Was far enough away from the busy Claytons but close enough to walk. Location was great. About half way between Claytons and wanna wanna. Would recommend.

Very easy no problems at all

We had an amazing time despite the storms. The condo was so quaint and just the respite we needed to bring in our 30th year together. It was so relaxing watching the waves from the couch snuggled up. The hot tub was so hot and relaxing. Betty was an amazing host! She was so easy to contact and we had everything we needed.

Condo was clean as well-stocked! Betty was wonderful to work with.

The condo was really cute, with spectacular views of the Gulf. Located right on the water with easy access to the beach. Betty was super helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view and proximity to the beach is unmatched. No frills, but had everything we could need. Betty was super accommodating and even allowed us to borrow her umbrella and auger to ensure we had the best stay..our goal was solely to relax.on the beach and that was accomplished. The building itself is dated, but none of that mattered because we just used it as home base. It was quiet, clean, safe and best of all...steps to the beach. Thanks again to Betty for an awesome stay and quick and effortless last minute accommodation. We will stay again.

We had such a great stay in this condo! Love the location that it's right there at the beach side which is convenient when you have little ones. The beautiful view of the ocean is definitely a plus. The room was well maintained and had everything we needed. The manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. My little ones were asking if we could just live there lol! Totally recommend!

Betty’s condo is the perfect spot for a trip to SPI! Beautiful views (beach and fireworks). Steps away from the beach and pool (close enough I ran in for forgotten items for my kids several times). And the condo is just very comfortable, everything we needed was available and beds were comfy. I would recommend this location to anyone and have saved this location for next time!

This condo was perfect for our family! The view was breathtaking! The location was near several great restaurants and not far from a Dollar General which was so convenient for items we needed to pick up, including groceries! Betty is amazing! She was so quick to respond! Such a kind lady! The condo has two beach chairs provided and some beach toys! Thank you for making our first stay to Padre so memorable!

We ended up renting a golf cart because the shuttle system is not so reliable and you will end up walking a lot. We will def be booking again!! Love this place and SPI.

My friends and I found this condo to be comfortable, clean, and well designed. The property owner was easy to contact, and the location on the beach was ideal. We had such a wonderful time that we hope to return. I would be delighted to rent this condo again.

This property is amazing and I won’t stay anywhere else on the island when visiting! That’s how good of an experience I had! The condo is very clean and fully stocked. The host Mrs. Betty is very attentive to our needs and was just so caring overall! The view is breathtaking, this condo sits right on the beach! The view is everything ! Also this condo is in the perfect location, the dollar store is right down the street and pretty much everything is walking distance! I can’t wait to stay again in this beautiful condo!

We will definitely be back. The view and location were perfect! Betty was great with communication! We left and ipad and she called us to let us know and mailed it back to us!

We had a beautiful view and had great access to the free public transportation.

Renting was very easy, we had no issues with the property or methods to rent. The owner was polite and it was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The views of the seaside were excellent and the condo was clean and well-ordered. The one problem we encountered was an a "ant problem" in the kitchen area. It was manageable, but it was also a bit annoying to have to check everything for ants. This problem needs to be addressed soon before they get worse.

This is a great location, just steps to the beach. Great view of fireworks and the ocean. Perfect for a couple and even a family with 2 kids.

Proximity to ocean can’t be beat. Parking can be a hassle as not much space. Condo is outdated and could use some upgrades like flooring, baseboards etc. Furnishings old but functional. Great to be able to sit on balcony and watch fireworks at Clayton’s or walk to Wanna Wanna for dinner. Overall, location and view is always a priority and I would stay there again.

We are a party of 5 with 3 kids 12, 10, 8 and although not a huge condo this condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for us! The bunk beds were a big hit and my 12 year old had no complaints about the sofa bed. The view really is breath taking and you can see the fireworks from the balcony. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes since it’s a beach front condo. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond, we had never stayed in this building but will definitely stay again in this condo! It’s on the 6th floor but there is an elevator or you can take the stairs and walk off some of that delicious island food. Building was nice and quiet - but still had people staying there and the pool was nice and had some shade during the day. We didn’t use the TV in the bedroom but the tv in the living room has plenty of channels so we could enjoy a movie night.

We loved the property! Loved the ocean view! Loved the location! We will definitely recommend to our friends and or everyone that needs to vacay in South Padre Island!
