Food in the restaurant was good. Service a bit slow as we were the only people eating in there at the time.

For the money paid the room was very small. No real view. Not much storage.Luckily only there for one night. On the morning we were leaving there was no hot water so unable to have a shower etc. Complained to reception when we left. !0% taken off our bill.

The staff were exemplary in their customer service. Everyone I spoke to at reception were so friendly and helpful. I would be proud to have any of them in my employ. Room was nice and shower in particular was great, location was ideal.

Only issue I could say was the view from my room wasn’t great

Prosecco on arrival hit the spot. Location was great. Room was modern and clean. Staff were professional and friendly.

There was a slight musty smell to our room and the corridor. We didn't have enough towels but did call and room service who were straight on it. Also the teas and coffees weren't topped up adequately, sure if we had have called reception they would have sent more up, wasn't the end of the world Room could have had complimentary water. Asked for some at reception to find 5.40 had been charged to the room ( a lot for a bottle of water). These slight little improvements would have added to our stay.

Breakfast, spa facilities and quality of the service complimentary procecco on arrival and an extra hour to check in and out due to Hilton honours member high quality

Overall price was far too high, it was a small room, also the additional £30 charge is ridiculous!

Very comfortable bed and pillows.

We had the presidential suite. It had a mini bar in the room which was empty. It's the best and most expensive room so you would expect complimentary drinks.

Beds and pillows very comfy. Housekeeping very thorough and left sweet little notes on the cards. Room was quiet and temperature acceptable. Staff were professional, courteous and approachable. Loved multiethnic staff representing the city.

Dark twin room. Not much daylight. Kind of small and a bit of a squeeze to move around. No bath just shower. Elderly mother would have had trouble finding the room herself. Pillow cases too small for pillows - which tiggered my OCD. No drawers, no biscuits, no bible (I'm old fashioned).

I stayed 3 nights, my room was only cleaned one out of the 3 days. Also, the room did not have a cupboard for clothes, just a single hanging rail. And finally, no water in the room, had to pay £1.50 for a single very small bottle, should have been complimentary. Oh one other thing, took a swipe of my card on checking in case of expenses. How've failed to say that it would auth the card to the value of £25. Means money taken but not returned for another 3 working days. Might be better to do the auth but reimburse on checkout.

The room was good for one person, enjoyed the pool. I have stayed at better Hilton’s but this was pretty decent. Enjoyed the pool and the sauna!!

The gym needs updating and better equipment and to be cleaned it was very dusty.

Reception staff were great.

We didn’t have any hot water the day we checked in, so had 2 cold showers. Didn’t have towels on the beds or in the room, we luckily saw a trolley in the hallway with fresh towels so had to help ourselves.

The room was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our 2 night stay. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the breakfast service was great.

The plug of the shower was not the cleanest, as it emanated a smell when the water was running. The bed was very firm, and not easy to settle into. I understand everyone is different on this point, it was just not to our taste.

Staff were efficient and friendly.

We were on the 6 floor and it was a labyrinth of corridors getting to our room, wouldn’t fancy my chances getting out in a fire.

The man on reception was welcoming and friendly, I wish I caught his name to give him a special mention, thank you!

The spa facilities are no longer included in the cost, very disappointing! The public areas such as the foyer, staircase and corridors are looking a little tired. Signage for the rooms can send you round in circles so keep your wits about you!

Upon arriving to the hotel the staff were lovely and professional. We did mention that on the booking we wanted rooms together or at least on the same floor which they did not do which was not good especially as I had booked the 3 rooms months before. Upon arriving in the room I was hit with a cold breeze as the window was left open in my room and it was freezing. The room itself was lovely and clean and it was a lovely space. The TV, fridge, iron, safe and ironing board etc were great to have in the room. Breakfast was amazing!!!! Loved it! There was something for everyone and everything was laid out beautifully. The brilliant thing was the lovely gentlemen who cooked fresh eggs/poached & omlette, such a lovely touch. The breakfast staff were lovely. My entire stay was amazing, the staff amazing and the hotel was amazing. We are definitely booking to go back.

There was nothing i didn't like

the room was clean but not the easiest to find and good job I was only staying for a short time as the room was small and you could only get in the one side of the bed, Nice bar area though.

room small and a little basic for what I'm used to from Hilton to be honest, also the note coming to the room to say they had tried to gain access with a request that I needed to go to reception, then been told it due to an unpaid bill even though that was not in the letter pushed under my door and the room was prepaid....!! was not happy they have all my contact details so could of got in touch this is not the way to do business

Lovely Hotel in the heart of Nottingham, parking was convenient, the whole stay was perfect. Thanks
