The cottage was lovely and clean and just right for our short stay. Fairly well equipped and the milk and basket of groceries was a very nice and useful thought.
Nothing really, it was a nice little cottage close to our family so that we could meet up.

Great location just over a mile and a half outside York centre. Very clean and welcoming.Friendly hosts.Great Shower ! Will definitely stay again.

Everything about this cottage was lovely, spotlessly clean and very cosy. Well equipped and milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits to welcome us. Situated just out of the city, with a nice half hour walk either by the river or main road. Village a mile down the road. On a bus route, and buses seem to run quite frequently. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we are looking to come back later in the year.

Good location. Quiet and relaxing.
No heating in the bathroom - if the weather had not been warm that could have been an issue. Our biggest bugbear was the fact it had no internet.

Lovely quiet little cottage about a 30 minute walk from the centre of York. Had all the facilities you could want/need to feel relaxed and almost at home. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only very minor thing was that there was no shaver socket but otherwise everything was perfect.

The Fay and her family made us most welcome.
