The apartment is very comfy, it has everything: coffee machine with capsules, washing machine, ironing board, cutlery. We were greeted by host at arrival. The location is very good for going to Belem, to Cascais.

You have to consider the area of LX Factory as it is party-place. till some 23:00 it is noisy there, but for us it was not a problem.

Comfortable apartament, with 3 separated bedrooms. Good location, easy access to public transport (train, buses and trams). Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean, well equipped. Washing machine caps avaliable! Host very friendly and responsive.

A little bit noisy during the nights (night life and then plains, trains, trams since early mornings)

it’s right next to the terrein of LX Factory. You got live music and crowds everyday. If you want extremely quiet: this might not be the right place.

The location, restaurants right at back and we could see it from the little (tiny) balcony and from the kitchen windows 👌 The view of the 25th of April bridge on top of us The beds were very comfortable The kitchen ware, the big fridge, the new (and modern) stove The internet availability, the information right in front of us. although the TV could be a little bigger 😉

Just by giving the LX Factory directions to the bolt driver we ended up in the wrong place, he left us inside the restaurant area instead of by the gate were we should stop. That must be mentioned when the location his given to new guests to avoid what happened to us. The front entrance door to the building is very old, doesn't look safe, needs to be painted, the way it is gives a bad vibe to the building, they should follow the next door example. And should be better locked. In the kitchen: that kind of table is annoying, the gaps between it, it would do better with a flat surface table (no gaps). That fake grass in the little balcony does make it worst when it rains, it keeps the water stuck there, would be easier to remove the water with a mop without that thing there, and it doesn't dry when the sun shines, it's useless and annoying 😝

The location was excellent for someone who wants to catch the LX factory vibe. Music and action during the day, and reasonably quiet at night. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with all amenities required. Parking for 2 euros per day is a walk away.

I can't think of anything better, except maybe a balcony with more room, but that's really trying to find something.

We were a little concerned about the location of this property (because of the overhead highway), but that was quickly dissipated. There are planes that pass directly over the apartment when they land, but this was not an issue, as we were out visiting the city each day anyways. There is a section of the city nearby (LX Factory) which was converted into cafés, restaurants and boutiques that is absolutely beautiful. The apartment was superb, everything was perfect. Lisbon is a very beautiful city to visit, be prepared to walk a lot. There are a lot of hills, so take a few days to visit, so you're not missing anything. Visit the tramway museum which is close to the apartment, it was a nice visit and worth the few dollars to get in.
