We spent a week in this beautiful condo and couldn't have felt more comfortable. Greg was fast responding to our questions and we enjoyed the property very much.

Nice location, very clean condo with beautiful views. I do wish that they provided paper products, with flying in we dont have the option of packing paper products. The TV remote for the living room didn't work and we tried replacing the batteries but it still didnt work, but it wasn't the end of the world. The poil is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Location was great. Condo was clean and cozy. Host and property persons were more than attentive to our needs. Will look to book again!

Loved the Condo, its location, staff & other guests/owners. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked and everything worked! Front office staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to places we wanted to go to and finally tried the Metro shuttle and were surprised by the ease of access. Loved the pool/hot tub area and access to the beach ❤️

We loved this unit, easy access to beach, pool and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. I had a 5, 8 and 15 year old along with my wife and condo was perfect for us. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Check in process was quick,easy and for safety I love the wristbands. Beach access , fully stocked kitchenware and Coffee maker if you want to buy food to cook. Loved the 2 balconies, beds were super comfortable, LOVED the decor! Exceeded expectations!

The condo was great! The view and location were amazing! All of my questions before the trip were answered promptly, and the check in process was easy. If you are looking for a nice little condo with a great view and quick walk to the beach, this place is perfect!

Two balconies were wonderful! We used them both at different times of the day!! Perfect stay, beautiful beach, clean pool, sweet condo! We had no issues at all! We saw two firework shows from the balconies and the grand babies loved that! We are most certainly going to make this an annual trip!

We loved our stay here- family of 4 with elementary-aged kids. Even better than described/pictured in the listing. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The grounds were well kept and such a short walk to the beach. Host was responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious and clean and we did not have any issues whatsoever. We had all the things we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony overlooking the coast was amazing and perfect for drinking coffee in the early morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

From the minute we stepped foot in the Aquarius building, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, and the public spaces and building were meticulously maintained. Did I mention the friendly staff? We certainly felt welcome. The condo itself is spectacular. The views from the front and back balcony are gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and such. There were plenty of towels. The condo was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable, and the blackout curtains certainly do their job. No complaints from us about anything. The only recommendation came from my mom. She feels more secure when there is a grab bar in the shower. The laundry room was very clean as well. The machines utilize an app which is amazing. Start your laundry, go back to the pool or beach, and your phone will let you know when your laundry is done. We both agree that we would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place.

Nice condo with great location. Many activities to do on the island. Fireworks are not to be missed. Jet skis, sea turtle inc, the art trail, the bird watching and outdoor trails are good too. The condo has nice amenities like sauna, hot tub, and pool. The updates to the unit are top notch except for the mattress choices. The queen bed slept alright but the other twin beds could use a memory foam topper or just a change over. Having a balcony viewing the ocean and another with a view of Laguna Madre can’t be beat!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Property was right on the beach and not even a 5 minute walk from the strip with stores and restaurants. The staff were great and helpful and the owner Greg made it all painless. Traveling as a single dad with 4 kids ( ages 5 to 13). We will be back for spring break 😀

We stayed here at the peak of the summer vacation season. The condo was well decorated and had all the amenities we could hope for. The view of the beach was spectacular. Location was awesome — a couple of blocks from good restaurants. With two older teen boys, I would say it was a tight squeeze — might be better for a family with smaller kids. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing, which I shared with the owner. The TV remotes might need to be checked, too — they’re a little worn out. Overall, it was a good experience.

This property was clean, and the grounds were well maintained. The condo itself was clean, and big enough for our family of 4. We were in Padre with 3 families celebrating milestone birthdays. 2 families were staying at this Aquarius property and one family about a mile down the road. The Aquarius property has a nice grill area down by the pool and a nice hang out area in the grass with shade where you could gather for a barbecue. We asked the front desk if our 1 family could come over for the night to celebrate and eat cake and it was a hard NO, absolutely no exceptions. I'll just say that it was very dissappointing to haul 10lbs of fajitas plus cake etc... down to another property and back for the night... This property is so secure that no one, not even a friend is allowed to come up to your room at this property for ANY amount of time. I do understand rules and security, but maybe know the risk of your guests and I promise the 50yo are not the ones to be concerned about.

Had a problem with the toilet not flushing and you definately need a new can opener. Outside of these two minor problems our stay was great.

Pictures and descriptions of the rooms were accurate. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a nice size. Location was great and the kids had easy access to the beach and lots of fun at the pool. FYI- this complex is a wristband place, and the security was all over us checking to make sure that we had wristbands poolside and when entering the building (long sleeved rash guards would cover the bands). We did have an issue with the tvs, and Greg was very prompt and kind dealing with the issue.

We booked at the last minute when other plans fell through. This is a great location with two wonderful options for viewing the water. We also liked the chance to have our car parked safely in a gated lot.

Thank you for opening up your condo to us. We had a great time! Can't beat the view and short walk to the beach! Condo was great. It had everything we needed. Amenities were great. We really enjoyed our stay at SPI!!
