massive space i was alone in this apartment type apartment i really didnt need all those space but was happy to have it

location is nowhere near the beach you got to take a 15 min uber ride to get to downtown and a 30 min ride to the beaches/touristy areas its located city center --- which means "locals city center" not the tourists spots so just be aware of that otherwise i was ok with havin a grocery really close to the property

My second time staying with them hot water, they have AC ..security at the front door they have a taxi driver that will take you anywhere many different stores that are walking distance very calm area not as busy as the tourist areas

Each property shares its own issues. During this visit, the apartment was missing kitchen cabinet doors, low water pressure, no hot water, and the AC wasn't working well.

Nice place. beautiful pool. Cute location. Its not much to do in punta cana in general so i recommend to rent a car since its long distances. If you have enough money with you there is always attractions like going to saona island for aprox 60 dollars, buggy for 45 dollars and coco bongo for 90 dollars. Its far from the beach so you will need to take a uber or walk more than 1 hour. Dont take the taxis because its doubled price. The uber is soooo much cheaper. The owners of the building are from spain and they were such a nice couple. They had kittens and allowed us to play with them. Suuuper cute. Enjoy your trip and yes its worth visiting this place! we stayed here 3 days and then went to a all inclusive. Both its worth it, but i would definitely recommend all inclusive!!

Our 2 bedroom suite was cute. I liked that it had 2 washrooms in the unit. Having a a full kitchen was very handy. The best part was the the food delivery service, they bring food right to your door step. Last is the grocery store is walking distance, but walking home with bags of groceries in the heat is not fun. So taking a Uber or taxi are both accessible.

The beds need upgrading and also the sofa was a bit hard for my liking. We stayed there for 3 weeks so we changed our unit and unfortunately it had lots of ants, but they did come out to take care of it. lastly is having them change your bedding and towels was a struggle, but if you have patience and give some cash to your cleaners you'll get faster service.

We stayed for one night, because we had a changed flight. So for one night it’s a nice place, if you don’t want to spend too much money. And about the lady from the Reception… she knows ENGLISH and she can be very kind. I think those people that wrote bad things about her, need to change their attitude, because she really helped us and was good to us.

The room had a smell of gasoline 😕

I would say the plus was that the AC units worked really well for the apartment, and that there is a supermarket nearby the area and work late hours.

Will summarize by saying that the building is old and it shows thoroughly, there was a weird smell in the unit at all times, the appliances in the kitchen are very old and some were broken, also the pool was super dirty and we couldn’t use at all during out stay. We had to find the way to spend majority of our time out because we were not comfortable at all in the space. I guess this was a lesson learned for us in the way that 1)you get what you pay for and 2)pictures can be very deceiving. Won’t recommend nor will be staying at this place again.

Rooms were generally nice, garage was nice, pool was nice. Price to value very good due to the cheap price.

Got told to leave our room after one day just to be send back to the same one as the hotel was fully booked. Staff didn't speak any English and didn't try even a bit.

The air conditioner in the room kept cool in the night

The hot water in the shower had problems.

Excellent apartment , very well equipped . We liked the pool however the first day was sit for maintenance and we couldn’t use . Would definately return ! Safe and nice neighbourhood

The only usue is about hot and cold water you guys have to fix it,cause sometimes to get hot water is taking time
