Got checked in during a heat wave - about 105 outside. It was stuffy and 75 inside with AC set to 70. Contacted PM, he brought over fans and changed filters. Overall a pleasant stay, it just wasn't as cool as I would have preferred

We particularly appreciated the dining table. We had our adult children over for dinner one evening with a couple friends and the table was perfect.

Our family has stayed here twice over the summer. It's clean, quiet, and has all the comforts of home. If you desire a home away from home then this is the place to be!

The area of town is pretty sketchy, glad we had an alarm system. The ice maker did not work, wish we had known that. Townhome is clean but very old.

Home was great for two couples. Clean, well stocked, and very helpful host. Easy check in and check out.

The Two TV shown in the pictures do not work. Spoke to owner who lives behind property he felt my concerns were not important since the living room TV worked. The living room pull out couch was broken down, unworkable very scary and dangerous because once you realize it broken it and now u need to put back. It was a dangerous hazard to try and put a broken bed frame with mattress back in side this raggedy couch, which also had a hole that was visible because cushion wast coming out bottom front a little bit. The out side patio still has last fall leaves, I stayed 2 days I guess it was better then being homeless with my 3 family members the cleanliness 4/5. Also the refrigerated leaked.

Quiet location, clean, and comfortable beds. The side yard was not the cleanest but the grill was great.

It was a nice 2 BR rental. It is a duplex, however, it did not feel like it a duplex.

This is a great property to book when traveling to Lubbock. Property is extremely well maintained and clean. Great customer service as the manager is easy to contact and makes checking in and out a breeze. Excellent location as it's very close to restaurants, shopping and the university. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family when visiting Lubbock. I plan to be a repeat customer myself.

We enjoyed our stay at this immaculate townhouse. I've never stayed at a cleaner or neater B&B. James was very nice and takes excellent care of this property and those who stay here.

This property is great! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. James was amazing and let us add on to our trip. He also met us to give us an extra key at 10p at night when we left the key at my sister's house across town. Very roomy! Will stay there again!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it had an alarm system which was nice. The manager was very helpful and nice. The only suggestion I had was the bed in the guest room is too tall. It is comfortable but hard to get on if you are height challenged. But I would definitely stay here again.

I have been renting houses in Lubbock for 1-2 weeks a year for the past 5 years while I work on my doctorate at Tech. I really like this house. Beds great, lots of room, modern updates, great tvs, wifi and cable. Safe area. Just a couple of blocks from Tech. Great places to eat nearby. Try the Red Zone for breakfast or try the apple fritter at Daylight donuts.. Caprock grill great for lunch or dinner. Blue Star burgers are the best in town. Triple J's Chophouse downtown is great if you want something nicer for dinner. Hoppyhop ice cream shop is wonderful.

The property was as advertised, clean and well equipped. Jim was very responsive and helpful. Close to the UMC Medical Center which was important to us. We would stay there again and highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our stay. The place was spotlessly clean upon arrival, the mattresses are crazy comfortable (my husband and I slept great!), and we enjoyed unwinding at the end of the day with a little tv. Great to have the DVD player as well so our daughter could watch some of her favorite shows in the morning while we got things ready. The owner was easy to get a hold of for questions. James, thank you for your hospitality! The next time we are in Lubbock, we'll be back!
