Close to everything! Lovely beachfront, great restaurant!

Great location for our family with three adult children. With the holiday weekend, we avoided a lot of traffic because of the location. Also enjoyed having an extra bed if we needed it!

The location was quiet and close to the beach, with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The beds could use an upgrade.

This place was a great location for a family on vacation. Condo wa clean and well maintained, property was safe and secure, and the beach was right there!

Great stay host responded quickly when we had questions. The condo was equipped with everything needed. Nice view of the ocean and a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to San Padre.

We really enjoyed your stay. I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one had everything! The kitchen was fully stocked to make any meal you would like. The bedrooms were great. They all had comfortable beds, soft linens, extra blankets and a big TV. Bathrooms had full size shampoo, conditioner and bath wash and fluffy towels. Living room/dining room had lots of places to sit, big TV, games and puzzles. It had a big washer and dryer. The closet was full of sand toys, chairs, umbrella and balls, everything you need for on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time! Condo is in a great location, just steps from the beach. We drive a Tesla and we were happy to find out that the Holiday Inn right next door has supercharges in addition to overnight chargers and they let us charge for free!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was great for our family, clean and organized and in a great location. I just need to let management know that the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the umbrella in closet is broken but this didn’t hinder our stay at all. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Property is exactly as listed on VRBO! Owners could not have been any friendlier and were readily available ! Bedding was very luxurious and bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen had every amenity you could imagine ( some plastic drink cups would be a plus) . While VRBO pics are accurate, the balcony is small and if I were staying during a summer vacation, I’d definitely look for a unit with larger balcony, but that is a personal preference. It’s a roomy beautiful place!

Becky the manager was excellent with all communication and went above any beyond to make our stay fabulous.

Great location. Right on the beach. Closet full of beach chairs and toys. Building is a bit older but clean. My only complaint is a couple of the cups and skillets were dirty. Something that wouldn’t come off in the dish washer. Owner was extremely easy to work with and thoughtful of our situation.

This property is fine. Clean. Enjoyable. However when the elevator is broken and your in-laws are suffering from debilitating ailments, nothing was accounted for. They were stuck in the apartment the entire time, aside from one effort made to go to the beach, over the course of 4 days. The manager dropped off a little gift card for condolences, but this was nothing compared to the massive inconvenience we had by not sharing the Labor Day weekend with them on the beach. Management should have put them up in a place nearby or offered free nights in the future when the elevator was working. Very very disappointing.

Mark and Becky were excellent hosts. The condo was stocked with all of the essentials. The location is amazing and the complex has great amenities. Mark and Becky are on site which is an excellent perk if you need any assistance or have questions. We’d love to stay again.!

I loved staying here cause it was really easy to get to when you come off of the bridge that leads to the island. Loved the beach access and it had a Tiki hut to get drinks really close also!! I also really liked that it was a gated community.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Mark & Beckys place is awesome, we had about everything we needed. Space for all of us to sleep hang out and be comfortable, not to mention that the view was breathtakingly beautiful. We watched the sun come up daily, easy access to the beach, all activities restaurants were close as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is an older building with a less than modern decor, but the location and private access to the beach in incredible. Despite the older appearance of the building, the LOCATION and PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS is definitely worth five stars! Check-in was very easy - no problem at all. You will need a private gate code to access the property which is nice and made us feel more secure. The unit is on the 6th floor and there were plenty of carts on the first floor to use for carrying our luggage to the condo. The pool was nice and clean and assessible. As for the condo, the layout was nice and provided enough space for our group (2 adults and three kids - 12, 10 and 8). We arrived to a low battery smoke detector intermittent beeping, but Mark fixed the problem quickly. In fact, owners Becky and Mark were very easy to work with. Mark stopped by and changed the batteries for us. There were other issues that I suspect were simply the result of wear and tear (water collecting on the balcony, patio door locking mechanism didn't work, and vents rattled in both bathrooms). Again, do not come expecting a 5-star Hilton experience. We also alerted the owners to issues with the cleanliness of the showers and hopefully this will be remedied for future guests. The kitchen was immaculate with beautiful countertops and stainless steel appliances (full size refrigerator, microwave, and oven) and plenty of plates, glasses, forks, knifes, and spoons. The updated washer and dryer were awesome! Some of the pots and pans had a lot of wear and I hope they will replace them with newer ones soon. But for the issue we raised about the cleanliness of the showers, the water pressure and temp were excellent. All of the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. The red sofa and loveseat in the living room should be replaced and updated. The bedrooms are spacious. You can also see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Overall we had a nice stay and we would definitely consider staying at Sea Vista again if we decide to visit South Padre Island in the future. The owners provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, which were all great.
