It was located close to the metro that takes you directly to the airport.

The interior was old, some of the lightning did not work. The duvet was not properly enclosed in a a bedlinen.

Spermarcado near Ramada Hotel. It is fantastic! In the evning going home after a conference meeting or afther an excursion you can by a snack, a bottle of vine or some juce and have a small supper in your room. It is very pleasant! It is very nice to view airplains leading just in front of your windows.

Unfrortunately I cannot find something that I did not like in this hotel. Probably, the elevators could move a bit faster.

It was clean and close to the metro. Easy to go to airport. They have a restaurant but the food is bad. Unfortunaly there aren’t other resturants close

It was really noicy, you could hear people in other room talking. They don’t let you charge anything to the room, the staff is not very friendly or service minded. And they speak poor english. They start cleaning rooms around 8. Since it is way off from city center They need an ATM because their card machine doesnt always work. And since They don’t let you charge anything too room it just is really inconvinient. I paid twice for breakfast but the card machine wasn’t working. The lady who makes sure everyone pays kinda looked uninterested. I waited for 10 minutes even though I was in a hurry to the airport. All in all. Don’t stay here! This is what you excpect of a 1 or 2 star hotel or a hostel.

Posizione non centrale però comodissima per la metro, stazione praticamente dietro all hotel e a 15 minuti dall' aeroporto. Hotel molto carino curato e staff cordiale consigliato.

Proximity to subway, the open view, nice shower gel, comfortable bed, and curtious staff.

Water pressure and the kettle need some love.

We were at the 18th floor and we got the river view and you could see the beautiful city of Lisbon. Very lovely and clean room. Big room indeed. We had a lovely stay. Would definitely go back when we come to Lisbon.

The hotel met all our needs. But the Bolt drivers had a hard time finding the hotel. Can not understand why.

Emplacement idéal ! Tout près du métro et extrêmement facile d'accès pour se rendre à l'aéroport juste quelques stations...

Manque un balcon pour pouvoir fumer, obligé de descendre à chaque fois à l'accueil....

Room was pretty big and breakfast - fine for 10 €.

The hotel don’t really have a parking, is just a parking next door and it costs 15 € per day. Building is old and tacky, you will forever wait for the elevator. Noting fancy at the room, no slippers, no bathrobes and it’s only one soap for body and hair, even no hair conditioner. Room keys always need to be recharged, we supposed to do it every day. It’s not really 4* hotel, 3* maximum.

Room layout - in a "king suite" you get two rooms with doors. Room AC exists. So do king size beds. There's a Pingo Doce supermarket and a laundromat in the nearby mall.

The room AC doesn't keep up. Decor needs a serious upgrade. We complained about sewer-like smell in the bathroom and they sent a guy with air freshener (they did eventually get us a new room.) From this location you need to take Uber or the metro to get anywhere interesting.

Metro in 4 min walk was the only thing that was making us comfortable this far away from the city center. The room was clean and kept in good condition. Nice view from windows on the river Tagus.

Right next to metro, very convenient if you need to get to airport, train station or bus station. A nice supermarket in the next building. Polite and nice staff, everything working properly.

We were offered a free room upgrade upon arrival and our room was large with an additional door between the bedroom and the corridor which kept any noise to a minimum. It was also on the 4th floor so the location was ideal for us. The front service desk staff were very friendly.

The location was close to the metro so made going everywhere easy. Also had a supermarket next door and a Chinese buffet which was affordable. Hotel was nice though not in the city center but near the subway. There was tea/coffee in the room and they provided a daily complimentary bottle of water which was a really nice bonus

Very friendly staff, well equipped gym, spacious and well cleaned room, comfortable bed.

Location a bit far from city centre, altough by running reachable within 20 minutes. Hotel is really big, therefore it takes ages to get your lift on rush hours.

Would like to have seen some gluten free breads/baking in the breakfast buffet.
