This condo was clean and just what we needed. The condo sits on the beach, so any condo within this complex is ideal. 2 pools, a tennis court, feet to the beach, and gated parking lot are a few of the reasons we come back to Sea Vista.

The condo was clean, well organized, and offered a lot of amenities that come in handy while visiting the beach. This is now our favorite South Padre condo.

We had a wonderful time, the condo was very nicely appointed had more than we anticipated on beach fun stuff and it is a great location!

My husband and I have stayed in another unit managed by this host. Her care, attention, and responsiveness is next level, so we were confident when booking this stay, and thanks to her, everything went so smoothly. As for the unit itself, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and the beach is easily accessible seeing as it’s a beachfront property. There are plenty of beach towels and beach equipment, including boogie boards, in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked. I can’t think of one thing you’d need to cook a meal that isn’t available - including spices! There are games on the shelves in the bunk area, mostly catered toward kids, but we had a fun time with ‘what do you meme.’ We were out and about for the majority of the day, but movie nights are so fun here. You can open the curtains to see the dark rolling waves, turn on the electric fireplace (with heat or just the image of flames), and settle in. The decor is cute a comfortable with a parrot motif throughout. You don’t need to think twice about booking this place - just do it.

Location is fantastic condo was well equipped and very nice, host was amazing, steps from the beach.. loved our stay will book again and tell our friends and family.

Great property right on the beach! Very clean and quiet.

My husband, his brother and wife and I came to South Padre for our first adult getaway since all of our kids left the nests. This was the perfect first step out into the world of travel for us. Quiet property with access to the beach and central location to everything. We should have booked an extra night but we really enjoyed our stay.

It’s our 2nd time here and we absolutely love it! Can’t wait to stay again.

My family and I were very happy with our stay at the condo in South Padre Island. The condo was as shown in the pictures, very clean, stocked with everything we would need. Easy check-in. Features 2 pools, one was heated which was perfect for the winter temperature. Easy access to the beach. I would definitely come again!

This is a very nice condo right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great. The condo is well equipped including beach chairs and an umbrella. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was just as described and depicted. House was well appointed with all we needed to prepare our own meals. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening from the balcony while watching the ocean was divine. Hostess was very responsive and accommodating. Beach access perfect and nearly empty in October despite the beautiful weather!

This was our 3rd stay at Rosanna’s beautiful condo! We love love love the location being at the southern end of the island where it is much quieter! The private beach access is so perfect just steps from the condo! You really cannot best the location! The condo is stocked with everything that you need! From kitchen goodies to beach goodies- everything you need, it’s all there for you!

Good for two couples with two bedrooms with comfortable king beds and two full bathrooms. Bunk room attached to one bedroom is a nice touch if someone has young kids. Kitchen is well equiped. Living/dining space smaller than appears in photos but we had enough room for four adults. Property was quiet and beach area outside condo was wide and not crowded. We also had the pool to ourselves. Owner-supplied beach chairs, towels, umbrella, shade canopy gave us everything we needed for beach time. The owner communicated frequently and provided needed info for getting into condo and was available to answer questions.

Fantastic host with a clean and organized property. The home is very well equipped and stocked. Great pools and amenities. Best of all is the private beach access and being on the southern side of the island. It’s not nearly as crowded.

We loved our stay here and will be coming back if we ever visit the island again. Location is very convenient for everything including the beach! Our host was very friendly and had all the necessities.

PLACE SUPER NICE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL CANT WAIT FOR OUR NEXT STAY

First of all, I have to say that of all the places we’ve stayed, Rosanna is hands down the kindest, most considerate host! You can truly tell that she wants you to enjoy your time in her condo. The condo itself is just as advertised! SO close to the beach and the pool. Rosanna has provided beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, sunscreen, aloe, cooler packs, and so much more!! She has everything you’d need in the kitchen if you choose to cook. The parking is convenient. The pool was never overcrowded. The bunk beds were perfect for my younger 2 children. Our last evening we enjoyed dinner from the restaurant next door on the beach, looked for crabs with a flash light, and watched the fireworks. An afternoon/evening my children will never forget and I highly recommend! We wanted to stay another week! :)

Great place, great location

Very nice property. Six year old loved the bunk bed. Hit of the week. Easy access to pool. Water park next door was also a hit with 6 year old and parents. Very relaxing and clean. Only down side was seating. Table was to small for more than 5. Love seat was too small to stretch out on. Very well supplied with dishes, sliver wear and beach toys. balcony is a side view of beach and looks into condos across the way. Walk-up only, to elevator so hard to access if you have renters with stair issues. All and all we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend for small family with 1-2 kids

Great service, manager would always responde to my questions. Very friendly. Property was beautiful and very clean. Close to the pool and to the beach. We are definitely thinking on going back and we are certainly recommending it to family and friends

This was our 3rd stay at the Condo property(1st in this particular unit) and we loved the beach access, quietness, cleanliness, access to the property as soon as you arrive on the island, amenities provided by this condo host for everyone from kids to adults. Will stay again!

We loved that this condo was at the end of the island. Not crowded at all while we were there and got to enjoy perfect weather! Our family had the pool/hot tub to ourselves many times. We loved that there were games in the condo, boogie boards, tennis rackets, sand toys, etc. The only thing is I’ve become very used to seeing the kitchen a bit more stocked in other places we’ve stayed in. There were no condiments in the fridge, no blender for making smoothies, I couldn’t find a pair of scissors. Little things like that. But overall, we were very happy with our stay!

This property was beautiful and met all of our needs. The host provided everything you could want for a beach vacation including beach toys, towels, sunscreen, etc. You can see the pool from one room and the ocean from the other. I loved drinking my tea on the balcony overlooking the ocean each evening. We had a rainy day during our stay and enjoyed staying in and watching movies never to the fireplace. We would absolutely stay again.

My wife and I had a fabulous stay. We met lots of nice people. The condo and grounds were very well kept up and supplied. We should have scheduled a much longer stay than a week.

We loved how close it was to the beach! The condo was clean and the perfect setup for our family. The included beach chairs, toys, etc. was a nice bonus. Would stay again!

Clean and comfortable! The hostess was awesome and available as needed! We enjoyed our time again this winter in SPI!

The condo was very nice and the view from the balcony was lovely. The beach was so nice and clean. The location of the complex was convenient to all the activities we wanted to pursue. The restaurants in town were great. It was such a lovely trip! The birding center was definitely worth a visit! And, did I say the condo was great! The owner was very helpful. I hope to go back again later this year.
