The location is superb, close to restaurants, shops and the public access to the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to us. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. They also provide a safe in the room. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The shower was a little awkward as it was a hand held shower head.

Well the bath was horrible the water is no good even to wash your mouth that is very bad the water is salty no good enough for take a shower I bought a water from the súper market to used for my shower only that I can say was very bad experience

Location is good!

It was not clean, the walls were dirty and with humidity. The water is salty all the time, It is super noisy at night so it was no posible to sleep it is difficult to talk with the staff before the arrival.

It had a 24 hour check in and that’s why I booked it

Couldn’t use the kitchen at 10 pm and the bathroom is in the same room with the bed. And there’s a restaurant down and the music is very loud, when I got there it was until 12 midnight, something like that

Receptionist took from me much more money for the accomodation than I should have paid.. and big noise from a restaurant where is very loud life music.

Staff was friendly. Good location.

Room was just ok. Air conditioning didn't cool the room. Toilet didn't flush ( flapper had rusted)

In check-in i got invited to an local self-made rum shot. that was a nice start to the country. feels save and good for value.

I liked location, few steps to the beach. Quite silent area, besides Friday and Saturday, there was loud music till midnight from restaurant. I did not have problem with mosquitos. Shared kitchen with drinking water.

Hotel is basic. Bathroom needs some renovation. Strange towels provided. No TV programs.

Very helpful personnel, great location, clean room.

The location was everything. Lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. You will everything you need even supermarket and sim cards.

Needed a bed to sleep and that’s what i had. Nothing more nothing less. The pictures here did not look at all like the real place. The bathroom had no hot water.

Next to busy area - supermarket n restaurants.. Santo the reception guy was a funny n nice.

Pillows are too old and uncomfortable. lots of moskitoes in room. No screens on windows. TV did not work.. Just for show. only salt water from taps which looked like they had measles. There was a kitchen but I did not use it. No breakfast served.zero catering means one has to go out. No hot water kettle or water on sale at the location. Not even coffee or tea!! Never eat at the restaurant BOHIO downstairs. BEEF Plate was 595DR.($10US). MEAT was like rubber. They offered to change and then charged USD$40. No manager to complain to. Only got my margarita I ordered after I was leaving.. I was there for 1 hour!! That restaurant is a Trap!

At first I booked a room just for one night but ended up staying 5 nights. The hotel has a great family vibe and it's just 3min away from the beach. Dominga and the rest of the staff were amazing. I liked the fact that guests have access to a kitchen where they can prepare a sandwich or even use the stove or the oven to cook. After you return from the beach or from dinner you can soak in the swimming pool for a little while before going to bed. Though I've only used it once due to stormy weather during my stay. TV with Netflix is a nice bonus. My favorite restaurant in Punta Cana is right downstairs, it's called Bohio. There is also a pizza place across the street and a supermarket which only accepts cash payments but there's is an ATM right outside.

Room cleaning could be done every day or every other day considering one comes from the beach with sand on his shoes. There is no hot water. Water pressure was somewhat low.

the staff not at desk multiple times, i pajd for swimming pool but was dirty so unusable.

The property confirmed my booking. Because of my late arrival, I asked for a late check-in and they confirmed it. When I came to the hotel at night they told me that there is no free room. And I have to find another hotel.

the property was overbooked and only told me this upon arrival. They didn’t want to give me any compensation when I was trying to find another place to sleep that night. mind you that this was at night after a long day of travelling as a girl alone.
