It is a 3 storey flat with beautiful kitchen, dining, sitting area with outside courtyard, decor was nicely coordinated, there is parking available and only 10/15 minutes from York Minster

Only downside was stairs were quite steep

Roomy, very comfortable and impeccably clean it is an ideal family holiday let. Situated a short walk from the centre it was quiet and relaxing.

We liked the location, being very near the old town of York. We left the car parked throughout our stay. The house is very well equipped, better than we had hoped for.

Gorgeous apartment in an excellent location just ten mins walk from York Minster. Really comfortable beds and sofas. Ample parking for two cars. The host greeted us on arrival and showed us around. The wine and chocolates were unexpected but much appreciated. We could have comfortably stayed here for much longer. This is a gem of a property. We will definitely look at rebooking.

This property is in an amazing location, just a small walk to the city centre. Julie is an amazing host and very helpful. We would 100% recommend this property for a small stay in York. The accommodation is extremely tidy with all the facilities you require. The wine and chocolates on arrival were a great touch too.

The owner Julie met us personally. The wine and chocolates were a fab touch 😁 and the property was above and beyond what we expected... we will be back !!

What can we say! First impressions were just wow! We would highly recommend this two bed home. Immaculate, modern and trendy and beautifully furnished. Julie was very welcoming too and it was a lovely touch to walk into the kitchen to a lovely bottle of red and chocolates and milk too! It's about a 25 minute walk from York Station and we ate at a lovely little Italian called Mamma Mia on our first night. We, five mature'ish ladies could simply not fault it. Warm and cozy,, everything was perfect and would definitely recommend!

Super location. 10 minute walk to Minster. Julie the host was very welcoming. super clean.

Couple of really really minor observations.. no mirror downstairs in bathroom/ hall and no toilet roll holders in a couple of bathrooms. no proper dressing table in Master which could easily take it due to size. But these honestly are more observations as accommodation was fabulous ❤️
