the room was spacious and very comfortable. i liked the bed and linings. i had no socket adapter and it was provided by the staff at reception. the location is good, 5-10 minutes to a very nice beach. a lot of restaurants around which can be reached by foot

The room was cozy and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Second time visit,everything is good and comfort as usual. Definitely will come stay here again when travel in Langkawi.

Room is big and clean. Bathroom is big too. Lights are all working well and aircon is very good. Bed is in good condition.

The family room on grd floor has no windows. Will not know whether it’s day or night. The quilt on the bed has blood stain. After complain, the staff changed it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, though some only spoke very basic English. This wasn't really a problem as they would get another staff member fluent in English if needed. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning, beds were comfortable enough. Daily housekeeping was provided with towels and toiletries replaced, water bottles provided. We ate 1 meal at the hotel.. food was quite nice and good value for a touristy joint. Coffee just passable nothing special. They had happy hour in the afternoon/evening at the bar, which we enjoyed! The pool was a huge hit with our kids.. spent a lot of time there! It was on the cool side, which I found very nice to cool off with the warm, humid weather. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Pantai Tengah beach

I think COVID has hit all of Langkawi quite hard, the economy being so dependent on tourism. A good deal of effort has gone into keeping lot 33 clean, neat and decorated in their unique style with lots of ceramic vases, Buddhist statues and things. It's a bit scuffed around the edges, however.. minor things. Like there was duct tape over the flooring between bedroom and bathroom, 1 chipped tile in bathroom, a few rust stains around the pool. I think this will improve.. they brought out a new menu during our stay, and were putting in some new vegetation around the pool area. The location is quite convenient to access the beach and other restaurants and bars, but it's not exactly a pleasant walk.. some of the roads are in poor repair and there is a lot of rubbish everywhere on the streets, some very rotten and stinky. There are some stray dogs and cats around, though we find experience any problems, aggression or anything from them.

Breakfast starts only at 8am and must order and wait long. Not prepared earlier. Swimming pool was closed. Big disappointment for the kids.

Location was great easily to find local food. There is a good Turkish restaurant next door, the kunafe is a must try dish. Pantai Cenang is just nearby abt 7mins drive or 15 mins walk. The hotel was nice and cozy. Staff was friendly. Check in & out is a breeze.

-Swimming pool water is a little bit dirty. My kids didn't swim at all. - No local channels or Astro since it's a smart TV only apps like YouTube, Amazon movies and Netflix. Having said that Netflix isn't working at all. They didn't even know what went wrong. So we only watch YouTube if we're back early. Quite disappointed.
