El piso nuevo y bien organizado.

The location was great, easy to get around Lisbon without difficulty (google maps helped tons). The tram is right outside the apartment to go into Belém and downtown Lisbon. Yes the trams were packed but that was expected. Everything we needed was available in stores close by. Beds were comfortable and pillows were decent. Nice to have a dryer in the unit, even though it wasn’t listed.

The windows didn’t really keep the street noise out very well. My husband and I thought the windows were open but they were closed..and they were nice new ones. I would suggest once every few cleanings that the lint and water tray be emptied regularly. I cleaned them out and they were very full. A full lint tray could cause a fire. We didn’t know why the dryer kept stopping while we were drying clothes, had to look through a non English manual that didn’t even belong to that model dryer. Maybe leave the appropriate language manual out just in case the client needs it.

Easy to check-in, and check-out. The host was very friendly and welcoming, great communication. The apartment was very clean, comfortable shower. Two separate rooms with beds, exactly what we needed. Location was not far from the center, many buses and trams right outside.

The house is quite old, so it comes with related noises and level of comfort (some stairs to climb). It was very noisy during day and night because of the cars right outside the window. Also not all the photos on booking are from the same apartment.

Check-in was easy. The host was amiable and welcoming -- I missed the key handover because my luggage took ages at the airport, so the host put the key in a lockbox for my convenience. Communication was always great. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is great, near LXFactory, Docas, and other amazing landmarks (e.g. Belém). I loved hearing the little birds from the 2nd floor :)

Given the proximity to one of Alcântara's main squares, it can be quite noisy during the day and the night. It is all part of living in a big city, however. The apartment is also quite old, so you may hear some noises from people going up the stairs or entering the apartment next door.

Excelente localização!!! Farmácia, supermercado e vários auto carros na frente do apto que dão acesso a Lisboa inteira. Lurdes que nos recepcionou foi muito atenciosa.

As cortinas dos quartos são transparentes e o sol e a claridade não nos permitiu dormir até mais tarde (tivemos que improvisar colocando mantas presas na janela o que foi bem desconfortável). Sentimos falta de ganchos nas casas de banho para pendurar roupas e toalhas.

Very kind and helpfull contacts. The appartment was clean and comfortable. Great internet connexion, complete set of equipments. You dont need to bring anything. Location is not central but really good transportations from there. Close to the museums and congress center (took me only 5-10 minutes each day to go to my conference).

A little noisy. Not very high standing but the price is pretty decent, so it's more than I expected. One or two coffe capsule would be appreciated for the first morning.

Great location and very convenient to travel to Belem and the city as the bus/tram stop is right outside the apartment. The owners were friendly and welcomed us in person and showed the place on arrival. The place was very well equipped and we had a good stay. We got locked out the first night and they were helpful and got it sorted for us. We are very grateful.

The air conditioning was only in the living room and not in the bed room. So cooling takes a while to get to the bed room but we got used to the weather after a day. The door lock could be a better system to avoid getting locked out by mistake and instead have a key lock system.
