Apesar da aparência de casino, o hotel é excepcional com instalações e conforto de um 5 estrelas. Atendimento em inglês perfeito (algo raro na China) e café da manhã excelente. A localização é ótima com fácil acesso ao metrô e localizado a poucos passos dos shoppings de eletrônicos de Shenzhen - o paraíso dos amantes de tecnologia a um custo baixo.

Gostei de tudo. A única questão é uma recomendação as pessoas que vão em Shenzhen: cuidado com as bike elétricas!!!! Ahh e tome muita água e filtro solar pois o clima é similar ao de Manaus.

位置很方便，旁边就是华强路地铁站，世纪汇购物中心有很多吃饭的地方。房间非常舒服很干净，配的是戴森吹风机。工作人员态度很好，还有免费自助洗衣房。

Great location and amenities

Location of the hotel is good. Hotel staff are very nice and rooms are very clean.

Room night light is not working, hot water is not good. Also room lighting control system configuration is not very good. As this is very open room no separate toilet/bath room, wash basin is part of the room. I used to sleep by switch on the mirror light of wash basin. As I don't like to sleep very dark room. It is also difficult to communicate due to reception staff and concierge are not able to speak in english.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Only one spoke English, but she spoke English very well. The staff helped me organize a taxi when I was leaving the hotel, which I also appreciated. The room was clean, quiet, and absolutely pitch black at night (but with a really cool view of Shenzhen if I opened the curtains!). Decor was fun as well; I believe it's designed to have a classic Shanghai vibe. The location was good as well, right next to a mall and a subway station. Breakfast is fantastic.

"Complimentary minibar and late checkout" is a bit misleading. The "minibar" included a can of cola and a bottle of some other soft drink. None of the little bottles of alcohol or cans of beer you'd expect. Their late checkout, 12:00PM, is fairly standard at hotels in China. Otherwise, the room was exceptional.

I want to thank the hotel staff for their friendliness and hospitality. I especially want to note: breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms and excellent location. Thank you very much, it was a good trip.

Wifi is a bit erratic.
