Instalaciones muy limpias, la gente muy querida y atenta y el desayuno muy rico y variado.

No tengo quejas por el servicio.

Excelente atención. Buena ubicación. Habitación amplia. La recepcionista muy amable.

Las almohadas pueden mejorar y ojo que no tiene piscina.

Limpa e barata

Ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa y de restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Buen aire acondicionado y ventilador. Había microondas y cubiertos, platos y vasos en la habitación.

Había hormigas y encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. No había detergente ni estropajo para fregar los platos. Tercera planta sin ascensor. La nevera era muy ruidosa y la teníamos que desconectar por la noche para poder dormir. La cortina de la ducha no llegaba hasta el suelo y se salía toda el agua por fuera. Tuve que bajar a recepción a pedir toalla para el suelo de la ducha. Los cojines y almohadas estaban sucios. Entraba luz por las cortinas de la habitación. Nos picaron mosquitos. Había rodapiés despejados.

La habitación era muy amplia y muy acogedora

Solo lo único que no me gustó, fue un poco la ubicación, tiene varias playas cercas y a pocos minutos de distancia, lo único que me sentí un poco incómoda fue con las construcciones, al andar sola me sentí un poco incomoda, pero fue solo eso no más

El hotel se encontraba a unas cuadras caminando cerca de las playas kilométricas de agua turquesa. También habían almacenes cerca y lugares para comer. El trato de quien nos recibió fue muy amable y cordial.

El personal muy atento, desayuno muy rico ! Y la pieza y el lugar muy lindo ! Ubicación perfecta

The place was run down. The shower curtain was not suitable. Curtains in the main room were torn. The chairs were filthy. TV had no channels.

The presentation and staff were very good.

The water that came out of the shower and sink smelled very bad. Also the remote control for rhe tv didn't work properly. You had to literally get close to the tv to change the channels and volume.

The room was spacious, housekeeping was great , the terraza was gorgeous

The smell from the toilet pipes, and I would suggest to have more options for breakfast. I did not use it as it did not have lots of option to choose

The host was great! He helped us on so many topics and requests. We had very pleasant time on the big roof terrace, watching the sunset. The room is large and like on the photo. Don't expect perfect facilities, but for the price is a really good choice. We can recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Punta Cana on budget.

Place could do with a make over. Wardrobe was not usable since it was collapsing when opening the door.bathroom was damp and had green Patina everywhere. There was a hair on our water jug ...

Great location and attentive staff

They don’t do the cleaning daily.

From the moment I stepped in the lobby I loved this hotel, the staff is super efficient and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable, also has a nice terrace. The water doesn't feel or smell bad at all. The location is just perfect safe and quiet, 2 blocks from all shops and restaurants and 3 blocks from the beach. Hot water, AC and WiFi working perfectly as well. Free drinking water was a plus! I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely book again on my next visit.

The management was super helpful. They manage to help us to find space to store all our suitecases and they made sure thar everything was fine with our stay.

The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, market and nice restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful in everything. thank you very much. see you again.
