Perfect vacation home for the whole family!

We had a fantastic time! The home is spacious and was the perfect size for our group of 12, could have had a couple more. Everyone had the space they needed. The kitchen and dining areas were well used for food,fun and games. The patios had great views. The pool was clean and warm when a break from the ocean was needed. Thankful to have shared this with family and friends Would caution there are a lot of stairs. Not an issue for us, but if you are traveling with little ones or older parents br aware. Surrounding area was clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to any questions before the trip and responded to-needs while we were there. Lots of restaurants to enjoy your favorites!

This house was perfect for our family spring break. Every family had their own bedroom, which was large enough to accommodate pack and plays and extra space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill daily, ate at the large dining room table, enjoyed coffee on the deck and the pool was fabulous! You don’t even need to pack your beach towels! Kary was always available for questions and willing to handle any problems. We have stayed at SPI and this is our favorite house so far! Locations is great!

We had a large family and it accommodated all of us with plenty of room.. Loved the view of the ocean and short walk. The kids loved the heated pool and used it several times a day.

Very nice property with huge amount of room. Heated pool was a big hit VERY short walk to beach. Host was attentive to minor issues even during a holiday. Great stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It met our expectations nicely. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't right directly on the beach like I was led to believe, however it was only a short walk through a parking lot and we were there. It would just have been a bit more enjoyable to have a nice ocean view. The home was very spacious, and clean. With 10 of us, we all had our own private space to be to ourselves when needed. Might want to consider getting some knives sharpened, but that was quite minor. We have family that is close by that area, so we will be looking to rebook sometime in the future. Thanks for helping create a memorable experience for us!

Had a great 60th Birthday Celebration with family. The house is in a wonderful location across from Beach Access 17. Probably walkable restaurants but with the August weather, golf carts and cars are adviseable. There were a couple of repeated complaints that I read while perusing reviews. One repated complaint was that the dryer did not dry clothes. Well actually it worked great, just need to adjust buttons accordingly. Another repeated complaint was that the upstairs bedroon was hot. It could be but, if you adjust the thermostat accordingly (mainly at night) you will find the upstairs room very comfortable. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, Cary is responsive to any needs, and it accommodates a large group without individuals bumping into each other. There are 3 levels and all bedrooms are on the entry floor with the exception of the Owner's Suite (and what a suite this is!!!) I loved the middle floor where we all gathered which included the kitchen, dining area, and family room. Because I travel with a lot of divas/princesses... two bathrooms were not enough on the entry/bedroom level... so unfortunately I had to share my humongous bathroom with two of them. I have so.much more to say but see that I'm running out of characters. To sum it up, you can't go wrong with choosing this rental. When returning, I hope it's available!

The house offered everything we needed, with an excellent AC during July! The spacious family room was an added bonus! This place is well stocked and directly across from a beach access. The bedrooms were spacious and the 3 1/2 baths accommodated our family very well. Kary is an excellent host and addressed all questions and concerns we presented. We will definitely be back! ❤️🏖️☀️

We loved staying at this property. Property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. The house was well laid out and fully equipped. The pool was delightful! This house had ample space for a family of 14. This is our 18th year and we cannot wait to return to SPI. 😍

Great location , house , and Kari was easy to deal with . There were ( as always ) a couple glitches . The pool needs cleaned and net needed replaced , and the fryer vent was plugged in the wall . When we told them , they were on it and overall this is a great rental . We would not hesitate to come back in the future . Our family had a blast !!!

Had an amazing time with my college sorority sisters. Home gave us lots of spaces to visit and reconnect. Beach within walking distance was definitely a plus.

Overall stay was great. We had 3 families 12 people and had plenty of room. Property Owner Kary was great to work with. A couple restaurants were in walking distance but golf carts were avail to rent around the corner. Pool was warm. Beach was very close. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend this house, I have never been so south of Texas but this VRBO process was so easy! The location is amazing with a view of the ocean, great restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are quite large and has such a homie feel, with amazing sunsets! Kary took great care of my friends and I with amazing hospitality and I can’t wait to come back.

Lovely Property and Enjoyed Staying

Great place to stay, location was perfect. Everything we needed.

The property owner was very helpful and attentive to any maintenance needs that arose. The community is very welcoming. The beach and island are stunning! Overall a great place to vacation! This property is a very short walk to the beach (literally just across the street), is well stocked, and has a great layout.

The house needs some maintenance and the kitchen could have a few more items to bake and cook with. Beds were good , pool was cold when we arrived ( was told it would be heated. ) The recliners need maintenance or replacement. Kary was very good about communication if you contacted her.

Communication with the property manager while we were there was fantastic. Place was very clean and spacious. Beds are amazing! Everyone loved how comfortable there were. Super close walk to the beach access. Overall, we would stay again!

This was the single most amazing property that we have stayed out in our 10 years of coming to SPI. It felt like we were home with all the comfort features, and it was fully stocked just like being at home. We just needed to buy a groceries. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The location was directly across the street from beach access. The pool was fabulous. What took my breath away was watching the sun rise over the water from the 3rd floor lanai off the master bedroom.

The house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was excellent. It was great having an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after being on the beach and then swimming in our own pool. Our group consisted of 11 adults, 1 teen and a toddler. The third floor balcony was perfect for viewing the fireworks from Louie's Backyard, The Isla Grand and Clayton's Beach Bar.

Our stay was good. The location is fantastic and it was nice to have our own pool too. House is great for large groups. We had 13, but I’d say 18 could still be very comfortable. The house was fairly clean considering the amount of people it can house and the age of the home. It could definitely use a good spring cleaning. Host was accommodating. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

This property fit our needs perfectly. My husband and I host a stay for our family vacations. Four of our children and their families joined us. Each couple had their own bedroom and the grandkids all shared the bunk room. We had 15 people total. We were right across the street from the beach and had our own pool at our stay. Each family takes turns preparing dinner for the group each night. Plenty of kitchen space and dining space. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We brought some of our own dishes and cookware but there was plenty provided. The only issue we had was one of the burners on the stove wasn’t working but we really didn’t need it anyway. I would suggest bringing a beach umbrella and beach chairs as well as towels. The beach was very clean in this area..🏖🌴🐬

Beach was just across the street and the private pool was wonderful. We had plenty of space to spread out or be all together. The owner responded quickly to all questions and concerns. We’ll be staying here again.

The location and house was everythingggggg!!! I would definitely stay here again when I return!! It’s across from the beach and walking distance to many things!!! 💖

This is a great location and plenty of room for a large family vacation. Very clean. Easy access to the beach. Fast and easy contact with owner. Gas grill needs work - no handles and gas burners are burned out. The pool area was nice, but algae was a problem. Overall, this was a great rental

The property was perfect for us! Very close to the beach, with access right across the street. The private pool was great for the days we wanted to stay at the home.
