Clean, close to airport with free shuttle. Staff were great!

Couldn’t raise the temp in the room. Raising the thermostat actually lowered the temp. My wife is here sensitive to cold temps.

it’s super close to the airport like 7 mins. they offer a shuttle. Staff were super friendly and helpful I enjoyed happy hour and the pool. the room was lovely, bed and shower was great!

The food for breakfast and the location

Everything felt very clean and sleek inside. The room was spacious and had a nice modern aesthetic. It was a very comfortable stay all around. The staff (especially at the bar and reception) were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to us. The location and the complimentary shuttle was also very handy. The complex across the street felt very safe and was nice to explore some food options. Breakfast at the hotel was also good value and was tasty.

Reserving the shuttle took a while as it was very difficult to contact the hotel (without a Dominican number).

Room hadn't been cleaned since previous guest. Reassigned me to another room on the ground floor, without a view.

Staff didn’t have my booking in the system, couldn’t locate it, took 39 min to resolve and finally find it, was at 11:00pm so we got our room by almost 11:40. Room was dusty and not work 320$ CAD

Kind of an old renovation, stylish, like room concrete and paint..just my opinion

I liked the proximity to the mall. Its just next to it. The rooms are also big and clean. The hotel provides shuttle service to the airport

The staff doesn’t care much. They’re never at the front desk and they don’t explain anything about what’d included. Maybe this is due to the fact that im a single traveler? Not sure though.
