Our stay was perfect- the house was clean, the pool was perfect, and the location was incredible. They have a golf cart for rent but we didn’t need it. The host Andrew walked us, virtually, thru the house to let us know of the perks available. Our 4 yr old dog enjoyed the house as well - it was her first time at the beach! Thank you for a wonderful time- we’ll see you next year!

The home is okay but the owner so rude

Home.....Excellent Location...Excellent One dislike.......Trash was not pick up from pervious renter outside the house. But I still rated it 5 star........Because I like the house, and location.

Overall had an amazing 4th stay here at this property. We will definitely be renting this beautiful house again

We stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday,) although we knew it would be expensive to stay, we agreed to price and booked, they only really major issue was the upstairs air conditioning was not functioning properly (all rooms upstairs), try to imagine being in a 100% humidity and on the beach most of the day and not having that ac working properly, we did reach out to Andrew being a A/c tech I respectfully tried to explain to him that it was prolly just needing Freon to reach the level of comfortable, he does have his thermostats set up so he knows the temperature in the condo we debated for almost 3-4 hours and prior to that had already reached out to him about it being on and running and not coming close to desired temperature at all, he did say he would send someone out but no one ever came. Having an infant in the house and him not being compassionate and really sticking to his guns he was will to leave us like that til Monday. Saying it would be expensive to send someone out, cause of the holiday weekend. That 74 is comfortable upstairs, we should even be lowering past 78, he was there the day before and it was working fine, like previously stated he was absolutely stuck in his was way that it was fine, we practically begged for his help to rectify the situation. After a lot of phone calls with him and a lot of time spent on the phone he finally agreed to send someone out and it turns out the unit had a Freon leak, after that the unit had no problems reach desired temp and even cycled off and on properly. The moral of the story is if you have booked here beware Mr. Andrews may or may not lift a finger to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. What we experienced for that one little easy fix was extremely stressful! Other than that it was pleasant stay. My advice to MR. Andrew be more thoughtful and considerate to people renting there 2700 for 3 nights, and what may have costed you under $200 for a temporary fix, ( coil needs to be replaced to permanently fix issues) we don’t expect miracles but the basic function of a ac is detrimental for a good nights rest at the island. I really exhausted my self in even helping you diagnose the problem and even went out of my way to say I can help you out for a small fee. But still fought us really hard to have your way! Good luck with your stay, we pray you renters don’t experice what we went through!

The Casa Picasso was a wonderful experience for our family. It was clean, great amenities, and great location to the beach. It has space for both the adults and children to have a great time. And the owners were helpful and great to work with. We would definitely stay at this beautiful house again!

We had a wonderful experience this Spring break at casa Picasso ! I was looking for an upscale place with private pool for our family to enjoy away from large crowds and I’m glad we found this place .The kids enjoyed the bunk beds upstairs and heated pool, while my husband enjoyed the backyard with gas grill . I was happy with all the appliances . We were only a short walk to beach which added to our overall experience. The place was super clean and well taken care of. We were in awe of this home and will definitely rent again this summer....

The Casa Picasso was a great fit for our family. We were able to shop, play games, watch movies, swim, and get out to enjoy the beach and buggies on the island. We cooked our holiday meal and even dined our at Pier 19. We treated the home as our own, and enjoyed every moment. The owner, Mr. V., was cordial and helpful. He did a great job in providing most everything needed to make our getaway relaxing and comfortable. Definitely a place we could use on other occasions.
