I love the rustic decore and the old Mexico style look to this place. Staff is amazing. It was perfect for my husband's 60th birthday celebration. Omar, the chef, and Fernando, the assistant is just the best. Kudos to them for making it memorable.

We had an amazing time at Casa Quinta Leones. The staff are kind and hardworking, the house is eclectic and beautiful, and the distance from the beach is perfect. We held a micro wedding on the property and it was stunning. Angelica, the house manager, was very accommodating to our needs and provided 5-star service during our stay. She was very helpful during the trip/wedding planning process and answered all of the questions I had about the house and the city. Our families felt right at home at Casa Quinta Leones.

This trip was truly perfection. From the moment we booked the trip, we had easy and effective communication with the owners. The house was absolutely beautiful but it was honestly the staff that made the trip so perfect. I cannot say enough about the house manager, Angie. She arranged our transportation, meals, massages, and dinner reservations in town. She was welcoming and kind and alwalys smiling. She literally took care of everything and made our trip so relaxing. The meals made by Omar were spectacular. I would definitely recommend at least 2 meals a day at the house. This trip was everything we hoped it would be!! The only thing to note is that 2 of the bedrooms do not have ocean views. This was not a problem at all for our group but just something to note. The rest of the rooms are quite large and have breathtaking views of the ocean where you can watch dolphins and whales every morning!!

STOP READING, JUST BOOK IT NOW! From the moment I reached out to Sally, the owner, a year ago I knew I had found our perfect getaway. She was quick with responses and not only answered my questions but elaborated on what they offered and how they could help make my birthday celebration one we’ll never forget. We were lucky to have 6 couples join us for the week and everyone was blown away by the beauty of the house and the amazing staff that we can’t say enough about. Angie started helping me plan excursions, meals and transportation a couple of months out and nailed it! From a fishing trip and mariachi band to yoga and massages at the house, everything was perfect and she arranged it all with ease. Bring your fat pants because Omar will prepare the most amazing means and Fernando will be right by his side to get anything you’d like. When I say we wanted for nothing I mean it!! We ended up eating all of our meals at the house because we were fed like kings & queens! Not an easy task with 16 people with different food preferences and allergies. While hanging out by the beautiful pool and palapa, during the day, Zoe and Iza were busy cleaning, doing our laundry and leaving beautiful fresh flowers and decorative animals out of towels in our rooms. It was a magical trip done of us will ever forget and it was all thanks to these amazing people. My husband is already planning his 50th celebration and we will be right back here next year and we can’t wait!

The house is beautiful and beyond accommodating for our group of 14. The owner communicated great prior to booking and arrival. A few of the amenities listed were not available, such as pool toys and floats, but the staff promptly went out and purchased new items for the younger children with us. The food was excellent and all of the staff were lovely!

The only thing that exceeds the beauty, comfort and thoughtful layout of this exquisite Villa, is the sincere love and care that the staff puts into the experience of their guests. Even before you arrive, Angie will have you feeling confident that everything will be taken care of. She is an excellent communicator, who helped me and my guests with every detail leading up to our arrival and for the duration of our trip. We had a group of 14 arriving from all over the country at different times and days, and Angie coordinated everything seamlessly. Everyone loved their rooms and all the different places throughout the Villa to gather and enjoy each others company. The home is open air, and was a bit hot and humid during our visit - but each room has its own AC so sleeping was no problem and Angie and the team had fans going during mealtimes so we were happy! Omars cooking did not disappoint, his sauces especially were crowd pleasers. We loved every single meal. Fernando was always around to help, and always with a giant warm smile. The cleaning crew were so helpful and kind - we really wanted for nothing the entire vacation. Sally has a beautiful home, and her team will make sure your stay exceeds any expectation. Thank you Sally, Angie and your entire team for treating us to the most incredible trip any of us could have hoped for!

The home is extravagant, clean, and offers enough space for everyone to gather or have privacy, The hospitality goes beyond anything we have ever experienced in a vacation. Omar the chef is talented, creative, and accommodating. We left all our meals up to him and never once were disappointed. Angie the house concierge coordinated everything with ease. Overall this was beyond any expectations and a once in a lifetime experience for our family.

I have been fortunate enough to stay in some amazing homes around the world and would rank this experience among the very best. The home is spectacular and I can't say enough about the amazing staff. Angelica was there to address our every need, and always did so with an amazing attitude and warm smile. And the meals that Omar prepared were nothing short of spectacular. My family and I will absolutely look to return!

