This hotel is amazing. The level of care that they provide their guests is so wonderful. It’s like a very high-end resort at an approachable price. The grounds are lush and beautiful. The pool is gorgeous. The restaurants are delicious. The beach club is fabulous. I’m not gonna mention one person in particular because honestly, every single person working at that resort is so kind, helpful, and Are truly there to make your stay special. Also, make sure you do a day at the spa because I did a massage and a facial and it was amazing.

If you’re used to lots of dining options at an all inclusive, you will not get that here, but all of the food is amazing.

Hotel and staff were exceptional. Facilities superb and atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The all-inclusive menu was varied and good with the restaurant staff willing to cook request meals. Drinks were good quality.

WE asked to change our room. the room we booked was disappointing no view and smaller than expected. we paid to upgrade our room.

This hotel is in a great location and the team at reception were so welcoming and helpful. Our suite was spacious and we loved all of the little extras - borrowing a beach bag, sun loungers on the terrace, L'Occitaine toiletries etc. The beach club is brilliant and definitely worth a visit. Food and drinks were excellent. We loved our spa treatments - very relaxing before our flight. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Exceptional service! We had the most peaceful and relaxing gateway. The staff was so accommodating and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge and relax in sunny Puerto Vallarta.

Excellent staff, they went out of their way to ensure that we had everything that we needed and that we had a comfortable stay. The concierge worked wonders to get us reservations to popular restaurants and to help us schedule excursions.

There was some construction happening on the grounds, so there was construction noise and a bit of debris. We chose an all inclusive option, but not all meals and drinks were considered 'all inclusive'. Terms for what isn't included are not made very clear
