Nice hospitality

This is an extension of my stay. I still like food & beverage menu, room services handling, and of course location stays as good as it is :). All staff in all departments are helpful and keen about their work. I have a little issue with the room that I mentioned in my last review, Franz from the Front Office came to me professionally offering a room change and that was so much appreciated. I also extended my stay for another night with a smooth continue of accommodation without wasting time making unnecessary transactions.

Понравилось только место расположение отеля. остальное не соответствует. думаю что оценка отеля 8,4 это преувеличенной вариант. есть отзывы которые введут нас клиентов в заблуждение.

думаю что оценка отеля 8,4 это преувеличенной вариант. на самом деле заселили очень поздно. не смотря на то что несколько раз писал админу об этом. завтрак и ужин был индийским и очень таким скудным. но то что было можно было поесть. в третьих в холе отеля находятся 3 или 4 ночных клуба из за чего не думаю что туда стоит ехать с семьей. бассейн не большой но чистый. поздно открывается но рано закрывается. отель старый и даже техника ТВ и т.п все старое. несколько раз забыли почистить комнату. то забыли поставить банные принадлежности. полотенце все старое.

На booking.com пришло подтверждение. В отель прибыл, а там этой брони нет. Я показал им номер бронирования и пин код, но это не спасло ситуацию. Никто не стал разбираться, всем на тебя просто пофигу. В итоге пришлось бронировать другой отель. На всё это ушло огромное количество времени, соответственно отдых испорчен. На будущее стоит думать, пользоваться этим отелем, да и вообще самим Booking.com. Кстати, деньги так и не вернули. Буду писать жалобу в министерство туризма Дубая. Очень бы не хотелось попасть в подобную ситуацию ещё раз.

We stayed for 7 days food served repeatedly, most of the dishes bland in taste except Masala Tea. We requested for a drinking water by around 11.45pm but they didn't care to deliver. They have a huge TV but showing only Arabic channels except 2 local English channels and when I complaint to the then manager he was so rude and telling me this is an Arabic country you will get this only. For getting a weighing machine to check the weight of my luggage from the house keeping I have to beg, and the reception staffs, finally I spoke to a guy from the from office, then he who helped me to get one. While we are coming from outside tired going to the door steps the access card will not work then I have to come down to the reception to do the reset the card. I understood this hotel is formerly under Holiday Inn (We cannot expect such a service from them) and currently run by some other company. In the hotel everywhere it is mentioned Holiday Inn but not giving the service Holiday Inn group gives.

We did not like many things about the management, breakfast was bad , service was worst .. staff was untrained

It had a cheap perfumed smell which was disgusting, the staff was very rude, they tried to charged us additional money for the taxes that we had already paid via booking. In the end we paid additional charge for cleaning fee because we could argue with the staff anymore and were tired and want to check in to the room. All 4 days the curtains were closed because the view is at a building and people were looking at you. The breakfast was awful, it only had Indian food and we couldn’t eat anything. The location was bad. I would say that this hotel should have 2 stars the most, not 4. Definitely not worth the money!
