Cutely decorated and the master bed was very comfortable. Second bedroom bed was more like a child's bunk bed and too short for our adult son. The kitchen already had all the dishes and utensils and we appreciated the soap, trash bag, etc. starter supply kit. Our only complaint was the bedroom windows were frozen closed and the master bedroom bathroom outlet didn't work. Otherwise we really enjoyed the condo! 👍

Stayed in Saida tower 3, this 10th floor property has amazing views of the beach and lagoon. Easy access to the beach and the main pool is great especially in the afternoon and evening as it is shaded by the towers. One of the first properties you get to in South Padre when you cross the bridge so getting to and from Port Isabel is very easy. Will definitely stay again.

Many of the electrical outlets do not work and a tile in the secondary bathroom shower was broken. One of the elevators was broken our entire stay and one was broken for several hours making it impossible to get to the condo for hours as I had my mother and young niece so ten flights of stairs was not possible.

Very nice, and decorated in a beach theme. Loved it! At 10 stories up, the highlight is the gorgeous view of the beach and that pristine sand and water we have come to love over the years. South Padre is our family’s happy place! Always ready to return.

Our biggest concern was traveling during Covid but the property was very compliant with the guidelines, requiring masks in the elevators and buildings. The unit was well furnished with a GREAT view overlooking the courtyard and gulf. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The weather was perfect and we took advantage of the one heated pool quite a bit. The only downside is the number of dogs at the property detracted from the experience.

Great condo and property. Only thing I would love to see differently is a deck box or something to store sand toys and things for kiddos. We had to fly so couldn’t bring ours and didn’t purchase any either.

Also, the smell in the front bathroom is horrendous like sewage. Again, all five years. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done about that, but it really is unpleasant. While at the pool, especially on the weekends, people will play music really loud (which is ok) but the music is foul and full of cursing and swearing and children and grandparents are everywhere and no one said anything to them about their choice of music. Excellent view to the ocean perfect location for the beach

Upon our arrival the Condo was flooded. A towel was thrown over sink to stop the sink from Leaking. When the property manager got there she said the maids had said there was a little water hours before our check-in but she left it like that for us to arrive to? There was water from the kitchen all the way to the living room. Property manager said that they would get it fixed promptly that wasn’t the case. We had to leave as soon as we arrived so they could clean it up. Not what we wanted to do after a nine hour car ride with teenagers and an eight-year-old! While we were out we received a text that they were shutting off the water in the kitchen. Which wasn’t turned back on for 36 hours of our stay. We asked if we could be made to a unit that didn’t have problems property manager told us she didn’t have any. Never offered anything for our inconvenience I didn’t even hear her apologize. She just made excuses. They only left 6 towels for the whole week for five people. I had to take them to the laundromat myself to wash. The water pressure was messed up so been we got cleaned better outside with the water-hose then in the shower. It was like a dribble it was so bad I took a video. If they fix the water pressure/ left enough towels and the unit wasn’t flooded when we got there I would have given it a much higher rating. The Location was great, amenities were awesome! I would definitely come again but stay at a different unit!

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location was perfect for us. The kids loved the access to the pool and easy access to the beach. Condo was perfect for our big family. We had a extra air mattress and everyone was super comfortable. Thank you

Had a great stay in south padre. Unit as described. Beds were comfy. A/c worked great. Kitchen full of supplies needed to make meals. Only negative, pools needed cleaning during the day.

This condo was perfectly suited for our needs during our week long stay at South Padre Island. Fantastic ocean/beach views from the 10th floor overlooking the pools and tennis courts. Secure, gated parking with easy access to the elevators made it a breeze to unload and load our vehicle and move in/out of the condo. Also, very easy check-in, check-out process and good, clear communication from the owners! Nice sized kitchen with panty made it easy to prepare most of our meals during our stay and the location is super close to restaurants for the occasional meal out. Big balcony with lots of chairs was great for morning sunrise coffees and for drying out ocean-soaked clothes. We would certainly stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: We had trouble with getting all the outlets to work multiple times. We flipped breakers and nothing seemed to help. We called maintenance and left a voicemail twice, but no one ever called back so we just used the outlets that did work (about half). Then our last night the power went out entirely and we had to try to clean the condo in the dark. Rent in Padre staff was always very nice and helpful, but the condo staff now so much. Also when we got there, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months and your feet were black within minutes if you were barefoot in the condo. Overall, it’s a beautiful condo with a great view, but some experiences were less than ideal. We enjoyed laguna bobs and tequila sunset for dinner and night life.
