Excellent property

We really liked the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was mostly quiet, close to a good restaurant/bar, and could access the main road easily. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We appreciated the hose, outdoor shower, and pool when coming back from the beach.

We were sad to find out our usual vacation rental was no longer available but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The property was more than we could have hoped for and expected. Mr Gamboa was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We will be back next year!!

Had no problems except the leakage on the ceiling and it didn't have a mop so I can mop the floors but everything else was perfect but I would like to come and stay again I'll be booking with you guys this was my favorite spot thank you so much have a blessed day.

This was great for our family. The house was comfortable, and we really enjoyed all the space. This home actually sleeps 8 in beds! My only complaint was that the kitchen was missing a few of my key needs, but HEB and Walmart are only 15 minutes away for anything I needed.

Great location and room set ups!

I wasn’t expecting the Hilton but the basics should have been covered. The beds weren’t great but fine for a short stay. The pillows are worn out and need to be changed, they have stains on them and are as flat as cardboard. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were 5 forks, and 2 coffee cups. There were no cleaning supplies at all. No dish washing detergent to run the dishwasher. No liquid soap to do dishes. No broom to sweep up. No dish towel or paper towels to wipe up, dry off. No sponges to clean with. The bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper just 1 box of tissues. No trash bags. The towels for the house were worn with holes in them and not very many of them. We had to buy hand soap to wash our hands after using the restroom. We had to purchase liquid soap to do dishes, we had to purchase trash bags and paper towels. We used our beach towels for our showers. I don’t expect all the comforts of home, but I did expect basic house hold necessities.

Great experience

The whole process was extremely easy from reservations to the actual stay and the property was exactly as described. Large clean interior and pool ended up being the center point when at the house. Water stayed hot with both showers in use and AC kept house cool, never had to contact anyone with any issues. Driveway can easily handle multiple vehicles for parking if needed, we kept a rental golfcart and personal truck parked without any problems. Would recommend this property as a great place to stay during your visit to the Island.

Our experience was outstanding. The place was clean and the pool was bigger than expected. Exceptional space for a family of 8. Minutes from the beach. They have a grill which was perfect to smoke burnt ends and ribs on. If we needed our host, he was very responsive. We're a low maintenance family so I believe we contacted him once just to communicate that we had arrived. We stayed 6 days and loved it. We're booking again for next year. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Rental, checkin, and checkout was so easy. Had to contact owner while we were there and he responded quickly. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, nice to have coffee or a drink by the pool early and late. Easy access to beach.
