Clean and spacious rooms receptionist was helpful.

The restaurant was a bit too dark, a bit difficult to find our way around and staff weren't too helpful. Difficult to use the toilet due to the big hand rail being in the way rather than help.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout check-in, breakfast, dinner, and check-out. Naomi, especially, was a great first point of contact at check-in. The meals were tasty and convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The bar and lounge area was beautiful and relaxing we actually went back to the bar for drinks and food instead of going out after we watched a show in the theatre. Rooms had everything you will need and was comfortable.

At 2am The walls seemed to be made out of paper. Above us sounded like they were having a party, music blasting, shouting and singing and woke us both up. About to complain when they had a knock at their door, quietened down but soon escalated again. Although not the hotels fault it did ruin what would’ve otherwise been a perfect stay

We could hear the people in the room above us which was loud and kept us up in the night

Room 810, Considering this was a superior King room, we couldn't get sky to work on the TV. the shower wasn't good not much more than a trickle, this is the third time we stayed, the last time being just last month had standard roof, the shower was a lot better in there than the superior room. being our anniversary wasn't impressed

Check in efficient and friendly, great location and parking easy to find and use. Great extras like bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, water, mini fridge, complimentary tea/coffee/hot choc and biscuits.

Room small, cramped and not enough storage space for 2 people. Bathroom small and toilet didn't flush properly, we called maintenance and they said to leave it 5 minutes each time as it takes a long time to fill. It took much longer than that and was very hit and miss. Breakfast was tasteless, the black pudding, fruit juice, scrambled eggs were bland, the hash browns were hard and inedible. For the price this hotel did not live up to expectations.

Unfortunately on the day we visited the pool area had extremely cloudy water and the steam room was out of use which was disappointing as we wanted to make use of these.

The building is beautiful and breakfast excellent. Rooms are clean. Love the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

Tiny bedroom for two people for three nights. The bed had two metal wires sticking out which caught my leg a number of times. Air con broke and as windows don't open was very stuffy. Windowsill was running with water by the end of our stay. No drawers, no cupboards and no storage space for anything. Just a tiny wardrobe with space for a couple of hangers. As we were booked in for 3 nights this was very poor choice for us as I know there are bigger rooms with storage space. Shower dribbled and tiles had scratches and chips out of them in the bathroom. Carpark cost us £48 extortionate parking cost.

I booked a room for disability and was very disappointed with the room has did not help with my disability. No walk in shower and the toilet was against the wall and with the aids down for helping to get down on seat and get off no room to move very uncomfortable. Definitely not a room for anyone with a disability. It looks like the room was made for disabled people has a after thought. Not suitable for disabled persons. Apart from that great hotel and food great and staff.

Gorgeous communal spaces and services, excellent location and our room was spotless. Definitely felt like a bit of luxury right in the heart of the city. Parking was incredible value too.

Breakfast was good. The Fitness room and pool were good. Service was good.

The air conditioning didn't work in two rooms. The bar area was gloomy. The overall decor looked tired.

The room was much smaller than expected, practically no place to sit besides on the bed. Air conditioning was working intermittently. Very poor view as we were on the 2nd floor.
