We only wish that we could have stayed longer. This condo unit is well maintained with a great view of the gulf. Everything was just as advertised. The host (Terry) is very informative and easy to speak to. My wife and I would definitely stay here again !

My wife, daughter, and I decided to do a short getaway for spring break this year and picked South Padre Island as our destination. Our stay here was great! Right on the beach, fun things to do around town, and some nice restaurants nearby. First time doing a VBRO and was very happy with the experience! Hope all future experiences are similar to this!

There was 4 of us staying here. We had a great time. Communication with Terry was great and responded quickly. The view was beautiful. We got some really nice sunset and sunrise pictures over the ocean from our balcony. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We had everything we needed. The pool was great with warm water not freezing cold. The beach was awesome and clean. It was nice you could rent chairs and umbrellas. Was another great vacation.

Loved location and balcony view of ocean. All beds were comfortable and the floor plan and furnishings were good.

This is a great beachside condo in an ideal location. Parking pass was included and all the details were seen to ahead of time. All we had to do is show up and start enjoying our beach time!

Spacious, comfortable and clean! Perfect ocean front view. Easy beach access. King bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Would stay again in the future.

We have stayed here for many summer vacations and always enjoy our stay. Condo is always clean and the laundry room isn’t far away. Property is quiet and well kept. Perfect sunrises on the balcony and sunsets on the front balcony. Terry is always very responsive if we ever need anything.

Great property and fun location

We had great views of the beach and water. It was a nice space and comfortable for our family - 4 adults. The location was very convenient to restaurants, a few within walking distance. And entertainment and other activities were also near by. We had a great time.

My husband and I enjoyed the condo immensely. Perfect view of the ocean, and close to everything, including super easy access to the beach. Love this place! Cant wait to come back sometime!

We would definitely stay here again. Laundry room is very close to the unit, location is great close to everything. The unit was very clean, everything worked, and the owner was very responsive.

The condo was amazing! Great view of ocean and perfect location alongside the beach. There was great communication with the owner/manager when it came to an AC issue and was handled in a quick professional manner! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable beach getaway!

Beachfront location with a great deck overlooking the gulf. Watch the sunrise, listen to the waves, walk on the beach. Simple to get anywhere on the island. Will return

Gorgeous ocean view! Super clean and quiet condo. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It has a Keurig, so bring pods to make coffee for when you're watching the beautiful sunrise from your balcony each morning! Moon view on the ocean was awesome, too. If you catch it on a clear day, you can watch the sunset from the entry balcony. Unfortunately we had cloudy evenings. There was a small amount of dishsoap, bar soap, body wash, toilet paper provided. Lots of bath towels, but bring your own beach towels! Lots of extra bedding! Comfy beds! Short walk to the sandy beach! The gated pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing, The condo grounds were well kept up. Easy check in. Quick response from Terry when I had a question. He was able to accommodate our late check out. Thank you!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Easy to locate, check in, ocean view amazing, clean & kitchen well stocked. Bring your own bath towels we asked for more wash rags & got dollar store quality. Other than that it was above our expectations!!! The best vacation we’ve had in a long time!

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property when arriving. The view was amazing, convenient to coin laundry on-site, nice updated touches on floor/countertops, etc. I've been going to South Padre for almost a decade and this is one of the better units my family and I have rented. It was only slightly more than the budget oceanfront ones I've rented before, and it was worth the (about) 10% higher cost. I will stay again!

Really loved our stay. Location was great and check-in was easy. Will be my go to spot next time I go to SPI.

Pretty condo, everything you need. Beach front, just walk to the beach. Clean and nice decoration. Excellent customer service!!

Terry was a 100% responsive host. I loved the structure's design with staggered balconies adding privacy. This is an older complex, only five stories, so the bathroom showers and closets are dated but clean. There was a problem with the refrigerator but we adjusted. The last week in September was a perfect time to visit. I will stay here again.

Went in late september with no crowds or traffic. Found the condo to be decent enough, clean and I think fairly priced.

We were very pleased with the condo. Pleasant owner. Condo was clean and stocked very well with dishes, drink ware, flatware, utensils, etc.; everything we needed was there. Great views from the front and back. Will be back and would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Balcony

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. The view was amazing. The condo had all of the amenities you could possibly want. Terry was such a wonderful host. We cannot wait to come back to this relaxing and well equipped condo.

The condo was exactly as pictured and the description on the site was spot on. Very easy to access. We loved the beach veiw and the easy acxess to the water. A water main on the island busted while we were there but the condo owner was very easy to get a hold and he keeped us up to date on when to expect it to be back up and running. He even offered us gallons of water to us until it came back on. Was supper happy with the condo and the owner. Would definently stay tnere again.
