Was clean and cozy. Only problem with our stay was that the first night was hot since the ac had frozen and tv sound was not working.

Literally a perfect location, 10 steps to the beach. House was beautiful and clean! Comfortably held 18, though, I wish there would have been pull out couches. However, super comfortable couches! Walks to the bars or restaurants were about 40 mins max in either direction. We had a great time grilling and hanging out by the pool on a cloudy and windy day. So many balconies! We really had a great time in this house!

I can’t say enough about the owner. He was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a great time and the island is beautiful. However; This property is in need of some maintenance. The upstairs AC unit was not working during our stay. Luckily it was only 75 outside and wasn’t too uncomfortable. The light in the upstairs bathroom toilet room didn’t work. The shared bathroom door didn’t have a working lock. The bunk bed bolts were loose and did not feel secure.. the railing on the top floor porch was loose. There were just a bunch of random deferred maintenance issues.

Really nice property with excellent amenities. Got a good workout going up and down the stairs.

The home was beautiful and spacious! Location was perfect right across the street from the beach with ocean views. What you see in the photos is what you get! We had an awesome time! Adam, our host was available and professional. I had a couple concerns and he handled them with immediately. My family and I are planning to go back to Padre again at the end of the summer, and I plan to book this property again for our stay. This home is perfect for a large group!

Our group of 12 settled in quickly and were welcomed by well maintained 3 floor home. Great location and steps away from clean and family friendly beach. The owner was prompt in welcoming us and addressing any open questions we had. Highly recommended!!!

The property is located at the perfect location to enjoy the beach at SPI, the only issue while staying there is the pool was not well maintained.

This house is a perfect location for a larger group. We had 9 adults and 2 teenagers and everybody was happy with house. Communication with the homeowner was fast and helpful. We’ll likely stay here again.

Perfect location across from beach access. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space to accommodate our large and diverse group of adults, teens and an infant. Kitchen and living space on 2nd floor a dream for gathering, relaxing, and watching early morning sunrise.

This home had everything that we needed for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for all..a large living room for family gatherings and the bonus space upstairs was great for the teens in our group. The private swimming pool was a great addition to our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the large Weber gas grill worked great for our big family meals. Adam and Cara were wonderful hosts! They were oh so patient while we worked out an invoice issue qith HomeAway. We'll stay here again when we come back to SPI!

Great house. Has everything you need ! Nice kitchen for the whole family and cooking area. Very well insulated , can’t hear anything from either floors. Literally just steps from the beach. I will definitely be back !

We really enjoyed staying at this house! There was plenty of room and we were just across the street from the beach. We typically rent a beach house on the beach about a half a block down and while we missed being directly on the ocean this house was even more BEAUTIFUL inside and still very convenient. My only complaint would be the pool area. The pool is small and the water is very warm. Small pools are typical around here but there also isn’t anywhere nice to hang out by the pool. There is a table and chairs but it sits directly in the sunlight when you get back from the beach in the afternoon. Maybe putting a few more potted plants and a shaded area to sit would make the pool area more appealing. Regardless we loved this house and the owner was very communicative! Highly recommend and would rent again for sure!

To say this was the perfect location for our spring break getaway is an understatement. This house is even better in person and so close to the beach. Adam was so responsive to any messages sent his way and was so kind to work with. The memories we made here will last a lifetime, there is no doubt about that!

This is a very nice property. Very spacious and comfortable for a large family gathering with a nice view of the ocean. We would definitely rent this property again. It does have a lot of stairs if that would be an issue with anyone in your party.

This house was perfect for our multi-family week vacation! The living room/dining room fit all of us comfortably for meals, the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. The beach access is across the street and was so easy to get to. The house has so many sand toys, beach chairs, footballs- Our kids had a blast on the beach. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing and could be enjoyed from the many balconies. No one was ever in anyone’s way because the house had so many quiet places one could escape to. The island itself was quiet, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Adam was quick to respond to all of our pre trip questions. He made renting this property so easy and with no worries. We would definitely rent this house again.

Our stay was excellent. Adam was on top of everything and was very kind. The property was perfect beach access. We will be booking again for sure!

We had an amazing experience and more then enough space for everyone. The location is so close to the beach you feel like you’re in a beach front property. Only downfall was there isn’t enough towels for such a large group. If your in a large group and want to enjoy the beach, pool, and showers take more towels of your own. The house does come with some but more is needed for pool use and showers. Other then this the house is beautiful and you will not be disappointed!

My family could not stop praising me for my perfect pick of houses to stay in for our vacation. It was perfect in that we put the young adults in the first floor bedrooms and put the older adults in the third floor bedrooms and either could stay up late or go to bed early and not be disturbed! The second floor is the main floor with the kitchen and the living room. The layout was perfect! We had a great time with the private pool and the beach was just across the street. They had some toys and chairs available in the garage for the beach but we had brought our own. We were able to park in the garage which was wonderful since we had a Jeep and could leave the top off at night. The neighbors to the north were great but the condo to the south is a rental and we were unlucky and got a family that were not quiet at night even thought they had small children and much older adults, I guess they felt it was spring break 1980 or something! they didn’t stay long so that was great! We were able to walk everywhere from the house and even see the fireworks from the 2nd floor back balcony! We will definitely use this place again when we have several people going. Our entire family was able to stay in this home very comfortably! It was super clean and there was more than enough of space to move about! The location to the beach access is perfection!! If you have a large group filling the whole house, I would definitely bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and bath towels. The kitchen has all the gadgets you need and TWO coffee pots (Keurig and regular), crock pot, pots and pans, etc. Makes cooking for yourself so much easier! Everything was so clean and the view was fantastic!!!

Everything was very clean, the house smells very good, I received all the information I needed to ck in before I ask very kind people. One of the ac unite was dropping water and we send a text to the owner and he Answer right away and send a person in less the 2 hours. I I recommend this house a lot I will stay again, it’s like being home

The house was immaculate and very large, the pictures don’t get anywhere close to doing it justice. A stones through from the beach is the perfect location.

We had a family of 16 and were extremely comfortable throughout the day and at bedtime. The 2nd floor family area with Kitchen and living room is so open and spacious. It was absolutely perfect! We had a great extended weekend.

The house is very well kept, and is very spacious! It was just steps from the beach, and having the swimming pool was a big plus! Adam the owner kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was pleasant. Definitely planning on going back!!

Stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Comfortable furniture and beds. Home is very well maintained. Plenty of room, well stocked with high quality kitchen utensils and linens. Only problem was one bedroom on the third floor was hard to cool at night - a portable fan would have been helpful. Overall a great time for our family vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Adams house the lay out of the house was perfect for the 20 of us! Very clean, well equipped kitchen, great decor through out the house. It was also great having access to the garage to store all of beach stuff. The location is awesome, being directly across the street from the beach access was great for us since we had little ones! Definitely would rent again.

We had such a wonderful time. Only a few steps from the beach. This home does not disappoint. The balcony’s on the 2nd and 3rd floor provide a breathtaking view of the ocean. If you are thinking about renting this home do it!!