This place is very beautiful and the staff there went above and beyond expectations. This was my first experience having a staffed home, and I have never felt more taken care of, they definitely know how to take all your stress away from travelling. Angie the house manager even went shopping for decorations for us to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We would definitely come back again

From the time we arrived (and actually even before we arrived) Angie was taking care of our every need. The house itself is very impressive. Everything is beautiful. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool or watching the ocean. The plants all over the property are lush and tended with love as well. We had some crazy things happen early in our stay. We signed up for a sunset cruise with a pirate show, but when we got there the volume and number of people close together was not sitting well with some of our family so we had to leave. Angie came through with a great restaurant recommendation, and she got the driver back who took us for a last minute spot where our whole large group ate delicious seafood right on the beach. Then a monster thunderstorm hit (we were happy we were not on the boat), and we watched an amazing storm while we are safely under the protection of the beachfront restaurant! What could have been a very frustrating experience turned into a lovely evening thanks to Angie! The storm knocked out power in many parts of the city. Ours was out for two days. Connected to that storm, there was a plumbing issue that knocked out the water and a problem with the secure entry system so Angie had to come let us into the house, but throughout it all she kept us happy and safe! They managed to cook amazing meals even when everything was in chaos. I highly recommend this spot. Your trip will probably not have so many things go sideways, but if it does, thay can handle it

The house was beautiful and the staff was amazing. A very relaxing vacation

The villa is everything we hoped for and more. Our group of 12 people spanned ages from 14 to 82. It was perfect, with lots of spaces to relax in groups or alone. The whole place is beautifully decorated and open, with views of the beach and ocean. The beach was a short walk from the house and we could explore the various beaches and tide pools easily from our perch in Conchas Chinas. The pool and palapa area was a wonderful place for people to come and go, hang out, play games, play billiards - surrounded by trees and the sounds of the ocean and birds. We were even more impressed with the staff - starting with Angie, who makes the whole place run like clockwork. She was attentive to every need we had, including calling for transportation or booking excursions, to making sure we had drinks and snacks while hanging out by the pool, and arranging for Griselda to help us with our laundry. Omar, the chef, was amazing. He worked with us each day to plan our meals for the next, and each meal throughout our week was incredible! He was happy to prepare any kind of cuisine, and worked with some in our group who had allergies or food restrictions. Fernando, another important staff member, was always around to make sure we had everything we needed, and kept everything in order. It was an amazing combination of a beautiful villa and an attentive staff that made it a fantastic experience for the whole family. We highly recommend staying at this gorgeous villa with a wonderful staff.

I can't tell you how amazing our recent vacation was to Conchas Chinas. The trip started with Angie helping assist us with reservations, groceries, and transportation. She was on top of every request we had, and we really appreciated how easy she made everything. The villa itself was spectacular. The layout is fantastic for a big group, and we found ourselves spending a ton of time in all of the common areas (the pool especially!). They even have a sound system we could easily hook Spotify up to and relax to some nice tunes. The rooms all had beautiful ocean views it was a beautiful place to wake up to... the sound of the ocean was soothing. The other staff were amazing. The meals from Omar were absolutely fantastic. Fernando helped prepare the pool/villa each morning along with snacks/drinks, and Angie was above and beyond to help make us drinks and serve us snacks, always available to help us. Our housekeepers cleaned the rooms each day and even surprised us by doing some laundry for us. We always felt attended to and were helped whenever we asked. It made it such a special experience for the entire group. In general, no one in our group had been to Puerto Vallarta in 20 years. It felt safe, our excursions were amazing, and we hope to visit again some time in the future. If you are on the fence, don't wait. This place is amazing, and its an absolutely beautiful destination with a wonderful staff.

The villa exceeded our expectations. All the rooms were beautiful, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying a group meal. Angie, the house manager, was amazing and so beyond helpful. We loved all the food prepared by the house chef, Omar, and the rest of the staff was great as well.

There were 11 of us staying at the house. four different families with age ranges from 13 to 80 years old. We were celebrating our parents, birthdays and anniversary and a college graduate. Every single meal prepared for us was so delicious and fresh and creative. Each person had different taste in food, and everyone was beyond satisfied with all of the meals. Omar was an incredible chef!!! The staff was attentive and polite and we couldn’t have asked for a better help than Angie. She helped us with every need (before and during our stay) and made sure we had the best family vacation. The location of the house was absolutely perfect. We thought it would be far away from everything but it was actually walking distance to town. There wasn’t anything wrong with this property or the staff and we hope we can come back someday. We would recommend it to every large group.

We were 7 people aged from 29-90! Celebrated Nanny’s 90th!! Everything regarding this house was perfect. Omar prepared fantastic meals, Angie arranged for all our needs including running out for meds. There whenever we needed her. Fernando was always helpful and available to arrange and serve. Sound system fabulous. Views amazing and the pool!! Days were great in the pool but nights were off the charts fantastic with night swimming. Such a beautiful vacation!!!!!!!

