We had a short mid-week stay and really enjoyed it. Excellent communication with property owners/manager and everything was exactly as listed. Very nice location for accessing the beach, restaurants and attractions. Property had everything you would need, including laundry! Highly recommended and would stay again.

Condo was very nice with beautiful view of Gulf. Within walking distance or short drive to grocery store and restaurants.

Well maintained and centrally local so you can walk to most places.

This place was exactly as advertized. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. I was very impressed with the furnishings and the ease of renting. We would definately come back. It was dog friendly, which was a must.

Our stay was exceptional! The condo was very clean and welcoming. The view from the 9th floor is gorgeous, from both the balcony that faces the beach and the walkway that faces the island. Our family visits the SPI every year and this condo didn't disappoint!!.

My husband and I stayed here and loved every minute. The condo has the most amazing view. Everything was clean and comfy. Located close to everything (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week….perfect in every way……the TVs were a challenge but didn’t take away from it being a really nice place…..we will definitely b back……I could sit on that balcony all day and nite….spent 90% of our time on the balcony……tks for sharing your place….

The view from the 9th floor was spectacular! It was nice to sit out on the deck overlooking the ocean and people watching. The condo was well laid out, furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared several meals there. Next visit to SPI I will definitely be calling the Martz's via VRBO.

The property is amazing! The condo was so beautiful and so clean and very well decorated with a great beach vibe. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was our go to place for coffee in the morning looking at the ocean just breathtaking. Great way to start our day!

This condo was everything we could ask for in a vacation rental! Very clean and well kept. Hosts were available right away with any questions. Would definitely recommend and hlpe to stay again!

The condo is wonderful. It is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We did cook some, and the kitchen is well equipped. But what is really special is the large balcony right over the water. We all loved spending time out on it from morning coffee to evening drinks.

We took a quick trip to South Padre right before Christmas. This condo did not disappoint. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed right there. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again! Hot tub was a bonus.

Great condo right on the beach. The condo and the complex as a whole is very well kept. Super clean. Gorgeous view from the balcony. My father uses a walker and there were no stairs anywhere, including the private beach access. My toddlers loved the playground and kiddie pool. The managers were very easy to reach and fast to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicely furnished condo. Good variety of cooking & baking equipment. Strangely, they do not furnish detergent for the dishwasher so that it can be used. Bought our own. Beautiful beach view. Only annoyances were the closeness and noise of the elevator to the bayside bedroom and the ongoing construction noices next door.

This property had great views and the complex was well maintained. The master bath tile was in need of cleaning and repair and the master sink had no hot water. The rest of the condo was great and very nice. We would stay there again.

South Padre in October has become something that we look forward to each year, and this year, as with previous years, did not disappoint! We enjoyed the sunny, warm days as well as the cooler and rainy days. Our condo was nice and cozy and we loved our time both on and off the beach! Looking forward to next year!❤️

Our stay at this property was awesome! The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances, pots/pans, utensils. The washer/dryer were a huge plus, especially because we had our 4 boys with us. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The pictures do not do it justice. They provided a wagon and plenty of toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach (you don’t need to bring anything with you). Once you’re packed, it’s literally a minute or two to the beach via a private access. There are hoses to spray all the sand off as you re-enter the complex and the hot tub and pool were a great way to relax after the beach. There was also a small playground area which our 3 and 7 year old enjoyed. The owners have been great. They allowed us to change the dates of our trip due to some scheduling conflicts and they were very nice about it and accommodating. Check in was easy and painless. The location is also fantastic. You are within walking distance to shops and restaurants. You will not be disappointed if you book your beach getaway here!

The condo matched the pictures and description perfectly. Great location on the beach with readily available elevators. The only issue was we tried repeatedly/daily to get our parking pass to no avail. We simply left a note on our dash and it worked. This, by no means, was an ownership issue.
