We were very pleased with our stay! The location is perfect, and view is spectacular. The house was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. If we needed anything it was provided for us quickly. The only wish list item we would have liked was more dishes/ containers for food and leftovers.

Beautiful condo, very clean, and the views were spectacular. Only suggestions would be to possibly keep foil and plastic wrap on hand in the kitchen, it would have been helpful to be able to cover leftovers or take a sandwich to the beach. Also, google maps has the turn into the property in a weird spot. It actually sends to past the turn and you don't realize it until it's too late and you have to make a U-turn. Other than that would definitely book again.

Second year staying at this property and we love it. The location is great and the condo is nice and clean. We will be back!

We had an excellent week in South Padre! The property was clean and well kept!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous location, amazing views. Only complaint was with checkin. After traveling for many hours, they did not have a key for us! Which I know can happen, it’s how it was handled that was not acceptable. No apologies given, left us hanging. One thing with the condo-not a complaint just would be nice to have extra blankets. The bed only had sheet and thin comforter.

We had an amazing time staying in this location. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed for winter break and the weather was a force to be reckoned with, but after a couple days of bitter cold and vicious winds the sun came out. The condo was nice, some food crumbs on the furniture and stains on the couch. The heater took two days to get up to temp so we were pretty cold. On the last day while making dinner the water went out for a couple hours. And then the dryer gave out, I wanted to each all the towels but I couldn’t, Overall it was a nice stay,

The villas here are in dire need of upgrades and rehabilitation. They’re old and have seen lots of wear & tear over the years. They need to be gutted and redone or torn down to start over. We stayed in the Solare tower in July and it is much more up to date, clean and usable.

First time in South Padre Island and it didn’t disappoint nor did this property. Perfect location, clean and had everything you needed. We were concerned there were no elevators with the property being on the 3rd floor but was not a problem. Super close to the beach and the pool. It was awesome to hear the waves crashing from your balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 7. Being a blended family sharing our first holiday together, it was important for me to get everything right. This condo was amazing! There were a few hiccups. After arriving, we found out that we were the first guests to stay after renovations to the place. There were some electrical issues, hot water issues and such but it only took 1 call to make it right. We loved the balcony views! As far as the location itself, we wish the hot tubs were heated and the pools would have been warm but the staff were as friendly as anyone could hope for! We will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone here was amazing! We had an issue with our smoke alarm and they fixed it right away. The place was amazing with a perfect location.

The location was great. The condo was close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The one issue we experienced was the washing machine in the unit did not work from Wednesday (when we checked in) until Saturday morning, the day before we checked out. I had to call/text repeatedly to get the repair completed.

We have stayed in SPI several times....This time we decided to try a different location .... The property access was easy...Our plane was late and the guard at the gate checked us in.....after midnight.... The bedrooms were spacious and we had 7 people in our party. The three bathrooms also worked out great.... There were three boogie boards in the closet and that helped... The down side was the kitchen and appliances...there was only enough room in the kitchen for one person. The pots, pans and dishes have seen better days--but we did the best we could with what was there. The clothes washing machine was difficult to operate and would not drain and rinse completely. We also ran out of dish washing soap and toilet paper..... We could have also used some disinfectant and glass cleaner..... The security thoroughly checked for our parking pass EVERYTIME we went into the complex.....That was reassuring and appreciated. Overall it was a little pricey for the quality of the amenities....

Overall listing is what it was posted to be true the condo clean and nice the only issues were reported to the condo no washing machine that was lit working couldn’t drain are spin so for one night it smell like sewage inside condo the kitchen wasn’t completely stock with utensils had to buy more the two other restrooms water pressure in the shower was a bare minimum also report but with that being said the condo is in a prefect location family friendly neighbors were quiet so overall Pleasant stay would have been better if certain issues didn’t happen

We were in condo #380. It was comfortable, but it is great need of remodeling and refurbishing. There is also a weird/old house smell throughout the entire condo. We had to go to the grocery store to buy Febreeze and cleaning supplies to make it more pleasant, but the smell never went away. The bathrooms are outdated. We ran out of hot water at the end of the day each day we were there. The circle window in one of the rooms was also cracked. The manager has to know about it because there is a picture hung over it. Also, the washer needs replacement. The cycles are slow. It took nearly 3 hours per load to wash and dry. Then, it would have been nice to know in advance that the beach area outside the location was closed. We had to walk about a quarter mile for beach access. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and pools were clean. Overall, I would not recommend staying in #380. Choose a new/remodeled condo.

We walked in an the first thing we saw was the ocean! The condo was exactly as pictured but even closer to the beach than we expected. Beautiful pool and hot tub as well. Comfortable beds. Loved that there was security at the beach area to keep only guests allowed. A few small things were worn, old, broken but just small cosmetic things. It was honestly the perfect place for our vacation and we are so grateful for this beautiful condo to make memories in!!!

Pros: right on beach. Small decks but multiple of them. Plenty of beach towels and shower towels. Size good for 5 adults and 5 kids. 3 bathrooms a plus. Cons: Bed in first guest room was sagged. Upstairs mattress not great woke up with sore back each day. Ants in cupboards got into our food we just purchased. Showers didn’t work great. Drained poorly. Beach hot tub broke most of time. (Worked on and off but never worked for full day) upstairs bathroom had dirty hairs all over the floor. Very dirty for amount of money for cleaning fees. Only 2 small kitchen towels and a small square sponge for 7 days not even a dish cloth. Tiniest bottle of dish soap I’ve ever seen almost guarantees you have to buy more.

The WIFI information was incorrect, we could not access it till the next afternoon. Only 1 of the 3 Tvs worked and only because my husband works for Spectrum and was able to move the box and get it working. Some residents there were very rude, they must have ran off 3 groups of families because they didn't want any music playing at all. We left the pool and when we returned they came up to us very rudely.. We were playing country music very low and then began to record us, mind you we were our children the whole time. Extremely inappropriate! We tried going to the other pool but it was packed from where everyone had moved to because of them . We are from Brownsville and rent the island twice a month, chance if us returning there will more than likely not happen.
