Proximity to town center where my work was.

Didn't have a basic thing like a plug point next to the bed which ALL modern hotels SHOULD have for phone charging. Cleanliness of bathroom left a bit to be desired. Sink hole wasn't covered and previous guests food kept bubbling up.

Staff were nice Female swimming pool (although male staff walked in) Baby cot given

Breakfast was OK Location isn't nice, this area of langkawi isn't great Balcony door didn't shut properly meaning lots of mosquitos

location is excellent near all the shopping areas, Islamic approach with separated swimming pool for males and females

my last stay was in 2017, the hotel was new and much better but now a bit run down and need to be refurbished already. Breakfast also need to be improved as current menu spread like 2-3 star hotel not as 4 star.

The location is good, where there are many stores nearby. The balcony is nice to view the outside/ocean. Respond fast as requiring toiletries. Economical.

The cleanness, bottle water fee, attitude of some staff.

excellent hotel

The hotel location is very close to everything else. The room is clean and spacious. I have the view of Maha Tower from our balcony and it’s beautiful during the night. The staffs are helpful and we met the GM of the hotel and his very friendly.

the hotel was so clean and comfortable and quiet place , the facilities are new and clean , the employees were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. also , it’s islamic hotel you’ll hear the islamic chants all the time , l really recommend staying in this hotel it was our first time and it’s will not be the last for sure .

Brilliance! i've been to a more luxurious hotel, but rarely receive welcome drinks, greetings, and even smiles from the hotel's staff like i did at this hotel. The facilities and the islamic environment warm my stay very much. the quran, the surau, even the allocation of a special pool for muslim female, is spectacular service. i have shared about this hotel with my fellow socmed platform , friends and family, and surely will make more visits here.

Mineral water not provided Massage n spa young girls Need to send for training We went for foot massage at 2nd Floor..so surprise our feet is not clean n soaked with warm.. suddenly she wanted to massage ....wowwww Till I ask her to do so.

Unfortunately none

Here’s what happened. I spoke to the receptionist twice about the air conditioning that stop working. However the receptionist just told me to turn the switch off and on again after a few minutes. After one hour, while sweating in the room, nobody came to my room to check the air conditioner. Frustrated, I made another call to the receptionist asking for maintenance guy. The guy came and verify that the air conditioner was not working and after a few hours waiting, I was offered to change the room. It was nightmare staying here. Will avoid the Adya branding in the future for sure. Very bad services.

The roundabout to turn into hotel is an accident waiting to happen. The walkway to the rooms are too dark. refrigerator made too much noise louder than the air conditioning. breakfast bland. salad even had cockroach wondering on the vegetable. lost my room key card and got charged rm10 for that (first time I’ve come across this)
