Had a great time and will definitely stay at this house again! Everything available for swimming, sitting on the beach or just hanging out in the house. Love the view from the balconies! Close to shopping and food ! Teenagers love riding the bikes that are available Excellent communication with the owner!

Wonderful stay yet again!! Plenty of room for the whole family. Love the large kitchen and dinning table. The game room and fishing off the pier was so much fun!! Loved our stay and will be back!!

I have a large family 19 of us stayed at this property and we were all comfortable. Beds and not bunks is one reason I picked this house. It has all you could want to enjoy a beach vacation. The beach chairs, table and tents were much appreciated. The house is on the bay side and not far from the beach but you do have to cross the main road which was very busy. No crosswalk and cars don't stop for you. Still some of us walked but most drove to beach. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock at night. We probably caught over 20 fish and the kids just loved it. Bayside had fireworks on the Friday night we were there and we had a great view of them form the house. We cooked every meal in the house and had all we needed.

My family and I were amazed by the attention to detail. They location fantastic. The house is huge! The owners provide even beach toys for the children. This is an absolute must stay. My family decided to make this an annual trip at this rental property!

The house was in a great location and we really enjoyed the bay side of the island. Spent hours fishing from the dock, swimming and playing games. Great place for a group to stay. House needs some minor repairs but overall it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of beach toys. Thanks for sharing your home.

The kitchen was incredible and so well supplied. Fishing off the dock was so fun, and we had a delicious speckled trout dinner. Few little things need fixed. Fan in one of the bathrooms. Bed covers old, kitchen chair uncomfortable. Overall great condo.

My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again should we visit South Padre Island.

It was pretty easy

Unfortunately we had lots of rain our first 3 days but there was plenty of room for multi families. Lots of amenities to use once the weather cleared up. We'll stay here again

I've stayed at other vrbo's but this was my favorite thus far. The sunsets at the end of the evening are gorgeous. They supplied everything you could want or need. We very much enjoyed our trip. House is even better then the pictures show. Worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Hope to return again soon.

The host was accommodating and responsive. However, it is obvious that he either spends little time at his property or he simply does not care about the upkeep. The house could be amazing with a little attention (holes in the walls, one of ceiling fans in the first floor family area did not work, several light fixtures lacked light bulbs, corroded faucets, low water pressure, one bathroom had no hot water in the vanity faucet), updating (furniture is old and dank, towels smelled sour and moldy), and a thorough cleaning. Thankfully, we stopped at Walmart on our way to the house and purchased cleaning supplies which we found were greatly needed upon our arrival. However, that causes one to wonder why we paid an upfront cleaning fee. In all actuality, we should have been paid for cleaning. I fault Vrbo for not requiring hosts to list whether the properties are handicapped accessible. That is something that I will bring to the attention of American with Disabilities. I am not suggesting that properties all be handicapped accessible, I am however suggesting that hosts should advise travelers if the property is not accessible. What was to be a family reunion became a divided family event because the elders had to relocate to a hotel due to the 18 stairs leading to the first bedroom level. When we address our concern with the host, he simply replied, "There are a lot of stairs. Big place. Hope all is working for you." No apology, no empathy. One of the listed highlights of the property was the lighted pier. When advised the pier did not light up, the host immediately sent out someone to address it. It lit the evening of the repair and never again. I fault Vrbo for listing this property as a Premier property. The only thing premier was the price we paid. Please note, we paid that gladly because it was advertised as something we are accustomed to. It certainly was not our homes away from home.

This condo is huge and absolutely amazing. Lots of room plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Private dock was great caught lots of fish at night. It had plenty of beach toys and beach chairs their already for us. Kayaks there and the kids loved those. We had trouble with 2 tvs going out but I contacted them and they was right out. Great time and service on that. Overall it was amazing and we are fixing to book it again for 2023 vacation. Thank y’all so much for such a great time and clean huge place to stay.

This property was awesome, my group and I had an absolute blast. Mr Klaus was great to deal with and I would definitely recommend staying here as I would hope to stay here again myself. Only minor ding was the rooms got kinda hot overnight but it was the middle of July so it’s understandable.

We loved the property and look forward to next year!!

I’ve rented several properties with VRBO and have never been disappointed.

The owner was very helpful and hands on. The sunsets and views every evening were spectacular. My grandchildren (and children) loved the fishing after dark and the fireworks. We had a great week.

This place is absolutely amazing ! Let me start with location, location, location!!!! It’s right on the water on the bayside and walking distance to the beach side. Right in the middle of the boulevard so everything is in reasonable proximity. Now the inside, this place is huge! Four stories, each room was spacious and had really comfortable beds. (No pullout couch beds or air mattresses. ) Real, comfortable, nice, beds! The decor was suiting with beach themes throughout the whole house. Tv in every room that had cable with a variety of channels. The kitchen was a perfect size to fit a family of 18 comfortably. All bathrooms were very nice, worked well, and spacious. The game room was so much fun! Now the good stuff. ALL OF THE EXTRAS…. This house comes loaded with everything you need AND some! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need as far as utensils. The garage was full of fun stuff for the beach, and kids. (Bikes, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, canopy, football and so on….) finally the back yard, my absolute favorite part of the house… the view alone is breathtaking from one of the three balconies that the house has, but being on that private fishing dock and watching the sun go down is amazing! This dock is like no other, it has a bright green light that would attract SO MANY FISH at night. I have never caught so many fish. If we were not fishing then we were on the kayaks that the house provided, or swimming right off of the dock. To sum it all up. I would give this place 10 starts if I could, it’s beautiful, big, fun, and the owner responded so quickly with anything we had questions on. There is no other place on SPI that is going to be as good as this place. We are already looking to see when we can come back!

Beautiful bay home with spectacular views from two of the master bedrooms. A/C units on each floor kept the house very comfortable day and night. Great fishing off the dock at night. All beds were very comfortable as well as all the furnishings. Klaus was a great host and always quick to reply with any questions we had. I would certainly recommend this house for a large family gathering as the 8 adults and 5 kids had more than enough room to be very comfortable. Thank you Klaus!

Excellent vacation and top place to stay!

It was right on the water….bayside, which is quieter than beach side. Loved the provided kayaks and fat tire bicycles. Plenty of space for my family of 12. Some wear and tear on property needs to be updated. Host was very quick to respond.

Our family absolutely LOVED this condo. It was perfect with so much to do! The game room and private fishing doc kept the kids entertained. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable. The kayaks added another level of epic fun. The bayside sunsets were priceless! We will definitely return to this condo!

Our family of 12 spent the week of Christmas at this wonderful house. The kids really enjoyed the game room and fishing on the dock. We would most definitely do it again. The property owner was extremely helpful and quickly responded to all our needs.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay, it was a Christian marriage retreat for 6 couples. There is some wear and tare, but Mr. Klaus said; he’s going to take care of it… Beside that, we did enjoy ourselves. We spent most of our time in the home, being on the water was an added peace!
