Quirky little apartment. Very clean, it has everything in it that you may need. So lovely that a bottle of red wine left for when we arrived. I went with a friend and the couch converted into a double bed. Such a lovely place and would definitely recommend. Lovely quiet area didn’t hear any noise from any other apartments. Very central too.

We loved the location and the decor. It was a beautiful area and so nicely finished. The bottle of wine was a really nice touch, though we don’t drink. It was very quiet and we felt really safe. Netflix and wifi were a huge bonus. The shower was lovely too.

It was very hot. We couldn’t sleep under the blankets. The fan wasn’t really effective. We couldn’t open the windows wide as there were a few pigeons desperate to try out the accommodation too haha! A small bottle of shampoo/body wash or some milk would have been nicer for us personally, rather than the wine.

The location, overlooking the river Foss, was delightful.

The host was great: good and friendly communication. The place was lovely, clean, and modern. We would definitely choose this place again.

I loved the quite location, it's near the city centre. The property indeed exceed our expections. I strongly recommend it, hopefully we will go back next year.

The apartment was really clean and pleasant. With great simple decor but still felt cosy. Had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the main areas of the city. Would definitely recommend here to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay

It was a lovely room, with good facilities in a very secure building. It looks straight out onto the river, which was lovely and (though the geese are loud) for the most part it was very quiet. Both beds were very comfortable.

If approaching from the footbridge via Garden Place, it is very dark, especially if you're on your own. One night, I could clearly hear the people upstairs moving about at night, which could disturb a lighter sleeper, but didn't bother me much.

it had absolutely everything you could want, both beds were really comfortable and there was still a lot of space when both were in use.

Fantastic location. Apartment had everything we needed and was really spacious. The little touches of the games console and Netflix were appreciated.

Really great apartment. Amenities were fab: iron, kitchen appliances, towels etc. and the place was so clean! Can’t wait to come back :)

Clean place. Heating was working properly. Shower was amazing

Really well equipped and decorated. Great options with the smart TV and the Super Nintendo games. Kitchen and bathroom very clean and well presented. Location was great and close proximity to a secure car park. Also some one on hand to message with any issues, they fixed a minor issue with hot water in no time at all.

Bit confusing to find right door to building but only took couple of minutes really, nothing major.
