Didn’t appear to have been hoovered. Crumbs on the desk. Bedroom was not clean upon arrival. Bathroom was though

Timpani on Reception was outstanding and a credit to the hotel. I requested a specific room, which she organised for me without trouble. And when we checked in just before 3pm on Saturday, housekeeping were running behind and our room wasn't ready. No bother, but Timpani went beyond the call of duty and provided us with two drinks vouchers for the bar as an apology. Timpani - 10 out of 10 to you!! I hope the Hotel Manager is reading this... she's a credit to you and your team!
Rooms weren't spotless. The desk was dusty when I ran my finger across it and the bath had grubby marks on it. Housekeeping needs to improve.

Some carpets need updating nothing serious,net curtains for privacy in lobby could have been whiter

The location is perfect for a short business trip. Close to the station and not far away from the city centre.
The flow of water in showers and the basin was annoying. the flow was very slow and it took a while to bath and brush your teeth. I have obsevered similar issues with other Leonardo properties I stayed in recent past. It may be towards saving natural resources and the intent is understood and respected but not at the cost of time you waste and frustration due to the same.

The price for a single night stay, it was the play off finals and Ice hockey is an expensive sport to follow, the hotel price £207 for one night (no breakfast included) didn’t help.

No hot water, not able to shower or wash. Spoke to receptionist about this and they commented that a few people had said that to them too…no apology or offer of anything for the inconvenience.

Got a top floor room without even asking which is great for the price I paid! View was amazing and really good facilities. Room came with towels, coffee station and bottled water and vouchers for the food downstairs! If you want the bougie stay at a low price this is the one!

L'albergo è situato in una posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Nottingham e a pochi passi dal centro. La struttura sembra nuovissima, camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, anche la vista all'ultimo piano era favolosa.
Unica pecca il prezzo della colazione, a mio avviso un po' alto, abbiamo infatti rinunciato a quella dell'albergo per scegliere le bellissime caffetterie in centro.

Had an interlocking room. Not sure if all rooms are like this but with a door being there instead of a wall it was more noisy and could hear music and conversations happening in the room next door which was a little annoying.

No on-site parking, the nearest car-park (at the station) is a good 7 to 8 minute walk. But it was cheap and secure so a small quibble.

Excellent location - situated right next to the train station. It’s a short walk to get to all of Nottingham’s attractions. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back…perfect for 1-2 night City break. Comfy bed and big bathroom! They also left some chocolates and a nice welcome note.

There was the noise outside late at night along the canal as we like to sleep with the window open

The beds were very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.
The TV remote control was extremely dirty and had to clean it with wet wipes that I had. Also the body wash and shampoo dispensers need to be cleaned along with the shower curtain and tiles.

The breakfast was amazing. The receptionist was very welcoming and we really appreciated the complementary breakfast as it was my partners birthday.

The location was close to the centre of Nottingham within walking distance of central shopping area and close to transport links . The staff were friendly and helpful, they were quick to respond to my requests

Breakfast was nice
Reception staff not very friendly and at times quite rude, not very helpful. One member of staff clearly didn't know what she was doing and instead of asking for help she promised to send me the VAT receipt i needed to claim my expenses and then failed to do it, resulting in me spending 30 mins later that day on the phone trying to obtain it.
Parking is a real issue I had to park 10 mins walk away and it cost £20 overnight !!

it was close to the station which is what we needed . large towels, tea and coffee in room with lots of milk supplied . lots of hanging space for clothes. linen great, beds and pillows very comfortable
room 602 was dated. the shower has a curtain and a constant whirlwind sound coming from the vent. no conditioner or body lotion, toilet paper was v cheap.
