Great location and friendly staff.

Rooms are clean but wear and tear is very visible due to the age of the resort especially in the bathrooms where the bathtubs are stained, old and incomplete. Swimming pools also needs a good cleaning and upgrade.

Staff performance

The gardens, closeness to the beach, the hammock, the bar, the food. All were good.

Despite the resort being quiet they were unable to provide us with a cot for our one year old. This meant sleepless nights in the same bed.

The design of the place. It is a beautiful garden with little holiday cabins situated in such a way you have a maximum privacy. It is not congested. The owner is very conscious about environment. Water is recycled via an ingenious marsh land, solare panels and use of old discarded material to build lights and furniture. Just beautiful including the lovation along a beach

There is nothing not to like if you. Hose for a place like the Frangipani. We have been. Oming back there yearly since 2008 and it is so well maintained

The location is amazing! Beachfront, not loud or noisy. Close to Chenang for some beach night life and restaurants and mini marts. The resort has an organic farm with local herbs and plantations and rabbits, it was cool.

The room is clean but expect some dust. The hot water in one of the villa we stayed in didn't work and although the technician came (at night), it still wasn't working.

Just one of the staff member keep looking at us while we having our bfast and she dare to tell me that I’m eating so much 😂 And I saw one of the staff head lady keep irritating guests while they having their bfast by asking to extend their stay cation or do late checkout which is chargeable otherwise all great

Great location and we have a villa room with a partial seaview - the view however didn't seem partial at all, we were really impressed. Great villa, friendly staff, great restaurant and bar right beside the beach. Loved it all and would definitely stay there again. Not right in the middle of the main strip, but an easy and quick GRAB ride away. Exactly what we wanted.

The room was large and clean, located right on the beach, with a great and peaceful view. The hotel restaurant, also beachside, had an excellent view, and a rather generous buffet breakfast. The lunch we ordered was average, though. The hotel's location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the town center, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far for shopping. The hotel staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful. Worth mentioning is that we had to catch an 8 a.m. flight on the day of our departure, and needed our breakfast packed by 6:30 a.m. Upon reaching the airport, we found the packed breakfast to be surprisingly plentiful.

The only downside is that the wifi speed was quite slow, especially when most hotel guests were back in the evening. It would be perfect if this could be improved.
