT including the property, the service, the help with transportation and even arranging other activities such as Yoga! I can't wait to go back

I group of friends in our early 30s stayed. There's enough bedrooms that each person or couple had their own space, including bathroom. The outside area is the center stage with a good-sized infinity pool with ocean and mountain views. Close to town, with a quick Uber ride, or walk if you can handle very steep hills. The staff is wonderful and we opted to have all of our meals at the villa prepared by the chef, which are honestly better than a resturant. We also liked some of the nice touches like the bath amenties, water features, and Sonos system. Would definitely recommend!

The staff, chef, housekeeping, bartender were outstanding! The concierge was incredible from arranging transportation to tequila tastings everything went so smooth! The staff were so kind and helpful with anything we needed and always at hand. The owners were very accommodating on my specific requests and I greatly appreciate it. My husband and I loved the Villa so much we wanted to return in February for our anniversary but unfortunately they’re already booked! We will return in November! Highly recommend the Villa. A few other reviews complained of “extra” costs. We did not have one issue with their charges and thought that they were VERY reasonable. So beautiful and the location is great!

The property is large and beautiful with dramatic interiors, incredible views and a perfect location right on one of the prettiest parts of the beach in a safe neighborhood a short way from the romantic zone. We stayed here on our honeymoon. We were talking about moving there and fantasizing about living in this house from the first day. The service is incredible. The house staff are attentive, kind and willing and eager to do anything and everything they can to make each minute as enjoyable as possible. I had several of the best meals I’ve ever eaten made by the in-house chef. Cocktails and coffee drinks and virgin smoothies for my wife we’re always on offer and always eagerly and tasty prepared. Housekeeping was great as was the house man who took care of The house itself. Everyone was happy to go the extra mile. Housekeeping did some laundry for us. The chef picked up some things for us at the store. The house man helped us out getting a prescription filled and collected. And the concierge, not only arranged all of our activities without a fuss – always reflecting what I asked for and wanted – but also was happy to help us in a pinch by finding a doctor to visit the house on the quick one day. It was a full week of luxury and the taste of the highlife in the perfect setting in Puerto Vallarta. This was a perfect honeymoon. Thank you.

From our first contact with Sare, the concierge, everything was first class and went so smoothly. There were 12 in our group, my whole family, ranging in age from 77 to 4. The house was beautiful and decorated perfectly. What made the visit so great, though, was the staff. They took such good care of us, were funny, and ended up feeling like part of our family. Alex made the most amazing meals I have ever eaten. Job made wonderful drinks for the adults and really special ones for the 5 kids under 10. Sergio took care of us, the grounds, the pool, and anything else that was needed. Mary kept the house spotless and made quite the impression on the kids by arranging their stuffed animals and toys in cute ways everyday. We ziplined, boated, kayaked, snorkeled, and swam in the pool and beach. I think the most telling thing about how great Casa Caleta and the people there were is the fact that all of us cried when we had to leave. I would go back in a minute. If you get a chance to stay here, you will be very lucky.

We had the best time celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. The house was incredible, along with the staff, and location. We will definitely be back.

We celebrated my husband’s 60th with our adult kids (26-32) and 15 month old grandbaby. There were 11 adults plus the baby. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious and all en suite except for the media room, which they happily turned into an extra bedroom for us. Sare, their concierge, worked with us weeks in advance on the menus, grocery and liquor purchases, and special surprises we planned for our stay. Job, the bartender was a superstar! He made the best cocktails and kept everyone satisfied (and a little tipsy!) Alex, the chef, did an amazing job whipping up three beautiful meals a day for many hungry mouths, and gave us extras like ceviche quesadillas just because. He is talented in the kitchen! Sergio and Anna kept the house clean and neat and running smoothly. The staff was just SO NICE! We didn't lift a finger for six days! The pool and spa were perfect, overlooking a beach that is so pretty it was the setting for a small wedding of a local couple on one of the nights. We also loved the close proximity to Downtown PV. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in 15 minutes. We cant wait to go back some day!

Relaxing vacation for a 20yr wedding anniversary. Exceeded the highest of expectations. Sare, Alex, Sergio, Ana, and Job made sure every need was addressed quickly and thoughtfully, insisting we not lift a finger. 5stars..... without question. Worth every penny!

Amazing property and amazing staff and our team loved staying at Casa Caleta. The house is in Conchas Chinas so it's not in the heart of the PV action, but the bustling part of the city is a short cab ride away. Frankly, this is the best of both worlds and allowed us to meet without distractions, then enjoy the local scene when we could break away from work. Highly recommend working with the entire crew, owner and the property in general.

My experience was amazing. The house is even better in person. The location is great as you are close to the city but you can also enjoy the beach. The service is the best part, they are all very nice and welcoming. Food and drinks were amazing. We loved everything about the house and we will recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time in puerto Vallarta.

Simply awesome. The house and property were amazing only made superb by the staff that accompanied it! The chef, the bartender and all the staff were amazing. The location, the view, the beds -everything was just great. No complaints. I highly recommend this property and my group has already discussed rebooking in the future.

Our overall stay was wonderful the property was as described and the staff was Exceptional. Our only issue was there were additional property management charges that we would have thought would be include in the original price adding a lot to the bill. I guess our bad for not paying attention to the paperwork but make sure to budget for the expense. Overall great place and great people!

We stayed at Casa Caleta 8/31/19 - 9/7/19 and it was by far the best vacation my family has ever had. Pictures can’t do this property justice as it is so much more than can be captured in a photo. The staff is literally world class. Mario, Job, Sergio, and Anna attended to all of our needs and made us feel so welcome. We got to know them personally and at the end of the trip they were like family. Mario’s food and attention to detail were that of a Michelin chef and Job was so creative with his drinks and service. The location of the property os close to downtown and one of the best features pf the house os that it is literally on the beach with private access to a beautiful sandy beach. I can’t recommend this property and staff enough and would personally vouch that if you book this residence it would be a trip to remember. Owners of the property Brock and Bonnie have great communication and were great at helping set up the trip. We will be back next year and look forward to seeing everyone again.
