Before we booked, there was nothing to say there was a large £500 deposit to pay. We booked the apartment for the same day so we had no way of cancelling this or we would of lost our money. It should clearly state whether a deposit is required and for how much.

The sofa bed was a bit too soft, hence uncomfortable.

Beautiful fixtures, coffee machine and kitchen were superb. Heating is effective and bathroom perfect.
Only 1 spare loo roll meant we had to walk to the Co-op in the rain, ha ha.

Property was as described. The check-in and all instructions were clear and easy to understand. All we needed were already provided.
Sofas were stained. Sofa bed was not vey comfortable.

A good quality Annexe with seclusion and great facilities
May be a bit petty but the kitchen could benefit from some better utensils such as serving spoons and spatulas etc. and some items in the drawer could do with replacing due to rust.

Lovely apartment, comfy and felt very spacious. Quiet neighbourhood and well located for Oxford. A good base for our break.
Although I initialy rated it as well cleaned, there were areas in the bathroom that needed a deep clean.
The walk in shower was a bonus as my husband has limited mobility, but needed an extra non slip mat so that the whole of the shower would be safe.

This is a fantastic property, and it was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean, spacious and very well equipped. The bedroom was large with excellent hanging facilities. There is a comfortable lounge and modern kitchen with absolutely everything you need!
Would definitely book again!

Very spacious and quiet. Well equiped.
The bed is really comfortable but the sofa bed is not. Really need to have a car to get there.

5 minutes walk to wood, 10 to co-op, 15 to Thames path. 15 minutes drive to Oxford centre.
Smartly furnished, everything worked.
Some of the furniture a bit dusty on arrival.
