Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Very comfortable accommodations.

We were very happy with our stay. The only comment would be that the twin beds were not comfortable. Our parents kept sliding off them., and unit could use a tad bit of maintenance (hard to close sliders, burnt out lights, loose water fixtures), but over all we had a wonderful experience and made great memories.

The inside of the condo was really nice and it was clean. We thought the condo was great, however the decks were filthy dirty and we had to clean the cushions in order to sit on them. The kitchen was well furnished with pans and utensils it only had one towel to dry dishes and no washcloths. The two queen beds in one of the rooms were horribly uncomfortable with big holes in middles of the mattresses. The king size and twin beds were comfortable. Some of the shower curtain rods and towel hooks should be replaced. Old and resort was very clean and well maintained on the outside!!

This property (Solaris) is safe and very well taken care of. The condo was clean and we had so many balconies to choose from! The master king bed was comfortable! We will go back again with the children. There are 3 bedrooms and each with their own restroom.

This is a very nice 3 bd, 3 bath property. 3 couple3 from 3 different states stayed here, all said it might be the best property on the island. Since the kitchen photo was taken there is a new Keurig coffee pot that can do drip into a carafe and Keurig pods. There is a TV in all 3 bedrooms and one in the living area. Overall a very nice unit, we would gladly stay there again.

Pictures did this place justice! Property was very nicely maintained with clean pools to accommodate those staying on the property. Condo was so spacious for 6 adults but could use a little updating such as securing of shower hardware/fixtures, pans for cooking & new iron as it was unable to hold water. Thankfully, the air conditioner was working very well as it was quite warm. Condo provided everything we needed. Great location close to many restaurants & pretty quiet for the majority of our visit. Would definitely stay here again & again!

We loved our stay in 401 and Bryan was excellent and very responsive! The property was clean and maintained really well. The only reason I give it a 4 is I would love owners to update their dining chairs and I would love to see the ocean from room. I did notice chairs in living room were ripped on the arms too. Otherwise it was a great place, clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, showers had good flow. Overall it’s a 4.9 rating. Love the two pools as well.

Cold week
We loved the space of the condo. Usually there are a few spices like salt and pepper as well as plastic glasses for around the pool. A heated pool in the cold weather would have been nice. Other than that it was a nice quiet place to stop and spend a week.

Not as expected
According to the listing, it said, Beach front property, this is not true. It was a walk to the beach. Granted they had a sidewalk, the listing was deceiving as we were expecting a closer property to the beach itself. We also had issues with the washer which took several texts back and forth to finally get someone to come and fix the issue. It took 2 days until someone came. They finally came at 3:30p the day before we were checking out. We also had issues with the coffee maker, and no working can opener. The unit itself was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Just disappointed about the location.

We walked to the beach, hung out at the lovely pool, enjoyed the lobby and spent each morning drinking coffee on the porch! Clean, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. Check-in and check-out was simple and efficient. Every person we interacted with at the property was professional, helpful, and kind! Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back! Thank you!

The house was clean and spacious. But there were some issues. One of the bathrooms flush was working too slow. I reached out to property manager but no one came to address it. The pools were not heated and jacuzzi was not working. It was close yo beach, so location was perfect. Also, kitchen had some vessels and glassware but the beds were not comfortable. The dining chairs were painful to sit. Looks like they need to replace the dining chairs and mattress. There were lot of fresh towels. So overall it was ok but missed important things.

Great Birthday Get A-Way for Husband
I scheduled this trip for my Husband's birthday and invited another couple. The house was beautiful and just like advertised. the location is right off the beach and other activities was also on the beach. This was off season and not crowded. This was a great trip, and we all had a great time. I will definitely stay here again.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful! Pools are nice! Great location & good view! Had a few maintenance issues, they fixed right away! Had a few other issues which NEVER GOT ADDRESSED:(
Cleaning company needs to be fired nothing was sanitized, fridge dirty, finger prints & filth on walls doors etc. cigarette ashes in centerpiece of dining room table, out door furniture all on one patio not cleaned or organized, a roach from marijuana & ashe’s on chair & patio!! Just saying iffff you are big on sanitizing because of Covid this might not be the place for you :( again it is a BEAUTIFUL PLACE INSIDE & out! Easy check in & has security! STAFF WAS GREAT!!! A BIG SHOUT OUT TO CLARITZA & CYNTHIA! Thank you :) good luck, hope you are able to get a new cleaning crew!! Only thing I would change!!! :)

1st time to South Padre Island
We were very pleased with our rental unit, clean, spacious and didn’t realize it was 24 hour security of the grounds, so a nice plus. The grounds were immaculate and it was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely rent again!
