Breakfast was first class. Fresh orange juice and actual mushrooms not tinned. Cooked perfectly. Room was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also the right size for me. It was a pleasant stay

After the first day of competing at my skateboard competition i was able to check in late which i had organised ahead at 8pm and it was lovely I sadly had run out of budget to afford breakfast so had my sports nutrition bars instead.

The venue is located well within reach of the City centre and costs £12 in an UBER. It was clean, functional and there was an excellent welcome by staff. The twin room was clean and tidy albeit a bit dated but that didn't matter. I would certainly recommend a stay for one or two nights. The breakfast the following morning was well catered for and delicious. There is parking on site available but limited. The residential street does offer unrestricted parking

The room was as expected, a single room, cozy but with all the essential. The bed was comfortable, there was enough space to move and leave the luggage. There was a desk with chair, air dryer, TV and in the toilet they had soap and cottonwoods. Everything was working properly. The temperature of the room was good too, comfortable and not too hot.

I stayed at the fairhaven hotel on the 28th of October and it was great. The hotel and the room where very clean and tidy,i had an ensuite room,the only thing i would say was the bathroom was very small but it was serviceable.👍 The breakfast in the morning was lovely,full english and freshly cooked.👍 In summary would i recommend this hotel... yes would i stay here again..yes. I would rate my stay as a 9 out of 10 due to the small bathroom but other than that it was good value for money.👍😊

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very polite, informative and measured gent. I was delighted to find a cultured environment at such a reasonable price and will certainly be returning! I have no complaints and have already praised the experience to others. Well done.

Second time I've stayed at Fairhaven for work. Ideal location for me, close to Beeston with lots of amenities, and close to central Nottingham but not too close! A friendly welcome again and can happily recommend as a place to stay.

Lack of onsite parking facilities. I was, however, able to park on a nearby street with ease.
