Hey hey hey I went to punta Cana and will never go back. I enjoyed my time with my husband but I hated that our room service never came, our waiters never came back with our mimosas at breakfast, our restock beverages just were 2 beers a day, our swim out was cold, nightclub on resort was closed, staff didn’t appreciate our tips and last but not least they were always rushing us. Oh and they canceled our zip line too! Said that it wasn’t enough people that signed up so it would be a waste of transportation if 10 or more didn’t go. So I’m waiting for my refund! oh and my husband got really sick from his drink I went to Mexico same resort and loved it so much! Pic hideaway Royalton punta Cana

I loved Haidee and JP. They really tried to make sure we had a good time! I liked that we had access to the sister resorts, that’s what made it worthy.

I didn’t like that everyone expected a tip for everything. Some of the staff were upset that we couldn’t understand Spanish. There were kids in the adults only areas and the food options weren’t the best. Due to COVID, little things like ranch and pepper were scarce. Lol

Food was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, and the facilities were lovely. The actual room wasn’t very unique, but it was comfortable and clean. There was a good variety of food among the a la carte restaurants and at the buffet. Every drink I had was delicious and there were a lot of options for excursions/experiences (although we didn’t do any on this trip). I think this resort had a lower rating among the ones we looked at, but it’s definitely worth a stay. We had an excellent time!

We had one minor issue where our shower had a tendency to spill out into the floor a bit. It wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t want to worry about maintenance coming in while we needed our room so we didn’t report it until our way out. The staff was generally very lovely, but there were a handful of folks whose job it was to sell extra experiences, etc…that was a bit much at times when you just wanted to relax but they never pushed you if you just said “no thanks.” This was my first stay at a resort like this, and the first day was a bit confusing. Finding information about meal schedules took a bit of time at first, but once you settle in that’s not an issue.

Adults only section wasn’t really that secluded from kids. No elevator. Outside floor was slippery when wet. Closet light would not turn off. On the final morning my room was humid and had condensation on floor making it slippery. Noisey.

The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was amazing. The check in process took forever but Ester and Rosicela came to the rescue and helped expedite the process. We paid for diamond club so we had a butler (Fleury) , didn’t really see him much but he was great about making our dinner reservations and decorating my friends rooms for her bday. The bartenders Juan , Greisy , and Ozuna were AMaZING ! Drinks were strong and they kept the party going . Now let’s get to the food ……. Food was terrible !!! 4 out of 10 of us was sick a day or two while there . All the restaurants where you made reservations at, the food was tasteless and bland. If you stay here don’t waste your time eating at the restaurants, the buffet was the “best” thing that was available. The breakfast was the best meal there so be sure to have breakfast each morning. And the room service was a joke … they never had anything available and the food we did receive was horrible !!! Asked for a Turkey club sandwich and was a brought a sandwich with cut up chicken breast and ham… a joke !!! It’s sad because the resort is beautiful but the food makes me never want to stay here again.

Not to much this time

Restaurants close. We never saw a butler . TV wasn't working. frigerator wasn't working. Someone from the hotel booked us a cab service which we didn't book and we have to spend extra money out of our pocket there was supposed to be investigation and we never got a response back

I love the idea that the kids are around but not allowed on the adult side 😎 but the adults can go Every where😇 Maria at the restaurant was amazing omg she WOW us she’s the best. She did a better job than our butler...

We had a diamond suite and our butler was awful 😞 we only saw him if we ask for something, he didn’t even check on us, poor service.. house keeping put a half roll of bathroom tissue in the room, had to wait over 2 hours for tissue.

I loved the cleanliness the food and the staff our butler Lenny was amazing he went above and beyond definitely looking forward to staying there again

I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any alcohol in the room as promised and I didn’t like that I couldn’t purchase top shelf liquor from the bar but instead charging it to the room