Aside from the property being amazing, the staff were magnificent! They provided an impeccable level of service that met our needs and interests. We were able to balance exploring Puerto Vallarta with enjoying the house, although there were times that we didn’t want to leave the house…it’s that amazing. We celebrated two milestone events that staff helped to make extra special. From the chef preparing amazing meals, to the concierge helping with making arrangements for transportation and excursions, the team worked well together. I don’t typically like using names, but Diego who I think was the house steward, was on point with service provision. My entire family fell in love with his friendly approach, professionalism, and general camaraderie. He made us all feel special…all 15 of us! This vacation was a 10 out of 10 for me!

Outstanding property and service

My company stayed at Villa Quinta Leones for a corporate retreat and could not have asked for a better experience. It was a perfect space to work in. Each member of our team had a private room, then we used the common spaces together. The concierge and the rest of the team made organizing our stay so easy. Angie helped us set up activities, drivers, dinner reservations, and more - and we enjoyed 2 meals prepared at the house each day for an affordable price. The location is beautiful and so is the home. I would definitely come back!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. The location is close to town less than a 5 minutes taxi ride and there is a market/pharmacy next door which is convenient. The beach is very close and a short walk. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday and there 14 people. Plenty of room to have your private space. Angie coordinated mariachis, massages and tequila tastings for us at the house. She handled airport transportation as well. Diego is the BEST, serving all of our meals and making our cocktails during the day. Omar is the chef and really enjoyed his meals. Francisco helped with maintenance of the house and our luggage, etc. All the rooms with exception of 2 have wonderful ocean views and private bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs in the property but there are 2 bedrooms pan the main floor if anyone can’t do stairs. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. I would highly recommend this property and we will be returning!

We spent a week here with a group of 15, and it was wonderful. Dinner outside with great sunset views, amazing food cooked by the chef Omar, Angie the concierge and Diego the bartender/server were all great. The rooms are wonderful, the pool is big and heated... Lots of options : indoor spaces, outdoor spaces, umbrellas, sun... If you have a big group or family, I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic House; Fantastic Location; Fantastic Staff

Property itself was beautiful. The only drawback was stairs to the master suite, and sunken shower, but we were careful. Great having choices of meals with flexible times. Shoreline walk to town was do able for younger folks, but us older folks did it.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Villa 12/28-1/4/23. Sally the host was very easy to communicate with and shared some great places to see and enjoy. The staff was outstanding and the property was stunning!

When I saw all 5 star reviews I was a little skeptical but now I would like to give this house more than 5 stars. From walking in the door to snacks and Mexican beers to the amazing service by the entire house team. The cleaners kept the house impeccable (which is hard with 15 people!) and Diego was the best host - he played bartender by the pool, grabbed more food and drinks when we were low, made recommendations for local activities, etc. Angie, Yasmin, and Fernando were also part of the family and Omar was an amazing chef (order all the shrimp!)…multiple ways to get to the romantic zone by foot or cab and the younger kids (and an adult) went to the ocean every morning for shelling and fishing. The pool is bigger than the pictures and heated so even when the sun hasn’t hit it yet it was plenty warm for pool time. We will be back!

The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for all 15 of us. But what really makes this house special is the incredible staff. We had a fabulous week.

The property is lovely, like most of the reviews say it is better in person than on the pictures. The overall layout is great, the rooms are nice, and the common areas are functional and beautiful. The chef and server were both good and they put together whatever our heart's desired for meals and snacks. Our trip was a girlfriend's getaway, and it was perfect as everyone had their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Yasmin was our concierge and she handled everything like airport transportation, tours, dinner suggestions and billing of the food, tours and liquor. She even tracked down the driver when I left my phone in the van on the transport to the airport; he came back to the airport, and I was able to get it before my flight left. Sally, the host, was very attentive and even checked on the group mid-stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Cons: - Much of the time taxis have a hard time finding the property - It can be a pain not being able to flush toilet tissue - The property was nice and clean when we arrived, but ongoing housekeeping was lackluster and even though we were just a party of 9, getting towels and face cloths were hard at times. Much of the time the two housekeepers were in the garage listening to music, singing and eating.

Beautiful property, top to bottom. Perfect for a big group, plenty of space for separate sleeping arrangements, dining, hanging out, and taking in the beautiful weather of Puerto Vallarta! My crew had an amazing time at this property, zero complaints, and incredible staff (Omar and Fernando were so great!!) Would absolutely stay here again! Enjoyed every bit of it and a trip my group of friends will always remember! Book this spot!

A beautiful home in an excellent location, perfect for our family party of 13 persons. 15 minute walk to Romantic Zone. Quiet residential area of large private homes. Great staff: friendly and competent. Omar is a very good chef. Diego was always hustling keeping the margaritas and snacks coming and serving Omar's fine meals. Breakfasts on the deck overlooking the ocean and dinners under the large palapa. Fernando kept all house systems working properly and the pool sparkling and well stocked with towels. The maids kept the house immaculate. We were completely satisfied. Yasmin is an excellent concierge.
