The location was right on the beach, and it had amazing pools. It has a 24-hour cafe. The rooms were nice, and we had a pool view.

Buffet breakfast was ok- I found it quite empty most of the time - restocking of food it was a task for the staff, and it wasn't even peak time. I only went once the experience wasn't that great. No laundry facilities onsite, everything has to be sent away for cleaning.

Beach bar, access to private beach, good cocktails, nice pool club but had to pay for this (get a free drink), good spa facilities, tasty cheap restaurants to go for breakfast and dinner/ drinks within walking distance

Bathroom full of ants, towels often dirty, could not use balcony as there was a sewage stink coming from the garden/ pond, water regularly completely cut off in the morning then came through brown for at least 5-10 minutes, breakfast disgusting - cold and covered in ants with unclean tables, bedroom cups on arrival had lipstick on them, unable to use the safe despite asking for it to be sorted 3x, banging doors in the corridor all through the night... Reception staff not interested in any concerns

The hotel was in a great location! It was a close drive to both island hopping tours and the Langkawi sky bridge. Having a beach behind the property was also great. As a solo traveller the amazing hospitality of the staff really helped to make my trip as enjoyable as possible. The

The walls are very thin in the bedrooms. I struggled to sleep as I could hear the people next door talking.

hotel-complex blends in with beach very nicely. has a slightly old-fashioned charm about it which I liked very much although rooms are in very good shape. staff is generally very friendly/polite. breakfast buffet has something for all tastes.

Wifi could be bettered. Although I had a very good stay, I still think it is slightly overprized and can only be justified with the gread location at a lovely beach.

It has suitable activities for all ages and occasion. Very spacious room, clean and very friendly workers.

The management might need to spend more resources on maintaining internal condition of resort such as toilet and so forth

The staff tried their best at the La Villa restaurant and were friendly. Tge poolside staff were also efficient and kind.

The water sports staff were surly, unhelpful, and did not promote the service. I asked several times to rent a kayak, but I was met with a careless, standoffish attitude. This is not what I expect from staff at a resort with any kind of service ethic. Generally, there is a lack of customer care, consistent with a professional resort operation.
